20100204068 | Methods for controlling depolymerization of polymer compositions - A method of controlling or arresting the rate of depolymerization of a polymer composition during a biocide treatment by controlling the pH of the composition, and use of such methods in oilfield applications. | 08-12-2010 |
20120289436 | METHODS FOR CONTROLLING DEPOLYMERIZATION OF POLYMER COMPOSITIONS - A method of controlling or arresting the rate of depolymerization of a polymer composition during a biocide treatment, and use of such methods in oilfield and industrial applications. Also disclosed are methods of preparing a visco-stable application fluid containing a biocide in an amount effective to reduce bacteria count, as well as additive compositions capable of reducing bacteria count in application fluids while maintaining viscosity in such fluids. Also disclosed are methods of preparing biocide-containing application fluids with improved friction reducing properties, as well as related compositions. | 11-15-2012 |
20130196885 | USE OF ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY SOLVENTS TO REPLACE GLYCOL-BASED SOLVENTS - A method for replacing glycol-based mutual solvents in an oil field application comprising: obtaining an alternative solvent and solvent blends and replacing all or a portion a glycol-based mutual solvent, which forms a component of an oil field formulation, with the alternative solvent or solvent blends, wherein the oil field formulation can be utilized in an oil field application. | 08-01-2013 |

20090039469 | Low temperature impurity doping of silicon carbide - The method described herein enables the introduction of external impurities into Silicon Carbide (SiC) to be conducted at a temperature between 1150-1400° C. Advantages include: a) low temperature diffusion procedure with greater control of the doping process, b) prevent roughness of SiC surface, c) less surface defects and d) better device performance and higher yield. The method described herein involves depositing a ceramic layer that contains the desired impurity and a certain element such as oxygen (in the form of oxide), or other elements/compounds that draw out the silicon and carbon atoms from the surface region of the SiC leaving behind carbon and silicon vacancies which then allow the external impurity to diffuse into the SiC more easily. In another embodiment, the deposited layer also has carbon atoms that discourage carbon from escaping from the SiC, thus generating a surface region of excess carbon in addition to the silicon vacancies. | 02-12-2009 |

20160137283 | Method And Apparatus For Wing-To-Fuselage Integration - A method for wing-to-fuselage integration is disclosed. The method includes attaching a fitting to a wing box assembly of an aircraft at an early stage of integration and then attaching the fitting to a stub beam attached to a fuselage panel of the aircraft at a later stage of integration. The fitting eliminates the need to attach the stub beam directly to the wing box assembly. | 05-19-2016 |
