20090306685 | NONINVASIVE TRANS-CATHETER METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REMOTE SUTURE PLACEMENT SUCH AS FOR SEPTAL DEFECT REPAIR, LEFT ATRIAL APPENDAGE CLOSURE, PACEMAKER ELECTRODE PLACEMENT, MITRAL VALVE REPAIR, AND OTHER INNER-CARDIAC AND INNER-ARTERIAL APPLICATIONS - A noninvasive trans-catheter method and apparatus for remote suture placement can be used in a variety of inner cardiac applications. For example, a method of non-invasive transcatheter atrial septal defect repair comprises the steps of: advancing a positioning member along a catheter into the Atrial Septal Defect, wherein at least one suture deploying lumen is coupled to the positioning member with a piercing member within the suture deploying lumen; deploying the positioning member within the Atrial Septal Defect to align each suture deploying lumen with tissue adjacent the Atrial Septal Defect; and piercing the tissue adjacent the Atrial Septal Defect with the piercing member to secure a suture line through the tissue. A repair patch may be advanced along suture lines to repair the defect and secured into place with the suture lines. The apparatus is also applicable for left atrial appendage closure, mitral valve repair and pacemaker electrode placement. | 12-10-2009 |

20120239081 | INTEGRATED MEDICAL APPARATUS FOR NON-TRAUMATIC GRASPING, MANIPULATING AND CLOSURE OF TISSUE - The integrated medical apparatus includes an operator handle end and a multi-prong grasping member positioned within and movable relative to a grasper lumen that extends from the handle end, wherein the grasping prongs are moved between an open and closed position by relative axial movement between the prongs of the grasping member and the grasper lumen. The medical apparatus includes a contractible snare and a plurality of axially moveable snare pushing arms. At least two of the snare pushing arms include a snare holding and release mechanism, wherein the snare pushing arms are configured to advance the snare in an open, encircling position to a final deployed position where the snare can be released through the activation of the holding and release mechanism of the pushing arms, and finally tightened in a conventional fashion, such as pulling on an end of the snare at the handle end. | 09-20-2012 |

20160067719 | HYBRID CYCLONE MIST COLLECTOR - A hybrid cyclone mist collection device having a housing containing an inlet, an outlet and a cyclone body forming a wall extending about a vertical axis. The inlet brings mist-laden air through an airflow straightening area into the cyclone body in a tangential manner, creating a spiral flow path within the cyclone body. Mist-laden air entering the spiral flow path then moves downwardly through the cyclone body causing mist particles to collect on the wall of the cyclone body and then move downward due to the downward spiral airflow and gravity. At the bottom of the cyclone body the collected liquid enters an annular drain channel located beneath a vortex deflector plate and an annular shed sheet. A drain connected to the drain channel continuously removes the collected liquid from the housing and returns it to the machine tool station for reuse. The de-misted air exits the outlet and moves on to a central filter housing for final treatment. | 03-10-2016 |

20150245706 | Multifunctional Portable Dry Bar and Beverage Preparation Station For Boats - A beverage station includes a tray having holes for supporting containers of various sizes. The largest holes on the outside of the bar are designed to hold larger bottles of liquor or mixers and other non-alcoholic beverages. Each hole can be adjusted down in size using insert reducers to accommodate smaller bottles so they fit snuggly and don't tip over or spill on a rocking boat. This is accomplished by using the different sized inserts to fit different sized liquor and wine bottles or other non-alcoholic mixers. A cutting board or serving tray can be used to support the beverage station. When the bar is in use it sits atop the serving tray and locks into place with small latches on the right, left and front of the serving tray surface. | 09-03-2015 |
