20080257444 | CABLE HANGER PRODUCTION SYSTEM AND PRODUCTION METHOD - There is produced a cable hanger in which a Z-winding spiral and an S-winding spiral are alternately and continuously formed along an axis via a switching part using a hanger wire. A hanger wire is supplied from one end of a housing and sent out from the other end thereof. At least five spiral forming dice are accommodated in a cylindrical space of the housing such that the spiral forming dice are adjacent to each other and can rotate independently from one another. Each of second and subsequent spiral forming dice as counted from the hanger wire supplying end of the housing includes a bottom face forming a shape corresponding to a curvature of the spiral on a plane intersecting with the axis at right angles between inner peripheral face of the housing and the bottom face, and the bottom face gradually becoming narrower from both sides of the spiral forming die in its longitudinal direction toward a central portion thereof, a Z-winding wall face forming a shape corresponding to a pitch of the Z-winding spiral and an S-winding wall face forming a shape corresponding to a pitch of the S-winding spiral, which are inclined with respect to the plane and the axis. The Z-winding wall face and the S-winding wall face intersect with each other at a central intersection of the spiral forming die in the longitudinal direction thereof, and extend along a side edge of the bottom face. The first spiral forming die as counted from the hanger wire supplying end of the housing has a latter half thereof in its longitudinal direction, the latter half includes the bottom face, the Z-winding wall face and the S-winding wall face in the same as those of latter halves of the second and subsequent spiral forming dice in the longitudinal direction. The first spiral forming die also has a first half including an introducing portion extending along the axis, the introducing portion is connected to a front portion of the intersection in the bottom face of the latter half in the longitudinal direction, and a front end of the introducing portion includes a hanger wire introducing inlet. | 10-23-2008 |
20100307630 | ENDOSCOPIC INSTRUMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF - An endoscopic instrument according to the present invention includes: a wire disposed in a flexible sheath and capable of freely projecting relative to the flexible sheath, the distal end of the wire expanding in radius to form a loop section or a basket section upon being projected from the sheath; and a fixture cylinder for fixing the inserted proximal end of the wire, wherein the fixture cylinder is provided with a wire-radius-increasing-direction-regulating section for regulating the direction in which the radius of the wire increases; and a wire-fixing section, disposed in the vicinity of the proximal end relative to the wire-radius-increasing-direction-regulating section, for fixing the wire. | 12-09-2010 |
20160052041 | WIRE FORMING APPARATUS FOR ELECTRIC MACHINE WINDING - A wire forming apparatus comprises a first rack moveable relative to a second rack in a first direction. Multiple forming structures are provided on the first rack and the second rack. The plurality of forming structures include a first plurality of forming structures configured to move relative to the first rack in a second direction, and a second plurality of forming structures configured to move relative to the second rack in the second direction. A plurality of are actuators are configured to move the first rack relative to the second rack, move the first plurality of forming structures relative to first rack, and move the second plurality of forming structures relative to the second rack. | 02-25-2016 |

20090293984 | Hand Tool - This invention relates to a hand tool capable of clipping wires of different diameters. The hand tool of the present invention comprises a main body, at least one first clipping piece, at least one second clipping piece, and at least one elastic element. The at least one first clipping piece is pivoted to the main body, and the at least one first clipping piece forms a first clipping area. The at least one second clipping piece, which is stacked next to the at least one first clipping piece, is pivoted to the main body, and the at least one second clipping piece forms a second clipping area that is different from the first clipping area. The at least one elastic element provides clipping force to the at least one first clipping piece. By the above structure, a wire can be clipped at the first clipping area or at the second clipping area. | 12-03-2009 |
20090314379 | APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ATTACHING FENCING MATERIAL - A tool for fastening fencing material to a post with a staple. The tool includes a base plate; first and second handles; first and second crimping arms, and a cam operatively engaged with the first handle. A slide is operatively engaged with the cam. The first and second handles and the first and second crimping arms are pivotally interconnected and attached to the base plate so that when the first and second handles are pivoted towards one another from an open position, the cam advances the slide, which advances the staple so that the crimping arms may crimp the staple to the fence post. A method for attaching the staple to a fence post is also described and claimed. An inventive staple is also disclosed. | 12-24-2009 |
