20150096774Carbon Steel Cultipacker Wheel - I being, in the business of farm implement and tractor repair, have come to realize that sometimes repairing old equipment is difficult and more costly than just replacing with a new part or a complete implement. I found this particularly true with the cultipacker, after having several customers ask for repairs on old ones and having problems repairing them due to lack of reliable wheels. I decided to see if I could come up with a product to solve the problem. After about five years of research, trial and error I finally came up with what I consider an excellent solution to the problem The Carbon Steel Cultipacker Wheel. 20130248215BLADE SEGMENT AND BLADE ASSEMBLY FOR A SURFACE WORKING VEHICLE - A segmented blade comprised of overlapping blade segments is disclosed herein. Each blade segment overlaps with adjacent segments thereby providing for an overlapping joint between segments. The overlapping joint reduces erosion and/or washout of the underlying moldboard. Further, in one embodiment, the overlapping joint may include a connector hole such as a bolt hole through which a bolt detachably connects the overlapped sections of adjacent blade segments with the moldboard. Such a connection increases the strength of the connection as well as the strength of the moldboard in the region of the connection. This allows for smaller blade segments to be used and allows for segments which are of a suitable size to be manhandled by a single operator without jeopardizing the strength of the moldboard and/or the longevity of the moldboard.09-26-2013

20150289434Disc Mounting Assembly for a Vertical Tillage Implement - In a disc assembly for supporting a ground engaging disc on a respective support arm of a vertical tillage implement, the disc supporting hub has an annular body rotatably supported on a shaft. The outer end of the annular body is enclosed by a cap and the inner end of the annular body is enclosed by an end plate fixed on the shaft relative to which the annular body is rotated. First and second annular flanges on the inner end of the annular body receive a tongue portion of the end plate therein so as to define a sinuous, narrow clearance gap where the annular body of the hub and the end plate of the shaft are in a non-contacting, rotatable relationship with one another. The sinuous, narrow clearance gap minimizes penetration of soil and residue therethrough to the interior of the hub where bearings are located.10-15-2015

20130020101Quick connect/disconnect coupling for a stalk stomper - A quick connect/disconnect coupling for securing an agricultural implement, such as a stalk stomper, to a tool bar assembly on a tractor, without the need for any tools. The tool bar assembly includes a bracket having a pair of spaced-apart arm members. Each arm member has a recess therein, and a hole spaced therefrom. The recesses and the holes are generally transversely aligned. A pin is adapted to be received in the holes. The agricultural implement includes a plate member. Provided on the plate member are a cross bar and a retention stop. The cross bar is adapted to be engaged in the recesses. To connect the agricultural implement to the tool bar assembly, the cross bar is engaged in the recesses and the agricultural implement is pivoted so that the plate member is above the pair of holes and the pin can be inserted into the transversely aligned holes to connect the agricultural implement to the tool bar assembly. The pin engages the retention stop so as to prevent longitudinal movement of the stalk stomper with respect to the tool bar assembly in operation and thereby prevent the cross bar from disengaging from the recesses. To disconnect the agricultural implement from the tool bar assembly, the pin is removed from the transversely aligned holes and the cross bar is disengaged from the recesses.01-24-2013
20140190712UNIVERSAL BRACKET ADAPTOR ASSEMBLY FOR AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS - Universal bracket adaptor assemblies, pressure control units, and methods for using the same are disclosed. A bracket adaptor assembly is disclosed for assisting in coupling any of an assortment of structurally distinct agricultural implements to a towing frame of an agricultural machine. The assembly includes a support bracket with two coupling portions, the first coupling portion being configured to operatively attach to any of the agricultural implements. An adaptor plate is configured to operatively attach to the towing frame. The adaptor plate has numerous attachment interface points configured to couple with the second coupling portion of the support bracket. Coupling the support bracket to a first subset of the attachment interface points of the adaptor plate assists in coupling a first agricultural implement to the towing frame. Coupling the support bracket to a second subset of the attachment interfaces assists in coupling a second agricultural implement to the towing frame.07-10-2014
