20120067922 | CLOSURE - A closure comprises a base and a lid. The base comprises a spout portion. The lid comprises a cover portion and a ring portion securable around the spout portion. The cover portion of the lid is hingedly connected to the ring portion and is moveable between a closed position and an open position, in which the spout portion is substantially unobstructed by the cover portion. | 03-22-2012 |
20120168464 | SYRINGE - A syringe includes a syringe outer tube having a spout and a spout-mounted cap. The cap has a cap main body sealing the spout in a liquid-tight manner, a mounting section mounted onto the spout, and a breakable breaking section linking the cap main body and the mounting section to release the link upon breaking. The inner circumferential portion of the mounting section includes protrusions inserted into a groove on the outer circumferential portion of the spout which also has a tilted section tilted relative to the axis of the spout outer circumferential portion. When the cap is rotated along the axial direction of the syringe outer tube, the protrusions move along the tilted section of the groove. The mounting section is thus displaced in the base end direction and the braking section is pulled in the direction and breaks to separate the cap main body from the mounting section. | 07-05-2012 |
20120223103 | DISPENSER OF FLUID MATERIAL - A fluid dispenser including, a fluid reservoir with a neck externally threaded and that internally defines an opening that communicates with the inside of the reservoir, the neck forming at least one helical thread; and a dispenser head that is mounted on the neck by a fastener member in engagement both with the threaded neck and with the dispenser member. The fastener member includes a ring, the ring forming: a reception mechanism for receiving the dispenser member; an annular ledge; and a skirt that is in engagement with the threaded neck. The ring includes a rupture mechanism between the ledge and the skirt so as to separate the ledge from the skirt by turning the ring on the threaded neck, in such a manner as to remove the dispenser member from the reservoir. | 09-06-2012 |
20130299516 | CONTAINERS HAVING PERFORATED SHRINK WRAP SLEEVES - A container having a container body that can have a circumference/perimeter variation along a vertical axis, a bottom surface, and a container opening having a top surface; an axially oriented shrink wrap sleeve covering a portion of the body of the container having a circumference variation and the container opening; the shrink wrap sleeve having a pair of generally vertical perforations descending from the shrink wrap top edge towards a circumferential perforation ring oriented below the container opening. The axially oriented shrink wrap sleeve covering a portion of the container body circumference variation has a greater or lesser circumference at at least one point between the perforation ring and the bottom edge of the shrink wrap. | 11-14-2013 |
20140263454 | Beverage Dispenser Container and Carton - An example system for installing a beverage ingredient into a beverage dispenser includes: a container for insertion of a carton containing a beverage ingredient into a beverage dispenser, the container including a base surface, and a front surface, a back surface, and two side surfaces extending from the base surface and defining a cavity sized to receive the carton; wherein the two side surfaces extend from the front surface at an angle and form a horizontal landing portion that extends to the back surface; and a carton positioned within the container and containing the beverage ingredient, the carton comprising a fitment extending from a carton surface, the fitment sized to allow fluid communication between the carton and the beverage dispenser, and the carton defining a tear away portion defining an angled surface extending from a front surface of the carton to a side surface of the carton. | 09-18-2014 |

20090101674 | Tamper Evident Plastic Dispensing Container - Tamper-resistance of spice container closures and containers is provided through use of tamper-evident and tamper-resistant elements. A spice container package includes a container, a closure and a tear strip, with the tear strip being joined to the closure by a first hinge, and joined to the container by a second hinge. The container includes a side wall. The closure includes a base and a cover, with the base including at least one dispensing port and the cover including at least one flap removably covering the at least one dispensing port. The first hinge connects the tear strip to the cover of the closure. The closure and the container may be integrally molded together as a single plastic component piece. | 04-23-2009 |
20140069955 | TAMPER EVIDENT PULL-OUT SPOUT - A tamper evident, pull-out flexible spout for use in combination with a container lid wherein a cap can only be removed from the threaded end of the spout by lifting a pair of bail rings which are attached to the cap by way of a set of frangible connectors and thereafter pulling the spout out from the stored position at least part way toward the use position thereby to disengage lugs on an exterior surface of the cap from a pair of one-way stops on an interior surface of the spout ring. | 03-13-2014 |
20150360851 | Aerosol Isopropyl Alcohol Mixture Agent with Trigger Sprayer - An Aerosol Isopropyl Alcohol Mixture Agent with Trigger Sprayer that can be easily held in one hand. The Isopropyl Alcohol Mixture Agent is in a bag inside a can and under pressure from air nitrogen, 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane, Difluoroethane, Petroleum Hydrocarbon, CO2, HFC1234ze, individually or mixture thereof and can only be initially opened and released by pulling the tab of the trigger sprayer. The Trigger Assembly cannot be sprayed until the tab is pulled. The Can is cylindrical canister housing and has a Dip Tube that goes to the bag of the can to the Isopropyl Alcohol Mixture Agent. There is Propellant composed of air nitrogen, 1,1,1,2-Tetrafluoroethane, Difluoroethane, Petroleum Hydrocarbon, CO2, HFC1234ze, individually or mixture thereof in the can that pushes on the bag holding the Isopropyl Alcohol Mixture Agent up through the Dip Tube to the Valve Operative and then to the Actuator Stem up through the Trigger Sprayer Initially pulling the tab of the Trigger Assembly allows the Trigger to be pressed and be moved. Once the Tab is pulled it does not ever need to be pulled again for future uses and allows the Trigger Pivoting Member of the Trigger Assembly to press down on the Actuator Stem which then exerts pressure on the Valve Operative which allows the Propellant in the Can to exert pressure on the bag and force the Isopropyl Alcohol Mixture Agent in the bag through the Dip Tube up the Valve Operative through the Chamber Hole into the Direction Chamber with pressure up through the Nozzle out the Opening toward the area to be treated. The user then holds down the trigger and sprays the area to be treated with the Isopropyl Alcohol Mixture Agent which comes out as a mist in a spray cone. | 12-17-2015 |
