In a method of using a cover with a surface, a cover having a flexible, substantially planar member, a plurality of reinforcing members attached to the flexible, substantially planar member, the plurality of reinforcing members being arranged on the flexible, substantially planar member so that the flexible, substantially planar member can reliably support a load, and a plurality of manipulation members operatively associated with the plurality of reinforcing members is provided. The cover is placed on the surface. The load is allowed to accumulate on the cover. The plurality of manipulation members is accessed with a lifter. 20090173462Pivotable screen assembly for screened enclosures - A wind screen insert for framing members of screened enclosures such as pool cages and the like, the wind screen being adapted to pivot about a vertical or horizontal framing member to which it is hingedly attached. The wind screens which may be of various dimension are mounted within an opening defined by conventional posts/columns, purlins, beams, base and eve rails using at least one double acting spring hinge. The hinge allows the wind screen to pivot up to 90 degrees in either direction relative to its closed or “resting” position when a predetermined amount of force is applied to the wind screen. The hinge also automatically returns the wind screen to its original closed position when the force is diminished below the predetermined amount. The spring tension within the hinges is adjustable to permit screen movement at a desired amount of force applied to the wind screen which will be a function of the screen's surface area and wind speed. The predetermined amount of force needed to open the screen will be less than that which would otherwise cause damage to the screens or surrounding framing. A flange of rubber or other suitable material is disposed around the perimeter of the wind screen framing to create a seal with neighboring framing members and serves as a barrier to insects and flying debris.2009-07-09

Each cartridge is connected to a steam distribution apparatus and includes a number of profiling zones that are covered by a contoured, smooth profiling screen from which steam is applied. The profiling screens are welded to baffles which enhances the structural integrity of the cartridge. No external clamps or other devices are employed that would otherwise disrupt the smooth, curved exterior surface of the profiling screens. The spaced-apart baffles also eliminate the spilling over of steam from one profiling zone to the next which has the effect of minimizing the response width for steam profiling control. Twin rolls have a roll diameter, and the rolls have a circumferential velocity. The circumferential length from points where molten metal starts contact with the rolls to kiss points is a solidification distance, and the roll gap at the kiss points is equal to the thickness of the cast plate. The condensed fluid is pumped out of the chamber and is circulated in a chiller, so as to be recirculated and injected again into the micro-spray heads. A control system monitors the system's operation and corrects abnormal operational conditions or shuts down the system until the system can be manually inspected.
