The punching cylinders to which the punches and punch-holders are fastened, as well as the dies and the die-holders fastened to the compact frame, allow the punching of holes at the different radial distances required in the flanges of said angular profiles. It is possible since the punch-holders and die-holders have varying eccentricities in their respective seats for the punches and dies. It is possible to select pairs of punches and dies having same eccentricity. The punch-holders and the die-holders are equipped with means for angular positioning in the respective cylinder and the compact frame.06-09-2011
