The first housing accommodates, at least in part, the contact. The contact is provided with a cable holding portion which holds an end of a cable so that the cable extends in a predetermined direction. The second housing is attached to the first housing to hold the contact in cooperation with the first housing. The second housing is provided with a hooked portion, a spring portion, an operation portion and a lock portion. The spring portion is resiliently deformable. The operation portion and the lock portion are supported by the spring portion. The lock portion locks the mating lock portion when the connector and the mating connector are mated with each other. The hooked portion is a portion which is hooked by a finger upon operation of the operation portion. The hooked portion is positioned apart from the operation portion in the predetermined direction. The operation portion releases a lock of the lock portion against the mating lock portion when operated to be moved toward the hooked portion. | 02-04-2016 |
