20090130936Kind of Ply Yarns and Ply Yarns Fabric - The present invention concerns a kind of ply yarns and the ply yarns fabric. One piece of the ply yarn is intertwisted by one piece of untwisted yarn and one piece of twisted yarn or filament in the direction of the length. The twist factor of the untwisted yarn is below 200, and the fibers of the untwisted yarn are parallel. In the present invention, the ply yarns fabric is woven by the ply yarns. The present invention adopts the ply yarns to make the ply yarns fabrics. The fabrics contain warp yarns and the weft yarns which form the noumenon of the fabrics. One piece of the ply yarn is intertwisted by one piece of untwisted yarn and one piece of twisted yarn or filament in the direction of the length. The twist factor of the untwisted yarn is below 200, and the fibers of the untwisted yarn are parallel, the untwisted yarns are linear, so that the bulgy parts could be formed on the surface of the fabric. The ply yarns fabric has high tensile strength, good crisp aesthetics and it maintains softness, air porosity, hygroscopicity, the heat retention and the stronger affinity for our skin as the untwisted yarns fabrics have.05-21-2009
20090149100Method for Weaving Closed Structures with Intersecting Walls - The present invention generally relates to a woven preform for reinforced composite materials and a method of making thereof. 20140134908SUEDE-TONE FLAME-RETARDANT UNION CLOTH - The present invention provides, at a low cost, a suede-like flame-retardant union fabric which exhibits excellent design and texture, which is comfortable, and which has high flame retardance. The suede-like flame-retardant union fabric is formed of warps and wefts, in which the warps are raised on at least one face of the fabric. In the suede-like flame-retardant union fabric, the warps include a polyester-based yarn, and the wefts include a spun yarn (A) that contains at least 70 wt % of a cellulosic fiber and a spun yarn (B) that contains a flame retardant-containing halogen-containing fiber containing 3 to 50 weight parts of a flame retardant with respect to 100 weight parts of halogen-containing fibers. The spun yarn (A) and the spun yarn (B) used as the wefts are alternately interweaved.05-15-2014

20110159763METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THE MANUFACTURE OF COMPOSITE SHEETS - The invention concerns a method for making composite plates which consists in driving along a specific direction a bundle of parallel yarns; associating with this yarn a yarn layer transversely oriented relative to said specific direction, the bundle of yarn and/or yarn layer comprising at least an organic material and at least a reinforcing material, and the assembly comprising at least 10 wt. % of organic material; heating the assembly moving in the specific direction, and fixing it, by heating and/or pressure, then by cooling, so as to form a composite strip; collecting the strips in the form of one or several composite plates. The invention also concerns a device for implementing the method and the resulting product.06-30-2011
20130023173SHOCK ABSORBING FABRIC STRUCTURES - Fabric structures having elongation yarns and ground yarns that form a sheath are provided, with the structure having two connection segments and at least one expansion segment in between the connection segments. Heat treatment of the one or more expansion segments shrinks the length of the elongation yarns during manufacture. A tensile load applied to the fabric structure stretches the elongation yarns and unfolds the gathered sheath. The elongation yarns absorb energy as the fabric structure elongates. In some embodiments, the fabric structure has more than one expansion segment so that the deployment force of the structure is not constant. In some embodiments, the fabric structure includes a band in some portions.01-24-2013
20130130583METHOD FOR PRODUCING A COMPOSITE MATERIAL - A method includes a step of bringing a plastic matrix substance in contact with a reinforcement fiber structure to form an intermediate material. Further, the method includes a step of curing the matrix substance of the intermediate material to form a composite material. Before the plastic matrix substance is brought into contact with the reinforcement fiber structure, it is mixed with a diluent to form a mixture.05-23-2013

20110111665TRANSVERSELY TEARABLE FABRIC-ADHESIVE TAPE WITH HIGH ABRASION RESISTANCE - The present disclosure relates to a woven-fabric adhesive tape, more particularly a cable-wrapping tape, comprising a tape-shaped woven-fabric backing having at least one adhesive coating applied to at least one side of the backing. The woven-fabric backing is formed from warp threads and weft threads and the linear density of the weft threads in dtex is greater than the linear density of the warp threads in dtex. The width-based linear density of the warp threads in dtex/cm is less than the length-based linear density of the weft threads in dtex/cm. The width-based linear density of the warp threads is about 2000 to 4000 dtex/cm and the length-based linear density of the weft threads is about 8000 to 20 000 dtex/cm, preferably 8000 to 16 000 dtex/cm. The disclosure further provides a tape-shaped woven-fabric backing for use in a woven-fabric adhesive tape.05-12-2011
