20140107230Wetting Agent for Electrolytic Applications and Use Thereof - The invention relates to a wetting agent and to its use. The wetting agent comprises a biodegradable surfactant which is present in a solution in water, and allows foam to be formed during the electroplating application. The stability of the foam formed allows retarded release of the hydrogen that is formed during the galvanic application. This wetting agent is stable to degradation and has no effect at all on the electroplating application. The wetting agent of the invention exhibits good biodegradability. The level of consumption of the wetting agent is comparable with using PFOS-containing wetting agents. The wetting agent provides a simple, eco-friendly and time cost-effective alternative to the known PFOS-free wetting agents, with the wetting agent of the invention exerting no effect on the outcome of the electroplating application, by virtue of reduced wetting agent consumption and by virtue of the chemically-inert properties of said wetting agent.04-17-2014
20150038597WET SANDING COMPOSITIONS - A wet sanding adjuvant is comprised of a composition comprising: (02-05-2015

20140378559COMPOSITIONS OF 1,1,1,3,3-PENTAFLUOROPROPANE AND CYCLOPENTANE - A composition comprising HFC-245fa, cyclopentane, and a third solvent component, wherein the composition is in a homogenous one-phase solution state at temperatures less than the boiling temperature of the composition, and uses thereof, including as blowing agents.12-25-2014
20160051956APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING DISPERSIONS AND SOLIDS - The invention relates to an apparatus and method for the production of dispersions and solids by way of controlled precipitation, co-precipitation and self-organisation processes in a microjet reactor, a jet of solvent containing at least one target molecule and a jet of nonsolvent colliding with each other, at specified pressures and flow rates, at a collision point in the reactor chamber of the microjet reactor, and the microjet reactor having a gas inlet for introducing gas into the reactor chamber and an educt outlet for discharging the educts in a stream of gas. This results in very rapid precipitation, co-precipitation or a chemical reaction, during the course of which micro- or nanoparticles form.02-25-2016
20150119477METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CREATING AEROSOLS - Aerosols can be created by filament stretching and breaking of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids by applying a strain to and stretching the fluid. The fluid is stretched along a strain pathway and forms a fluid filament. The fluid filament is caused to break into droplets that can be harvested to form a mist or aerosol. Such a system for aerosol creation can include a pair of counter-rotating rollers that are positioned adjacent to each other that stretch the fluid or a pair of pistons that move toward and away from each other to stretch the fluid.04-30-2015
20150343407METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CREATING AEROSOLS - Aerosols can be created by filament stretching and breaking of Newtonian and non-Newtonian fluids by applying a strain to and stretching the fluid. The fluid is stretched along a strain pathway and forms a fluid filament between diverging surfaces. The stretched fluid filament breaks into droplets that can be harvested to form a mist or aerosol. The aerosol creation systems can include one or more pairs of counter-rotating rollers that are positioned adjacent to each other that stretch the fluid or a pair of pistons that move toward and away from each other to stretch the fluid. Some aerosol creation systems can include multiple pairs of counter-rotating rollers that are positioned in a circular, oval, or linear pattern. The aerosol creation system with multiple pairs of counter-rotating rollers can generate mist is one or more directions and can be positioned between two concentric rings or linearly, among other configurations.12-03-2015
20130289143METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PREPARING ACTIVE PARTICLE-CONTAINING STEAM - A method for preparing high-temperature, active particle-containing steam. The method includes: 1) preparing steam; selecting one or several non-oxidizing gases as a working gas; ionizing the working gas into a plasma working medium by using a plasma generator; and 2) injecting the plasma working medium into a high-temperature steam generator to form high-temperature ionized environment while introducing the steam into the high-temperature steam generator for allowing the steam to contact with the plasma working medium so that the steam is heated and activated to form active particle-containing steam. A device for preparing the high-temperature, active particle-containing steam is also provided.10-31-2013
