20100133325 | UNIFIED METAL ALLOYING IN A DIFFUSION FURNACE - A method and apparatus for performing a unified metal alloying of jet stacks without the use of a bond press, and without the use of a continuous belt driven furnace. The method may include horizontally stacking fusible parts onto a fixture and transporting the fixture into an interior of a reaction chamber of a diffusion furnace. An operator may seal the interior of the reaction chamber and the diffusion furnace may increase a temperature of an atmosphere of the interior of the reaction chamber to a predefined dwell temperature to perform a first level alloying for a predefined dwell time. The diffusion furnace may thereafter increase the temperature of the interior of the reaction chamber to a predefined brazing temperature to perform a second level alloying for a predefined brazing time. | 06-03-2010 |

20080241709 | System And Method For analyzing photomask Geometries - In one embodiment, a method for analyzing photomask geometries is provided. An original geometry to be formed in an absorber layer of a photomask blank is received. The original geometry may be modified to generate a modified geometry that is offset from the original geometry. A simulation may be performed based on the modified geometry to determine a simulated geometry, wherein the simulated geometry is a simulated prediction of a geometry that would be written into a resist layer of the photomask blank if the modified geometry was used as input for imaging the resist layer. The simulated geometry may then be modified to determine a predicted original geometry, wherein the predicted original geometry is a prediction of a geometry that would be formed in the absorber layer of the photomask blank if an etch process was performed on an area of the absorber layer defined by the simulated geometry. | 10-02-2008 |

20090246886 | LATERAL FLOW TEST STRIP WITH MIGRATING LABEL - A lateral flow test strip is disclosed that includes a path of flow from a sample receiving zone through a mobilization zone to a primary capture zone and a secondary capture zone. A mobilizable conjugate is present in the mobilization zone, and a mobilizable label is present on the test strip upstream of the conjugate. An immobilized first specific binding partner is present in the primary capture zone and an immobilized second specific binding partner is present in the secondary capture zone. The conjugate includes a primary specific binding partner for the first specific binding partner in the primary capture zone, and a secondary specific binding partner that binds the label and the second specific binding partner. Application of liquid sample to the sample receiving zone results in movement of the liquid sample along the path of flow to move the label and conjugate distally along the test device. The label binds the conjugate after the conjugate binds the analyte, the first specific binding partner or second specific binding partner, so that labeling of the conjugate is delayed. | 10-01-2009 |

20090253219 | POSITIVE DETECTION LATERAL-FLOW APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR SMALL AND LARGE ANALYTES - Methods and devices for the detection and/or quantification of an analyte in a sample are provided. These are positive detection methods and devices, in that the more analyte is present in the sample, the stronger the signal that is provided. Devices of the invention include a mobilization zone including a mobile or mobilizable detectable analyte analog, a sample application area, primary and secondary capture areas each including an immobilized binding partner having a binding affinity for the analyte being tested for a detectable analyte analog. The mobilization zone, sample application area, primary and secondary capture area are in fluid continuous contact with each other. In these devices, the first immobilized binding partner has an equal or lower apparent affinity for the analyte than it has for the detectable analyte analog. Methods of this invention involve introducing a sample (which is suspected of containing the analyte to be tested for) to a device such as those described herein, and permitting the sample to migrate from the application area to and through the first and secondary binding zones. A detectable tracer conjugate is also permitted to migrate through the device, usually slightly behind the sample so that any analyte in the sample contacts the first binding partner before the conjugate. Results of such methods are read based on the presence and/or intensity of the detectable signal given by conjugate that binds in the second capture area. | 10-08-2009 |
