285042000ROOF OR FLOOR DRAIN FLASHING TYPE14
20100109318ZINC FLASHING FOR ROOF PENETRATIONS - An improved zinc flashing system for use with metal and non-metal roof systems. The improved zinc flashing system includes a base plate that includes an aperture and vertical tube that is attached to the base plate. The vertical tube form extends upwardly from the upper surface of the base plate or downwardly from the bottom surface of the base plate. The zinc flashing system is designed to form a water-tight seal about a roof penetration and/or a roof drain. A protective layer can be used to inhibit or prevent contact of the zinc material of the zinc flashing with a roofing structure. The protective layer can be connected and/or coated to the zinc flashing.05-06-2010
20120126529Roofing Composition - A split-flashing composition for covering a protrusion from a roof, the composition having a flange portion adapted for sealing to a roof surface, the flange portion being substantially planar and having an in-plane spiral shape that describes a closed-loop opening for receiving the protrusion; the flange portion having first and second flange end portions that are connected to each other in-plane and in an off-set manner; a collar portion fixably attached to the flange portion; a closed-loop collar-portion construction having a substantially curved wall section and a substantially planar wall section that are connected to each other and together define an internal volume of space, wherein the substantially curved wall section spirals outwardly from a first substantially curved wall section edge portion to a second substantially curved wall section edge portion; the collar portion having a substantially conical shape, wherein the cross-sectional area of the internal volume of space decreases as the distance between the flange portion and the cross-sectional area increases, the cross-sectional area being in a plane that is substantially perpendicular to a collar-portion longitudinal axis; and the collar portion having a substantially planar wall section that is substantially perpendicular to both a first substantially curved wall section edge portion and a second substantially curved wall section edge portion.05-24-2012
20120126530PIPE-SEALING COLLAR - The invention comprises a replacement collar for a roof vent pipe. The collar provides UV protection for an existing gasket or can be used as a separate installation. Preferably, the collar has a thicker gauge and includes a seal flange and pre-applied sealant. The collar is designed for universal application for all appropriate sizes of pipe with unique cut line indentations to enable correct trimming to selected size.05-24-2012
20120228863Roof Flashing with a Detachable Component - A flashing with a base member for placing against a roof, a lower stack member connected to the base member, and an upper stack member with a gasket for forming a tight seal with a pipe, the upper stack member being detachably connected to the lower stack member. Because the upper stack member with the gasket is detachably connected to the lower stack member, when the gasket is so degraded that it should be replaced, the upper stack member with gasket are removed without removing or replacing the base member and lower stack member of the flashing.09-13-2012
20130113204PIPE FLASHING APPARATUS AND METHOD - A roof flashing that can be installed around a pipe, instead of over the pipe, is provided. The roof flashing can include a collar, a base, a foot, and a longitudinal opening. The collar can have a conical shape, and the base can have a top edge and a bottom edge such that the top edge of the base is coupled to a bottom edge of the collar. The foot can be coupled to the bottom edge of the base and extend outwardly from the bottom edge of the base. The longitudinal opening can extend from an apex of the collar to an edge of the foot and can include first, second, and third sections. A width of the longitudinal opening can increase when first and second edges of the opening are pulled away from each other.05-09-2013
20130328300Roof Pipe Flashing - A roof pipe flashing with a raised boot and elongated opposite extensions extending therefrom which roof pipe flashing is used to cover and weatherproof an existing but damaged roof pipe flashing on the pitched roof of a building. The roof pipe flashing can be made manually by cutting or tearing along pre-marked lines on the flat base of a roof pipe flashing.12-12-2013
20140021713FLASHING STRIP - A flashing strip can include a body and at least one reinforcing member. The flashing strip can include a viscoelastic body deformable by a manual force between at least a first configuration and a second configuration. The flashing strip can also include at least one reinforcing member being deformable by the manual force. The reinforcing member can be configured to maintain a first shape of the body when the body is in the first configuration and when the manual force is not applied to the body and can be configured to maintain a second shape of the body when the body is in the second configuration and when the manual force is not applied to the body.01-23-2014
20140159359ROOFING COMPOSITION - A split-flashing composition for covering a protrusion from a roof, having a flange for sealing to a roof surface with an in-plane spiral closed-loop opening with first and second end portions connected together in an off-set manner, and a generally conical collar portion that extends from the flange portion, the collar portion having a curved wall section and a planar wall section that define an internal volume within the collar portion.06-12-2014
20140252756Roof Drain Recession Plate - One embodiment of a recessed roof drain support (recession plate) is to be mounted under structural roof sheathing at the location of a roof deck penetration for a roof drain body. The roof drain body mounting flange, when mounted to the recession plate, will be below the surface of the roof sheathing, creating a recess for a roofing membrane to flow smoothly into the clamping surface of the roof drain body, leaving no opportunity for water to stand.09-11-2014
20150115596PIPE CONNECTOR - There is described a pipe connector for connecting first and second pipes slidably engageable one into the other, the pipe connector comprising: a side wall extending between a first end and a second end along a longitudinal axis and defining an interior space, the side wall being adapted to be inserted into a floor hole made into a floor; a floor flange extending laterally and outwardly from the first end of the side wall, the floor flange being adapted to rest on a floor surface when the side wall is inserted into the floor hole; and a guiding assembly secured to the side wall and comprising at least one resilient retaining finger for receiving the first pipe therebetween, the at least one resilient retaining finger being securable to the first pipe when the second pipe is engaged into the first pipe.04-30-2015
20160090727UNIVERSAL DRAIN CUFF - A drainage pipe fitting includes a cuff that permits the fitting to be coupled with pipes or fittings of various sizes. The cuff includes a plurality of sloped surfaces. For example, the cuff may include a first set of sloped surfaces and a second set of sloped surfaces on an interior of the cuff for receiving different-sized pipes or fittings on the interior of the cuff. The cuff may also include a third set of sloped surfaces, a fourth set of sloped surfaces, and a fifth set of sloped surfaces on an exterior of the cuff for receiving further pipes or fittings of different sizes on the exterior of the cuff. If desired, the cuff can include more or less sets of sloped surfaces. In some cases the sloped surfaces are arranged on internal and external fins of the cuff.03-31-2016

20130020796One-Piece Roof Flashing - An integral one-piece roof flashing for preventing moisture from passing between a vent pipe and a roof. The flashing, preferably of plastic, includes a base having an aperture and a laterally-extending planar flange with a raised center portion. An upstanding outer sleeve is joined to the center portion by a flexible corrugated portion of the flashing. A downwardly-depending inner sleeve has a top end joined to the distal end of the outer sleeve, extends into the outer sleeve, and is adapted for receipt into the top end of the vent pipe. The corrugated portion flexes to allow the outer sleeve to be angled up and down the pitch direction of the roof, side to side, and to extend to accommodate different roof pitch angles and vent pipe heights. A scale on the base allows the vent pipe height to be measured to ensure that it is within acceptable limits.01-24-2013
20130307259ADJUSTABLE ROOF JACK - An adjustable roof jack comprising: a flange; a first cylinder having a first cylinder top portion being at an angle between 13 and 19 degrees and a first cylinder bottom portion, fixedly connected to the flange.
