Methods of use are disclosed. | 07-09-2009 |
20090260132 | Clothing with complementary designs and method of use - Clothing with complementary designs. A plurality of upper body garmnents is disclosed, each with at least one design segment. The design segments are designed to mutually complement, so that when the design segments are placed adjacent each other they form a unified design. In this fashion a visual team or group identity is created, and the aesthetic appearance of the individuals wearing the upper body garments bearing design segments is enhanced. The instant invention may be used with individuals riding motorcycles in tandem, jet skiers, sledders, rowing teams, etc. A method of use is also disclosed wherein individuals wearing the upper body garments with design segments are positioned so that the design segments form a unified design. | 10-22-2009 |

20090172860 | Garment with underarm externally accessible breast pockets and method of use - A garment with underarm externally accessible breast pockets and method of use. An upper body garment is disclosed having garment arms attached to a garment trunk, and a pocket mouth disposed under each garment arm. A pocket is attached to the garment trunk at each pocket mouth. A passenger positioned behind a driver wearing the upper body garment may insert hands and arms through the pocket mouths and into the pockets for warmth, security, and or intimacy enhancement. The pockets may terminate in conventional pocket shape, mitten shape, or glove shape, which latter two embodiments permit gripping of thumb lobes, major lobes, and/or finger lobes between the passenger thumbs and fingers, thus increasing passenger security. In another embodiment, non-slip material may be attached inside the pockets for increased passenger security. A method of use is disclosed wherein a passenger seated behind a driver inserts hands and arms into the pockets. | 07-09-2009 |

20110135440 | SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR UNSLEEVING TRAYS - A system for unstrapping and unsleeving a tray is provided. The system comprises a tray-transport configured to transport a tray in the system, a strap cutter configured to cut a strap on the tray, a strap-removal portion configured to remove the strap cut by the strap cutter, and an unsleeving station configured to remove a sleeve from the tray. The unsleeving station is configured to remove the sleeve from the tray after the strap-removal portion removes the cut strap. | 06-09-2011 |
20130000632 | Sun tracking solar power collection system - This invention presents a unique design for a sun tracking, solar panel mounting system that is intended to be mounted onto utility light poles, wind turbine poles, and other pole type structures. Rings are clamped around the pole and form a structural interface to support the tracking mount assembly and allow it to rotate around the centerline of the pole. An actuator powers the tracking structure rotate right or left around the centerline of the pole. A secondary structure in the mount assembly supports solar panels on either side of the vertical mounting poll and an optional second actuator tilts the elevation solar panels up and down. A control system reads the position of each actuator and periodically adjusts them to track the motion of the sun and optimize the solar energy collection efficiency. | 01-03-2013 |

20080256134 | Method and Computer Program Product for Dynamic Weighting of an Ontological Data Model - A method, computer program product, and a data processing system that facilitates navigation through a directed graph for selection of sub-processes of a modified business process derived from a business process is provided. A bounding box is used for evaluating and selecting sequences of nodes representative of business sub-processes or services. The bounding box has a predefined depth for limiting the scope of the evaluation. The bounding box is shifted during the evaluation as sequences of nodes are selected. Additionally, state data is maintained such that a sense response model may be employed to detect and account for changes to the environment in previously evaluated services. By maintaining state data, a transition to a previously evaluated sub-process may be implemented to account for significant changes in the environment | 10-16-2008 |

20120092310 | SOLAR PANEL POLE MOUNT WITH PROVISIONS FOR ADVERTISING GRAPHICS - A robust and low-cost design to add graphics panels to a sun tracking, solar panel mounting system that can be mounted on a wide range of light poles and power poles. This design uses the promotional value of the applied graphics to further improve the economics of the solar installation resource to help speed the adoption of this distributed power generation resource. | 04-19-2012 |
20120227729 | Sun tracking control system for solar collection devices - This invention presents a robust design for a sun tracking control system where a capacitor(s) is charged from the solar panel and used to power a tracking control system and motor actuator(s). The control system periodically moves the solar array to a calculated sun position. The control system also monitors the energy stored in the capacitor(s) and makes its move decisions contingent on the level of stored energy. This added level of energy based decisions provide the tracking system a robust operating behavior to accommodate real world operating conditions with a simple rule set. | 09-13-2012 |
20120227788 | Low cost sun tracking pole mount for solar panels - This invention presents a robust and low cost design for a sun tracking, solar panel mounting system that can be mounted on a wide range of light poles and power poles. This design incorporates a structural base that is attached to the pole with separate āUā bolts and custom cradles that precisely accommodate the mounting pole dimensions. The structural base incorporates an axle and separate pivoting frame to hold the solar panel and allow it to rotate about the axle in a celestial tracking configuration known as an equatorial mount. A simple automotive style electric motor in the support arm interfaces with a curved gear rack of the pivoting frame to power the motion of the solar panel and frame. A control system coordinates the movement of the frame to achieve the sun tracking. | 09-13-2012 |
