Once those top buckets are known, a second pass may walk the text string, generate terms, and calculate a hash value for each term. If the hash values of terms match hash values of one of the kept buckets, then the term may be considered a frequent term. Consequently, the term may be added to a dictionary along with a corresponding frequency count. Once time resources are allocated, fixed tasks are subtracted out of the time resources, leaving only flexible time which the user will use for all other tasks. Variable tasks may be added by entering due date, task description, task dependencies, and priority. An algorithm is used to maximize the user's schedule. The algorithm schedules rapidly, prevents late tasks, and readjusts to accommodate for unplanned events or new tasks.2009-04-02
