20150092000RECORDING APPARATUS - A recording apparatus includes an endless belt that transports a recording medium by supporting a first surface of a tape-like recording medium on a support surface; and a recording head that performs recording by ejecting ink on a second surface that is an attachment surface coated with an adhesive on the opposite side to the first surface of the recording medium transported by the endless belt.2015-04-02
20150092001OPTICAL SCANNING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS USING SAME - An optical scanning device includes first and second light sources, a polygon mirror, first and second scanning lenses, first and second reflecting mirrors, and an adjusting mechanism for adjusting the posture of the first reflecting mirror. The adjusting mechanism adjusts the posture of the first reflecting mirror using a predetermined first adjustment amount so that a first scanning line drawn by a first light beam to scan a first circumferential surface and a second scanning line drawn by a second light beam to scan a second circumferential surface are parallel when a drum rotation speed is a predetermined first speed, and adjusts the posture of the first reflecting mirror using a predetermined second adjustment amount different from the first adjustment amount and capable of making the first and second scanning lines parallel at a second speed different from the first speed when the drum rotation speed is the second speed.2015-04-02
20150092002Light Scanning Device Reducing Deformation of ftheta Lens and Housing and Image Forming Apparatus with the Same - A light scanning device include a housing and an fθ lens. The housing includes a bottom plate and a sidewall disposed upright at the bottom plate. The rotating polyhedron and the fθ lens are each installed at the bottom plate of the housing. The rotating polyhedron is configured to deflect and scan light beam. Light beam deflected and scanned by the rotating polyhedron transmits the fθ lens. The bottom plate of the housing includes a stepped portion at a part corresponding to a peripheral area of the fθ lens. The stepped portion is formed lower than a top surface of the bottom plate. The stepped portion has a ridge line in a concavo-convex shape.2015-04-02
20150092003PRINTER - A printer includes a platen roller, a print head that performs printing on a recording sheet, and a recording sheet guide provided on the same side as the platen roller relative to the recording sheet. Multiple projections are provided on a surface of the recording sheet guide. The projections are elongated in substantially the same direction as a conveyance direction of the recording sheet.2015-04-02
20150092004METHODS FOR FORMING FUNCTIONALIZED CARBON BLACK WITH AMINO-TERMINATED POLYFLUORODIMETHYLSILOXANE FOR PRINTING - A method for forming functionalized carbon black useful for uniform dispersion in a surface material of a printing system component includes providing carbon black; providing a fluoropolymer having a terminal amino group; and mixing the amino-terminated fluoropolymer and the carbon black, wherein the fluoropolymer is amino-terminated PDMS.2015-04-02
20150092005INFORMATION PROVIDING DEVICE, IMAGE FORMING DEVICE, AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING IMAGE DATA TO A TRANSMISSION TERMINAL THAT PERFORMS VIDEO COMMUNICATION - An information providing device is capable of communicating with an image forming device, a data managing device, and a transmission terminal. The information providing device includes a storage unit; a communication unit that transmits a forming instruction to instruct the image forming device to perform image forming, and receives, from the image forming device, storage location information indicating the data managing device that stores data obtained by image forming by the image forming device and indicating a storage location in the data managing device; and a storage location managing unit that generates, in the storage unit, management information in which identification information of the image data is associated with the storage location information. The communication unit receives the data saved in the storage location indicated by the storage location information from the data managing device and transmits the received data to the transmission terminal.2015-04-02
