20130145802LOW-COST DOOR KEY WITH SWITCH SENSOR INDICATOR TO DETECT DEAD BOLT LOCK STATUS - A low-cost switch sensor remote dead bolt status indicator includes a switch sensor within a key body of a door key which starts a sensor at a door lock location upon sensing of a dead bolt entering into a locked position. The sensor is provided with a self shut-off feature operating after a fixed duration of minutes length has elapsed. The indicator also includes a receiver in the hand held key, which is capable of receiving signals from the sensor after the user presses an inquiry button on its surface. The hand held key has two indicators for alternately displaying the lock's dead bolt status as being locked or unlocked.06-13-2013
20130263633LIT DOOR HANDLE FOR A VEHICLE - A door handle apparatus for a vehicle is provided. The door handle includes a door handle body that is configured to be disposed at a door of the vehicle. A light source is mounted inside the door handle body. A light-transmitting member is located between the light source and the door handle body. The light-transmitting member is partially exposed to an exterior of the door handle body.10-10-2013
20140216113APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR DISPLAYING FEEDBACK INDICATORS VIA A KEYPAD - Apparatuses and methods are disclosed for determining a condition of an electronic lock that may include a keypad, determining at least one of a plurality of keys of the keypad to illuminate based on the condition, and illuminating at least one of the keys on the keypad to indicate the condition and/or provide an audible feedback.08-07-2014
20140311197DOOR LOCK INDICATOR - A door lock indicator and method for use by occupants in an interior space to confirm if a lock of a door handle of a door is in a locked or an unlocked position. An inside handle of the door handle must always be free to open the door for immediate exit. When a locking mechanism is in a first position, the locking mechanism aligns with an indicator mechanism to provide an indication that the door handle is in the unlocked position. When the locking mechanism is in a second position, the locking mechanism does not align with the indicator mechanism to provide an indication that the door handle is the locked position.10-23-2014
20160145895ARRANGEMENT FOR INDICATING THE STATE OF THE LOCK OF A DOOR WITH INDICATION LIGHTS, AND A FACE PLATE - Arrangement for indicating the state of the lock of a door with indication lights, which lock includes a lock case installed in a lock housing inside the door, a handle for opening the door, and a face plate installed onto the surface of the door. The face plate covers the lock housing and through which the handle is installed. Indication lights are installed in the lock case behind the face plate, and at least one aperture is made in the face plate, through which the light is visible from the front of the door.05-26-2016

20130233035TAMPER EVIDENT CARGO CONTAINER SEAL BOLT LOCK - Systems and methods for a tamper-evident cargo container seal bolt lock are disclosed herein. The device can include a bolt member having a conductive medium running the axial length of the bolt, and a receiving member for locking the bolt into place. A battery-driven sensory circuit including a memory means, a processor, and a timing circuit can be disposed within the receiving member such that a continuous circuit is formed from one circuit pin over the conductive medium through the length of the bolt and back to a second pin. The sensory circuit is configured to sense whether the circuit has been interrupted (e.g., if the bolt has been cut). In the event of an interruption, the circuit can record the time and/or date in memory. This information can then be transmitted to an RFID reader/interrogator if a dispute arises as to when the lock had been broken.09-12-2013
20130255337TAMPER EVIDENT CARGO CONTAINER SEAL BOLT LOCK - Systems and methods for a tamper-evident cargo container seal bolt lock are disclosed herein. The device can include a receiving member, a conductive bolt member adapted to be snap-locked into the receiving member, and a plastic encapsulant which tethers the bolt member to the receiving member. The encapsulant can contain an electrically conductive medium, such as a wire, which runs from the receiving member to the second end the bolt. A sensory circuit disposed within the receiving member can be configured to sense whether the circuit has been interrupted (e.g., if the bolt has been cut). In the event of an interruption, the circuit can record the present time and/or date in memory. An RFID transponder disposed within the encapsulant or the receiving member can then transmit the recorded date/time to an RFID interrogator if a dispute subsequently arises as to when the lock had been broken.10-03-2013
070439000 Tampering detector 4
20080295555Locking Seal With Tamper Indication And Notification Device - A locking device comprising a lock body having a through hole, a bolt member having a longitudinal bore therethrough and an insertion end which is inserted into the through hole of the lock body. The bolt member is further having a retaining pin disposed within the longitudinal bore and a resilient means for biasing the retaining pin axially out of the longitudinal bore. When the bolt member is inserted into the lock body, a means within the lock body prevents the removal of the inserted bolt member therefrom, and engages an actuating means to actuate an identifying means. The identifying means transmits a signal to indicate whether the locking device has been tampered with or defeated. If the bolt member is cut, the retaining pin is displaced out of the longitudinal bore and dislodges the actuating means resulting in the identifying means indicating that the locking device has been tampered with or defeated.12-04-2008
