20080315167 | Engagement chain type hoisting and lowering device - An engagement chain type hoisting and lowering device is disclosed, including a hoisting and lowering table attached to the upper end of hoisting and lowering driving engagement chains. The engagement chains are raised and lowered by a pair of hoisting and lowering sprockets driven by a driving motor. The driving motor is located in a peripheral area spaced apart from the lowest lowered position of the hoisting and lowering table. In so doing, the lowest position of the hoisting and lowering table is lowered, reducing the burden of loading and unloading items onto the hoisting and lowering table, and making maintenance safe and simple. | 12-25-2008 |
20080315168 | Engagement chain type hoisting and lowering device - An engagement chain type hoisting and lowering device is disclosed, having a hoisting and lowering table attached to the upper end of two or more pairs of hoisting and lowering driving engagement chains. A driving motor drives two pairs of hoisting and lowering sprockets which, in turn, raise or lower two pairs of hoisting and lowering driving engagement chains. By arranging two pairs of hoisting and lowering driving engagement chains on two opposed sides of the hoisting and lowering table, buckling of the hoisting and lowering driving engagement chains is suppressed, resulting in stable hoisting and lowering operations without slippage of articles on the hoisting and lowering table, and chain endurance is improved. The device is designed so that the lowest position of the hoisting and lowering table can be lower than the height of the peripherally located driving motor, for ease and safety of operation and maintenance. | 12-25-2008 |
20090309083 | DEFLECTING ROLLER WITH INCREASED CHAIN UTILIZATION - A deflecting roller for link chains, for example, round link chains or profiled steel chains, presents, on the periphery, chain pockets for lying chain links. Furthermore, chain pockets for standing chain links are provided. The chain pockets for the standing chain links are separated from each other by teeth. The tooth flank surfaces of the teeth, against which a standing chain link bears under the action of a load, are dimensioned and profiled in a specific way. The dimensioning is carried out so that, up to a certain chain loading, the standing chain link does not bear with its nose against the tooth flank. A contact between the tooth flank surface and the nose of the standing chain link concerned occurs only starting at a certain chain loading. | 12-17-2009 |
20100059727 | ENGAGEMENT CHAIN TYPE DRIVING DEVICE - The invention relates to an engagement chain type driving device including a pair of driving sprockets, which rotate positively and reversely in opposite directions about a pair of rotating shafts, a pair of engagement chains, which engage with each other by the pair of driving sprockets so to be integrated together, and a driving source, which drives the pair of driving sprockets, wherein the engagement chain includes inner tooth plates and outer tooth plates, which each include buckling limiting flat surfaces, the inner tooth plates and outer tooth plates being brought opposite to each other and into contact with each other when the engagement chains are integrated by the pair of driving sprockets, such that the flat surfaces hold the chain engagement position. | 03-11-2010 |
20100237305 | Method of improving the functionality of pole mounted electrical producing or consuming panels - Current pole/mast mounted photovoltaic systems rely on gravity to lower the panel down the mast. The energy derived is typically conducted along a coiled conductor that expands or collapses like a spring inside the hollow mast as the movable device, with the solar panel attached, is raised or lowered for maintenance. Due to the large size and stiffness of the coiled conductor, especially in cold weather, the weight of the movable device may not be sufficient to cause the panel to descend when tension on the supporting cable is released. We have developed a method of pulling the sleeve/ring down the mast/pole as well as up. Over long periods of non-use, the sleeve can freeze in position. This new system aids in freeing it up and is also useful when there is un-even side loading on the sleeve. A winch driven chain or cable, attached to the movable device, extending upward to a top roller then internally downward to the winch and then externally extending back up to the movable device, accomplishes this task. A further improvement is a plurality of vertical guide wires and guides attached to the conductor coils that prevent the coils from overlapping in the collapsing mode. An additional improvement is taught wherein the coiled conductor is replaced by a set of conducting rails with a shorter conductor attached to the solar panel. | 09-23-2010 |
20110101293 | Workhorse Winch - A winch driven by a rotatable cassette. The cassette can be rotated into multiple different positions. Each of the addition positions produces a different speed up the output for a cable. | 05-05-2011 |
20130284993 | LABOR-SAVING DEVICE FOR DETECTION OF NO-LOAD HAND HOIST MOTION - It is disclosed that a labor-saving device for detection of no-load hand hoist motion, comprising a base, a stand pole, and a controller, a first cantilever beam, a second cantilever beam, a third cantilever beam, and a fourth cantilever beam being sequentially disposed in single vertical plane from top to bottom of the stand pole, which is characterized in that a electric hoist being disposed below the first cantilever beam; a pair of first guide unit being respectively disposed at two opposite laterals of the second cantilever beam; a driving unit including a motor, a stand plate, and an actuator being coaxially disposed in series from internal to external, being disposed above the third cantilever beam; and a pair of second guide unit are respectively disposed at two opposite laterals of the fourth cantilever beam. The advantages of the labor-saving device for detection of no-load hand hoist motion of the invention features as following in that: 1) The hanging location of the hand hoist being set at the lifting hook of the electric hoist, which enabling vertically regulating the position of hook to facilitate arrangement of the hand hoist; 2) It is can be achieved that changing the active wheel with a chain wheel or frictional wheel in accordance with the requirement of the friction needed by the hand hoist chain; 3) The device being provided with simplified configuration and lower cost for mass manufacture. | 10-31-2013 |
20140264212 | WINCH APPARATUS - Provided is a winch apparatus including two exchangeable and interchangeable gears connecting a motor to a drum, the drum being operative to extend and retract a flexible line. By exchanging and interchanging the gears to effect a change in the ratio of the diameters of the first gear to the second gear, the torque and the linear speed of the flexible line are adjustable, permitting the same winch apparatus to move heavier loads at lower speeds, or lighter loads at higher speeds | 09-18-2014 |
20150314998 | CHAIN BLOCK AND LOAD CHAIN - A chain block is provided including a load chain which hangs a load, and a load sheave member which is rotatably supported between a first frame and a second frame, around which the load chain is wound, and which has a chain pocket in which the load chain goes, the load chain is made of a steel material having the Rockwell hardness C scale (HRC) of 47 to 51, and the load sheave member is made of a steel material in which at least the chain pocket has the Rockwell hardness C scale (HRC) of 40 to 45. | 11-05-2015 |
