20090078901 | ELECTROMAGNETIC SAFETY VALVE - An electromagnetic safety valve that includes a reel, a support that has a first segment that is inserted in the interior of the reel and which acts as a fixed core, a movable core that moves in the interior of the reel, a sealing member connected to one end of the movable core that opens a passage of gas overcoming the opposition of a spring when the valve is energised, and a casing that encloses the reel. The support has a second segment that includes a base upon which the reel is supported, the base including axial through holes for the respective passage of a phase wire and a mass wire. The second segment also includes a coaxial housing wherein a male terminal is inserted. | 03-26-2009 |
20090242815 | SOLENOID VALVE - A solenoid valve includes a bobbin, a coil, a rod, and at least one ball. The bobbin has a through hole and a multiple-turning-point groove in the inner wall of the bobbin. The coil winds around the bobbin. The rod is disposed in the through hole and is capable of moving inward or outward along the through hole, and has a recess in the outer wall of the rod. Each ball is received in the groove and the recess at the same time. | 10-01-2009 |
20100090144 | High-speed actuator for valves - A high-speed actuator to move a valve stopper to a closed position against a valve seat and an open position away from the valve seat is disclosed. The actuator includes a rod carrying first and second axially spaced solenoid armatures. The rod also has a valve stopper connector end. A first solenoid coil surrounds and is spaced from the rod to bias the first solenoid armature along with the rod and valve stopper toward the valve's open position. A second solenoid surrounds and is spaced from the rod. The second solenoid is axially spaced from the first solenoid to bias the first armature towards the valve's closed position. A linear variable differential transformer (LVDT) magnetically coupled to the second solenoid armature is included to determine the instantaneous position of the valve stopper relative to the valve's seat. The LVDT is responsive to the position of the second armature. The LVDT generates an instantaneous valve position signal in concert with the movements of the rod. A valve position control circuit is adapted to receive a valve position set point from a user's input, and a valve position feedback signal from the LVDT. The valve position control circuit includes first and second solenoid coil drive signals that urge the first armature, and hence the valve stopper to the valve position set point inputted by a user. A signal generator circuit is provided to vibrate the valve about a position set point in order to enhance material discharge down the discharge tube. | 04-15-2010 |
20120085954 | ADJUSTABLE ELECTROMAGNETIC FLUID FLOW CONTROL VALVE - An adjustable electromagnetic fluid flow control valve includes: a tubular member of non-magnetisable material. One end of the tubular member is forming an inlet and serves as the main entry port for: gases or other fluids entering the valve. The opposite end of the tubular member is forming an outlet The valve includes at least one annularly configured electromagnetic coil which is surrounded from outside and partially inside by a core preferably built from ferrous laminations. The coil is connected to a power supply and can be energised by the power supply under control of a controller: A disk occluder of a magnetic material has diameter corresponding to the internal diameter of the tubular member. The occluder is disposed Within the tubular member and occludes the fluid flow when is positioned perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tubular member. The occluder rests on a supporting non-magnetic-member with at least one passageway for fluid flow. The occluder is pressed against the supporting member by a spring. All spring-loaded members of the valve are locked In place between two inner locking members rigidly mounted within the tubular member. The magnetic torque, exerting influence on the occluder increases or decreases With changes in the electric power to the coil and this changes the cross-sectional area of the flow pass. | 04-12-2012 |
