20110041832TRUE FLUSH-MOUNTED GAS FIREPLACE - A manufactured fireplace is adapted for flush-mounting within a pre-sized opening in a wall structure without the need to double the layers of drywall surrounding the opening. The fireplace metal facing panels are manufactured to be flush from the fireplace window to an outer edge of the panels. Non-combustible board is attached over the panels during manufacture of the fireplace, obviating the need for installers to size, cut and attach non-combustible board to the fireplace panels on site then to attempt to achieve a flush-mounting by doubling up the layer of drywall surrounding the fireplace opening. The fireplace including the attached non-combustible board facing is shipped to a work site for installation.02-24-2011

20120222668Collapsible Fire Pit and Propane Tank Holder - A fire pit designed to be stored and shipped in a flat configuration, and assembled without tools in a matter of minutes into a freestanding, durable structure capable of functioning as well or better than a non-collapsible fire pit. The fire pit comprises an essentially flat base with a unique slot and flange structure adapted to receive and support side panels. The side panels include female sides with vertical corner members on their side edges that allow flat male sides to mate securely with the female sides, and with the intersecting edges of the sides both covered and reinforced for a neat appearance and robust structure. A top includes a slot and flange structure that fits over and unifies and hides the upper edges of the sides, completing the assembly.09-06-2012

20130269679Fireplace - A fireplace has a hearth having an upper and a lower air supply openings, an upper and a lower deflectors, a first air supply channel being defined by the upper deflector and a door of the fireplace, the first air supply channel being in communication with the upper air supply opening and has an outlet facing a bottom of the hearth, the lower deflector having a concave surface facing a back wall of the hearth, a second air supply channel being defined in the back wall of the hearth, the second air supply channel being in communication with the lower air supply opening, and a plurality of air supply holes.10-17-2013
20140318529Multimedia Fireplace Console - A multimedia fireplace console comprising a heating unit, a supporting device defining an air chamber, and an entertainment assembly which allows a user to enjoy a movie or music in 3d surround sound in a warm and comfortable environment. The heating unit is housed within the air chamber and is able to generate warm air to be blown towards the user through an air outlet. The entertainment assembly is further comprised of a sound system that is supported at a position that faces the user by the supporting device, which allows the sounds system to be heard at an optimal distance from the user. The support device is allows a displayed device such as a television to be support on a top surface and allows the television to be viewed at an optimal height.10-30-2014
20150345798ADJUSTABLE FIREPLACE SCREEN SUPPORT ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A FIREPLACE SCREEN IN A FIREPLACE - An adjustable fireplace screen support assembly is provided. The adjustable fireplace screen support assembly includes an elongated member having a first end and a second end. The support assembly further includes a first tip member coupled to the first end of the elongated member. The support assembly further includes a tubular member having a first end and a second end. The second end of the elongated member is slidably disposed through the first end of the tubular member and into the interior region. The support assembly further includes a second tip member coupled to the tubular member. The support assembly further includes a biasing assembly at least partially disposed in the interior region of the tubular member adapted to bias the elongated member in a first direction, and the tubular member in a second direction.12-03-2015
126545000 With particular seal 1
20130333687FIREPLACE DRAFT BLOCKER - A fireplace draft blocker which is easily assembled and disassembled is provided with a seal around its periphery of faux fur, bristles, or soft fabric and is supported by crossed rods which hold the four corners of the fireplace draft blocker in position and away from the fireplace itself.12-19-2013

20080276927Decorative Fireplace Screen and Method of Manufacture - A decorative fireplace screen for a fireplace having a fireplace opening, and a method of manufacture therefor are disclosed. Decorative screens of the invention may also be for other purposes. The fireplace screen includes a planar main member, a decorative design applied to the front surface of the main member, a substantially clear adhesive layer over the decorative design, a design-enhancing mosaic of shattered-glass pieces adhered to the adhesive layer and substantially covering the decorative design, and grout between the shattered class pieces and securing them in place. Certain preferred embodiments are a support member along the lower edge, a frame, a foam board on the back surface of the main member to facilitate air-blocking of the fireplace. Preferred decorative features are glitter selectively applied over the design and use of a substantially transparent material as the main member.11-13-2008
20120216796FLUSH-MOUNTED FIREPLACE ASSEMBLY - A flush-mounted fireplace assembly comprising a surround structure configured to encompass a perimeter of an opening in a mounting wall and a bezel structure configured to fit within the outer surround structure. An inner edge of the surround structure and an outer edge of the bezel structure oppose each other and define a gap between inner edge and outer edge such that air can flow through the gap. An outside major surface of the surround structure and an outside major surface of the bezel structure are substantially co-planar with each other and with an exterior surface of the mounting wall.08-30-2012

The screen is made of a single sheet of flexible mesh material and is stretchable along its length. The mounting system includes two lateral mounting arrangements configured for fixed attachment of the sheet's side edges to the heating device at locations adjacent the lateral areas of the exterior of the heating device in such a manner that, during the attachment, the sheet is stretched in the direction along its length.02-25-2016
126550000 Smoke collecting hood 1
20120012100HOOD FOR EMISSION CONTROL FOR FIREPLACE - A hood for directing smoke from a wood burning fireplace through a filter or catalytic converter enables a substantial reduction in pollutants released to the environment. In an exemplary embodiment, a hood includes a housing, in which an exhaust cleaner support unit supports an exhaust cleaner for reducing pollutants as smoke is directed from an intake opening of the housing to an exhaust opening of the housing. A rear surface of the housing and side surfaces of the housing abut three walls of the fireplace, reducing air paths behind or beside the hood to capture a substantial amount of the smoke from the fire. The front of the hood is tapered to direct the smoke toward the exhaust cleaner. Due to a mild suction effect from heating of the exhaust cleaner, the front surface of the hood need not extend all the way to the front of the fireplace, and air flow in front of the hood into the flue is not impeded.01-19-2012
