20080277364Multi-reeve handling and hoisting system - An integrated hoisting system includes a base structural component (BSC) assembled on a structural aperture and containing an opening compatible with a structural aperture. The integrated hoisting system further includes a plurality of primary hoisting components affixed to the BSC, wherein each primary hoisting component is disposed in an opposite diagonal corner on said BSC, and further includes a winch drum and at least one lead sheave and a plurality of load path assemblies, each containing a plurality of sheaves. The system further includes a plurality of hoisting lines, a plurality of termination components affixed to said BSC, each termination component including a monitoring unit and a load cell assembly for terminating the hoisting line, and a device configured to control the operation of the integrated hoisting system.11-13-2008
20110049076Method and Apparatus for Vertically Orienting Precast Concrete Wall Panels - An apparatus orients to a vertical position a precast wall panel formed in a horizontal position. The panel has holes formed in opposite sides thereof. The apparatus includes an overhead crane having a pair of suspended hooks and a lifting beam assembly suspended from the crane hooks. The lifting beam assembly includes a pair of oppositely facing pin carriages each having a pin adapted to be received in one of the panel holes. The lifting beam assembly further includes a motorized drive mechanism for displacing the pin carriages toward and away from each other along the length of the lifting beam. Displacing the pin carriages toward each other along the length of the lifting beam allows the pins to align with and engage the panel holes. Raising the crane hooks orients the wall panel in a vertical position.03-03-2011
20130105430MANIPULATION APPARATUS, AND MOVEMENT APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH THIS MANIPULATION APPARATUS05-02-2013
20140263143Articulated Arm Lifting System - A lifting system for semiconductor processing equipment utilized in a cleanroom environment. The lifting system comprises of an articulating arm, a base, a load indicator, a capture tool and a wirelessly controlled hoist motor unit with float control. The float control allows precise positioning and movement of the load without requiring use of up and down controls of the wireless remote. Covers and the bellows positioned on and coupled with the arm assembly reduce contamination caused by a wire rope extending from the arm. A load indicator shows the system coming under load while holding the load stationary. A capture tool provides quick release and ease of grabbing the load with the use of a capture pin. A rotary electrical collector provides a full 360 degrees of rotation of the articulating arm from the base, in both directions. This lifting solution provides high cleanliness and ease of use.09-18-2014
212199000 HAVING BOOM SHIFTABLE VERTICALLY ALONG A LINEAR PATH 3
20100243592CEILING MOVABLE TYPE DISUSED CAR SCRAPPING SYSTEM - This invention regards to a ceiling movable disused car scrapping system, more specifically, the invention is capable of to adjust the height and to move left and right hand side by itself at its position, and, as it mounts the disused car, it is capable of adjusting the disused car height and rotating, and adjusting the disused car location. Thus it can scrape the disused car at its position as a one-stop disused car scrapping system.09-30-2010
20110168654METHOD FOR HANDLING AND/OR SERVICING COMPONENTS OF A WIND TURBINE AND A GRIPPING APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD - The Invention relates a method and an apparatus for handling and/or servicing components of a wind turbine, such as installing and/or dismantling components into or from a wind turbine nacelle or such as servicing exterior components such as blades, hub, tower and nacelle of the wind turbine. The gripping apparatus comprising at least one arm for gripping around the wind turbine tower, said at least one arm capable of forming a gap between gripping elements of the gripping apparatus. The at least one arm extends around the entire outer circumference, seen perpendicular to a horizontal plane, of the wind turbine tower.07-14-2011
20140332487Drilling Rig Transfer System and Method - A drilling rig transfer system includes a mobile transfer beam, a trolley assembly operatively attached to and moveable along the mobile transfer beam, and a connection mechanism suspended from the trolley assembly for connecting to and lifting a device. The mobile transfer beam is suspended from first and second traveling blocks through connections at first and second suspension positions along the mobile transfer beam. A method of transferring a device may include suspending a connection mechanism from the trolley assembly over a first location, lowering and attaching the connection mechanism to a device disposed at the first location, lifting the device with the connection mechanism, moving the trolley assembly along the mobile transfer beam to position the connection mechanism and the device over a second location, and lowering the connection mechanism and the device into the second location.11-13-2014
