|Modular Multifunction Fragrance Emitter - Solid fragrance carriers are received in a cavity in between a replaceable shell and a permeable screen of a base that is further housing a heating element, a vertical portion of a ventilation channel and a fan. The solid fragrance carriers are evenly directly aerated by a forced air stream that is evenly heated by passing through the screen positioned around and irradiated by the central heating element. A large storage capacity of the cavity provides for long operation time between refills. Design freedom of the replaceable shell provides for associative shell shapes adaptable to varying themes, characters or consumer goods. The screen and shell may be light permeable for a decorative illumination of the solid fragrance carriers, which may be also color coded for visual scent mixture identification. Conventional liquid fragrance carriers may also be contained in a chalice at the top of the base.

In one aspect of the invention, the vapor generator output is adjustable by rotating the reservoir. In another aspect of the invention, the reservoir is mounted relative to the heat source by magnetic attraction.
|Fragrance emanation system - The fragrance emanation system includes a container for holding preferably a fragranced liquid or gel, a housing for holding the container, and a wick. The housing contains a socket for attaching to the container, a cavity for receiving the container and a door for enclosing the container. One end of the wick protrudes from the container. An electrical circuit is included having a heater for heating the protruding end of the wick and electrical connectors coupled to the circuit to receive current from a power source to provide the current to the heater. The heater heats and evaporates the liquid within the wick, thereby accelerating the emission of vapors from the evaporated liquid. The door includes a window, a bottom and a mechanism for holding the door closed to assist in holding the container in engagement with the socket.
|Thermal Vaporizer Apparatus - The present invention relates to a smokeless thermal vaporizer apparatus for extracting and vaporizing essential ingredients from natural herbal medicines for inhalation to prevent and alleviate pains and diseases. The thermal vaporizer apparatus includes a heating device and a handheld delivery device. The heating device has a heating element disposed within a thermally insulated housing with an access opening on front and a switch with a variable voltage controller on the front surface of the housing to regulating the amount heat generated by the heating element. |Fragrance dispenser - A fragrance dispenser includes a housing and a plurality of heating pans disposed in the housing. Each of the plurality of heating pans includes a corresponding heating element centrally disposed therein. A controller is disposed in the housing to control the amount and temporal distribution of power distributed to each heating element independently. Prongs extend from the housing to provide power to the controller. A volatile material holder is held within the housing and includes a plurality of reservoirs adapted to align with the corresponding plurality of heating pans, wherein each of the plurality of reservoirs includes a volatile material.
|ELECTRODE HUMIDIFIER - An electrode humidifier has the key characteristic that its electrodes are continuously wiped during operation of the humidifier generating steam by wiper blades. |ION IMPLANTATION DEVICE AND A METHOD OF SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING BY THE IMPLANTATION OF BORON HYDRIDE CLUSTER IONS - A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes the steps of: providing a supply of molecules containing a plurality of dopant atoms into an ionization chamber, ionizing said molecules into dopant cluster ions, extracting and accelerating the dopant cluster ions with an electric field, selecting the desired cluster ions by mass analysis, modifying the final implant energy of the cluster ion through post-analysis ion optics, and implanting the dopant cluster ions into a semiconductor substrate. In general, dopant molecules contain n dopant atoms, where n is an integer number greater than 10. This method enables increasing the dopant dose rate to n times the implantation current with an equivalent per dopant atom energy of 1/n times the cluster implantation energy, while reducing the charge per dopant atom by the factor n.
|FRAGRANCE PRODUCING LIGHTING DEVICE - An electrically powered device for emitting light and for also producing and releasing fragrances or other vaporizing agents into the surrounding environment through the combined use of a heating element and a polymeric disk that is impregnated with vaporizing agents, at least a portion of which are released into the air upon the application of heat to said disk. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the heating element and light sources are contained within a base unit that is positioned at a lower portion of the device. The disk, which is formed and shaped so as to optimize exposed surface area, rests on an upper surface of the heating element during operation of the device. The smoke generating device includes a housing defining an inner chamber configured to receive the vaporizing material, and a heating element disposed within the housing. |Herbal Vaporizer with Electric Heating Element - A smokable material vaporizer is disclosed, comprising of an enclosure having an elongated heating tube, a heating element, an air pump and a vapor collection receptacle for vaporizing a smokable material and allowing inhalation thereof. The heating tube is an elongated structure with a material loadable cap at its distal end and a screen for communicating vaporized material into the enclosure. The proximal end of the heating tube comprises a heating lamp element and a means to force air via a pump into the tube and through the screen. The heating lamp is powered by an electrical connection that includes a timer switch for safety and an activation switch. The lid of the enclosure is removable to reveal the attached heating tube, wherein smokable material is placed for the heating lamp to raise its temperature above vaporization levels, whereafter it is pumped into a collection receptacle bag for inhalation.
|METHOD TO DETECT FUEL VAPORIZER COKING - A method of supplying fuel vapor to an exhaust aftertreatment device of a motor vehicle is provided. The method includes evaporating fuel on a voltage-biased, resistive heating element, the element set in an enclosure configured to release fuel vapor to the exhaust-aftertreatment device, and indicating that the element is degraded if a current flowing through the element is less than a threshold current. In some embodiments, the threshold current is based on the ambient temperature and/or the amount of fuel in the enclosure.
|VAPORIZER FOR WATER PIPE INLET - The vaporizer assembly includes a nail sub-assembly formed of a high rate of heat transfer material and an adapter assembly formed of a lower rate of heat transfer material. The nail sub-assembly includes a bowl at an upper end and a shaft extending down from the bowl. The shaft has a hollow bore passing therethrough. The nail sub-assembly is preferably formed of a titanium alloy which can be heated to high temperatures without damage thereto. The heating component is combined with a bottom side of the heat-transfer container. The angle-adjustable electric plug is combined with the second opening of the hollow housing. Therefore, an aroma capsule can be disposed in the heat-transfer container through the open end, the hollow housing and the heat-transfer container of the angle-adjustable aroma diffuser can rotate upward and modulate an angle, and the aroma capsule generates fragrance upward through the open end of the heat-transfer container.

