20080210735 | POWERED STAPLING DEVICE - The present invention relates to an powered stapling device and, more specifically, but not limited to, a powered stapling device for driving staples over a strip of linear material, such as a cable located in an otherwise inaccessible or difficult to reach place. The stapling device includes an actuation mechanism, a handle, a staple ejection mechanism, and a drive arm operable along a primary axis of the stapling device. The actuation mechanism provides energy to the drive arm, which in turn engages the staple ejection mechanism, which in turn drives the staple. At least a portion of the staple engagement mechanism may be positioned at an angle with respect to the primary axis. This configuration of the staple engagement mechanism allows the stapling device to drive the staple at an angle relative to the linear object being stapled, even when the primary axis of stapling device is aligned substantially parallel or substantially perpendicular to the linear object being stapled. | 09-04-2008 |
20080272170 | AC electric nail-gun and control method of the same - The present invention relates to an AC electric nail-gun and method thereof. The AC electric nail-gun of the present invention is mainly provided with an integrated circuit (IC), and the IC is connected with a SCR (silicon controlled rectifier) drive circuit such that an actuating magnetic coil is activated by the driving of the SCR drive circuit through a SCR commanded by the IC. By means of the activating, the striker pin of the impact plunger within the actuating magnetic coil beats nail into wood. If an appropriate calculation conducted by the IC according to the reaction force obtained by the striker pin shows that the nail is not firmly beaten into wood, the impact plunger is commanded to allow the striker pin beat nail again before the plunger is brought back to its original position to be activated. A jostle device is provided correspondingly to the impact plunger in such a manner that the return stroke of the impact plunger is limited within a finite distance by mean of the push-forward action of the jostle device when actuated in the repeated nail-impacting cycle of the impact plunger. In this way, the nail can be beaten into wood with multiple stages so as to be nailed firmly into wood by the nail-gun of the present invention which makes the construction easier and more convenient to ensure the quality of construction. Therefore, the commercial availability is further enhanced in the entire operation thereof. | 11-06-2008 |

20090032566 | Transmission Mechanism for Electrical Nail Gun - A transmission mechanism for an electrical nail gun includes a rotary transmission unit and a linear transmission unit in a housing of the electrical nail gun. The rotary transmission unit includes a motor driven by electricity, a flywheel driven by the motor and extending to form a cylinder thereon, a solenoid activated by electricity, and a moveable driving wheel adjacent to an end side of the cylinder. A clutch is formed between the cylinder and the driving wheel. The solenoid is buried in the cylinder so that a magnetic conductivity loop is constructed around the solenoid to produce the magnetic field when the solenoid is activated. The driving wheel is attracted to move to an engagement position to be driven by the flywheel, thereby driving the linear transmission unit to impact a nail when the solenoid is activated by electricity, and the driving wheel returns to a disengagement position to disengage from the flywheel, thereby stopping driving the linear transmission unit when the solenoid is demagnetized. | 02-05-2009 |
20090032567 | Clutch Mechanism for Electrical Nail Gun - A clutch mechanism arranged in a housing of an electrical nail gun includes a sliding base, a driver driven by electricity, a swing base pivotally mounted on the housing, and an electric driver attached to the housing and being adjacent to an end side of the swing base. The sliding base is slidably disposed on an end of a free roller positioned in the housing, and the sliding base loads a spring and forms a hitting nail bar thereon. The driver has a motor and a flywheel driven by the motor, and the flywheel is configured to engage or disengage with/from the sliding base. The swing base is adjacent to the sliding base and the free roller and receives the driver therein. The electric driver has a rod member driven by electricity, and the rod member drives the swing base to swing to a first position where the flywheel meshes with the sliding base to thereby drive the sliding base to move downwards, and a second position where the flywheel disengages from the sliding base to thereby cause the sliding base to reposit. Thus, it is an advantage to improve service life and stability of the electrical nail gun. | 02-05-2009 |

20090101691 | Electric Stapler - A slide frame is mounted on a driver unit that can be vertically reversed on a base frame. A guide pin disposed in the slide frame engages with a concave portion of a cam plate portion formed in the base frame. When a fixation releasing handle of the driver unit is operated, a lever pushes the slide frame to slide the slide frame and the guide pin is deviated from the concave portion to rotate the driver unit. In a state where the driver unit is fixed in a regular posture, since the guide pin is pushing a switch lever, the detection switch is kept turned ON and thus an electric stapler is in an operable state. When the driver unit is rotated, the switch lever is released from the press of the guide pin and the detection switch is turned OFF, thereby cutting off the power. | 04-23-2009 |

The swing base is pivotally mounted on the housing. The swing base is adjacent to the sliding base and the supporter. The motor is installed in the swing base. The electric driver is attached to the housing and is adjacent to an end side of the swing base. The electric driver has a rod member driven by electricity. The rod member drives the swing base to swing to a first position where the flywheel meshes with the sliding base to thereby drive the sliding base to move downwards, and a second position where the flywheel disengages from the sliding base to thereby cause the sliding base to reposit. It is advantage to simplify the configuration of the actuator for the flywheel and is useful for the miniaturization of the electrical nail gun. | 08-06-2009 |
