20100050799 | GEAR FOR ELIMINATING BACKLASH - Disclosed herein is a gear for eliminating backlash. The gear includes a rotating shaft having a hollow portion. A first gear is connected to an end of the rotating shaft to be rotated in sync with the rotating shaft, and has on a central portion thereof a connecting protrusion which protrudes forwards. A hole is formed so as to communicate with the hollow portion of the rotating shaft, and a pair of first mounting holes is formed in the first gear along an arc thereof. A second gear is rotatably connected to the connecting protrusion of the first gear and has the same teeth as teeth of the first gear. A cylinder is provided in each of the first mounting holes and connected at both ends thereof to the first gear and the second gear, thus rotating the second gear in one direction. A locking cap is provided on an end of the connecting protrusion of the first gear to prevent the second gear from being eliminated from the first gear. | 03-04-2010 |

20080277349 | Reactive Filtration - In one embodiment, a reactive filtration method includes continuously regenerating a reactive filter media while simultaneously filtering contaminants from fluid flowing through the filter media. In one embodiment, regenerating the reactive filter media comprises mixing metal granules with the filter media and agitating the mixture. In another embodiment, regenerating the reactive filter media comprises introducing a metal in the fluid flowing through the filter media and agitating the filter media. In one embodiment, a method for removing phosphorus, arsenic or a heavy metal from water includes introducing a metal salt reagent into the water at a molar ratio of 5:1 to 200:1 to the phosphorous or the arsenic in the water and passing the water through a bed of moving sand. | 11-13-2008 |
20080302726 | Reactive Filtration - In one embodiment, a method for treating waste water includes passing ozonized waste water through a bed of moving sand. | 12-11-2008 |

20110161384 | SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR STORING ITEM ATTRIBUTES IN AN ELECTRONIC CATALOG - An electronic catalog is provided that stores items and attributes associated with the items. One or more of the attributes may have more than one value. Items are stored in an item table with different attributes for items stored in different rows in an attribute table. Additional items may be added to a catalog by adding additional rows to the item table, with attributes related to the additional items added as rows into the attribute table. Particular attributes may have multiple values, and attributes with multiple values are associated with sub-items that correspond to different attribute trees or attribute sets associated with the item. Searching can be performed for attribute values and search results returned indicating all items and sub-items that satisfy the search criteria. | 06-30-2011 |