|Electric Vaporizer Heating Assembly with Dual Anodized Heating Compartments - An electric vaporizer heating chamber that provides a user with two options for heating various smoke forming substances has a first heating compartment and a second heating compartment. The first heating compartment and second heating compartment are enclosed by a chamber casing and are positioned in between a lower heat insulator and an upper heat insulator. The first heating compartment is supported by a heater seat which also insulates the chamber casing. A heating coil is positioned within the first heating compartment and allows substances placed in the first heating compartment to be combusted. The second heating compartment can be placed within the first heating compartment overtop of the heating coil in order to vaporize substances placed in the second heating compartment. A battery connector is also housed within the chamber casing and provides electrical connections for supplying current to the heating coil in order to heat the heating coil.
|POWER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR PORTABLE AEROSOL-GENERATING DEVICE - The present disclosure relates to an electrical system including a primary device and secondary device, wherein the primary device includes: a source of electrical power; a cavity configured to receive the secondary device; at least one electrical contact within the cavity configured to contact a corresponding contact on the secondary device when the secondary device is in the cavity, the at least one electrical contact being electrically connected to the source of electrical power; and a lid moveable between a first position to retain the secondary device in contact with the at least one electrical contact, and a second position in which the secondary device is free to move out of contact with the at least one electrical contact. The electrical system may relate to an aerosol-generating system having an aerosol-forming substrate.

The electrodes may be effective to receive and conduct an electric current and to secure the devices to an electric source. The devices may include a base. The base may be attached the insertion section. The base may include a port effective to receive at least part of the electric current from the electrodes. The base may include a collar effective to apply heat sufficient to release a fragrance from a material infused with the fragrance when at least part of the electrical current is supplied to the collar from the electrodes. The device may include a cap. The cap may have a ring shaped cross-section and may be sized and shaped so as to be connectable to the base such that the port is accessible when the cap is connected.

The biopolymer may be one or more of agar, kappa carrageenan, gelatin, sodium alginate, gellan gum, pectin, and combinations thereof. The cartridge also includes a heater configured to heat liquid from the gel formulation to a temperature sufficient to release a liquid/semi-liquid component from the gel, which component thereupon forms a vapor.

|ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE - There is provided in the present application an electronic cigarette, including an electric heating wire and an electrode. The electric heating wire is electrically conducted to the electrode via a conductor. In the electronic cigarette according to the present application, the electric heating wire is electrically conducted to the electrode via the conductor, instead of a copper sheet and a lead with smaller volumes. In this way, the problem of poor contact which is likely to occur in connection of various conductors could be avoided, so that a phenomenon of an unstable value of resistance in the circuit may be avoided, and emission of smoke becomes more even.

The mating arms of the male connecting portion are configured to engage the lugs of the female connecting portion so as to electrically couple the vaporizer assembly and the battery assembly. A knurled pattern may also be provided on an outer surface of the male connecting portion and/or female connecting portion so as to conformally interface with a reversed pattern on an inner surface of the vaporizer assembly and/or the battery assembly.
