The lower end of the frame has a perimeter beam base, a raised floor and a pair of open-ended parallel fork tine tubes that communicate with the perimeter beam at the front and rear of the frame. The frame includes a plurality of fixed side walls extending upwardly from the perimeter beam. A plurality of gates are movably mounted on the frame, each gate being movable between open and closed positions, the gates enabling a forklift to place loads on the floor. The frame has vertically extending positioning beams that segment the floor into a plurality of load-holding positions. Each load holding position has positioning beams that laterally hold a load module in position on the floor.07-18-2013

20140028037OFFSHORE CARGO RACK FOR USE IN TRANSFERRING LOADS BETWEEN A MARINE VESSEL AND AN OFFSHORE PLATFORM - A cargo rack for transferring loads between a marine vessel and an offshore marine platform provides a frame having a front, a rear, and upper and lower end portions. The lower end of the frame has a perimeter beam base, a raised floor and a pair of open-ended parallel fork tine tubes or sockets that communicate with the perimeter beam at the front and rear of the frame. The frame includes a plurality of fixed side walls extending upwardly from the perimeter beam. A plurality of gates are movably mounted on the frame, movable between open and closed positions, the gates enabling a forklift to place loads on the floor. The frame has vertically extending positioning beams or lugs that segment the raised floor into a plurality of load-holding positions. Each load holding position has a plurality of positioning beams or lugs that laterally hold a load module.01-30-2014
20150015009LIFT-EYE IN POCKET APPARATUS AND METHODS - An apparatus for shipping goods may include a strut, a first beam, a second beam, a lift-eye housing interfacing with the strut, the first beam, and the second beam, and having an opening facing in the direction of the upper wall, and a lift-eye disposed within the lift-eye housing and configured to support the weight of the apparatus and to pivot from a stowed position within the lift-eye housing to a deployed position where a distal portion of the lift-eye projects out of the lift-eye housing.01-15-2015
20150360811OFFSHORE CARGO RACK FOR USE IN TRANSFERRING LOADS BETWEEN A MARINE VESSEL AND AN OFFSHORE PLATFORM - A cargo rack for transferring loads between a marine vessel and an offshore marine platform (for example, oil and gas well drilling or production platform) provides a frame having a front, a rear, and upper and lower end portions. The lower end of the frame has a perimeter beam base, a raised floor and a pair of open-ended parallel fork tine tubes or sockets that communicate with the perimeter beam at the front and rear of the frame, preferably being structurally connected (e.g., welded) thereto. Openings in the perimeter beam base align with the forklift tine tubes or sockets. The frame includes a plurality of fixed side walls extending upwardly from the perimeter beam that include at least left and right side walls. A plurality of gates are movably mounted on the frame including a gate at least at the front and at least at the rear of the frame, each gate being movable between open and closed positions, the gates enabling a forklift to place loads on the floor by accessing either the front of the frame or the rear of the frame. Each gate can be pivotally attached to a fixed side wall. The frame has vertically extending positioning beams or lugs that segment the raised floor into a plurality of load-holding positions. Each load holding position has a plurality of positioning beams or lugs that laterally hold a load module (e.g., palletized load) in position once a load is placed on the raised floor.12-17-2015

20150042113ATTACHMENT BRACKET FOR USE WITH HEAVY MACHINERY AND BRACKET MEMBERS - An attachment bracket for use with heavy machinery and adapted to releasably attach to a double wheeled bin. The attachment bracket has a plurality of spaced parallel elongated bracket frame members, an elongated wide plate member connected to each the bracket frame member forming a rigid connection therebetween, a pair of spaced main hook members removably and adjustably connected to the wide plate member in between the bracket frame members, and a pair of secondary hook members, each rotationally connected to a respective the main hook member and biased such that they will return to an initial position when not being forced to rotate.02-12-2015
20160024806Cement Pouring Device - A cement pouring device may include an elongate vessel supported by a frame. The frame may enable the vessel to cooperate with and be transported by a vehicle such as a skid steer. Due to the elongate shape of the device, it may be particularly suitable for depositing a cement charge at a distal pour site that would be difficult to access otherwise, or may only have been accessible manually with a conventional wheel barrow and shovel. This may be particularly advantageous in smaller pour jobs where equipment such as cement pumps are impractical or economically infeasible.01-28-2016
