A rotor wheel is coupled to rotor shaft to aid in rotor rotation. The new method to rotate said rotor wheel further comprises a fluid pump whereby fluid is pulled from the bottom of tank through a tank outlet port and returned through tank inlet port at the top of tank wherein a high pressure fluid tip having a small aperture in center is further coupled within tank. When spent fluid is pulled from tank bottom through pump it is then forced through the high pressure tip causing a high velocity spray to be repelled at rotor wheel reacting with rotor wheel blades causing rotor to spin creating usable electricity. The present invention when operating creates more usable electricity than is needed to run the fluid pump, but cannot operate on its own without a outside source of power to operate pump. Once the generator is operational, the electricity created can be used to charge a bank of batteries or extend the battery life of batteries charged by a wind turbine or solar panels. 20120080888SELF-SUSTAINING ELECTRIC-POWER GENERATOR UTILIZING ELECTRONS OF LOW INERTIAL MASS TO MAGNIFY INDUCTIVE ENERGY - Electrical oscillations in a metallic “sending coil” radiate inductive photons toward one or more “energy-magnifying coils” comprised of a photoconductor or doped semiconductor coating a metallic conductor, or comprised of a superconductor. Electrons of low inertial mass in the energy-magnifying coil(s) receive from the sending coil a transverse force having no in-line backforce, which exempts this force from the energy-conservation rule. The low-mass electrons in the energy-magnifying coil(s) receive increased acceleration proportional to normal electron mass divided by the lesser mass. Secondarily radiated inductive-photon energy is magnified proportionally to the electrons' greater acceleration, squared. E.g., the inductive-energy-magnification factor of CdSe photoelectrons with 0.13× normal electron mass is 59×. Magnified inductive-photon energy from the energy-magnifying coil(s) induces oscillating electric energy in one or more metallic “output coil(s).” The electric energy output exceeds energy input if more of the magnified photon-induction energy is directed toward the output coil(s) than is directed as a counter force to the sending coil. After an external energy source initiates the oscillations, feedback from the generated surplus energy makes the device a self-sustaining generator of electric power for useful purposes.2012-04-05

The extension of the Scoop should lie flat against the ground since dogs usually squat close to the ground when they poop. The wheels on the Doggie Scoop help in sliding the Scoop under the dog, and since the wheels can rotate 360 degrees, the Scoop can be moved in any direction to accommodate any movement of the dog. When the dog is finished, slide the Scoop out from under the dog, squeeze the handle on the Scoop to close the Scoop, and with your thumb, slide the lock on the handle of the Scoop backward to lock the Scoop and keep it closed. The poop that collects on the extension will now drop into the storage box. Grasp the pull cords on the enclosed plastic bag to remove the bag with its contents, then dispose of the plastic bag in a garbage can.
