The head section and the handle are pivotally connected with each other via a first and a second pivoted ends, whereby the handle can be up and down swung relative to the head section. The first and second pivoted ends respectively have a first and a second end faces facing each other. The first end face is formed with an upper and a lower contact sections. The second end face is formed with an upper and a lower abutment sections. The lower abutment section abuts against the lower contact section as a lower dead end of angular displacement of the handle.
