20090025326Plasterboard Panel for Access to a Compartment - In a plasterboard panel a first plasterboard sheet has an opening delimited by a first outer zone of the first sheet; a second plasterboard sheet forms a door which can be connected to the opening in the first sheet, the second plasterboard sheet comprising a second outer zone delimiting the door. The panel also comprises holding means for stably connecting the door to the opening. The first outer zone is tapered transversally to the plane in which the panel lies and narrows from a first flat surface of the first sheet to a second flat surface of the first sheet opposite the first flat surface. The second outer zone is tapered transversally to the plane in which the panel lies and narrows from a first flat surface of the second sheet to a second flat surface of the second sheet opposite the first flat surface.01-29-2009
20090031656LATH SUPPORT SYSTEM - A structural reinforcement system that utilizes a lath for receiving cementitious material. Lath is affixed to support structure such as sheathing supported by studs as may commonly be found in building construction. Strip members are affixed to the lath and function as fastener guides. Fasteners penetrate the strips for affixing lath and strips to the support structure. The strips are made of a compressible material that protects the lath from damage due to impacts associated with installing the fasteners and forms a gasket-like seal around the fasteners. Strips may be used as drainage guides for directing water that may flow behind the lath. The width of the strips creates spacing between the lath and the support structure, which allows for controlling of a thickness of a base layer of cementitious material by selecting a desired width. In another embodiment, entangled filaments are used as lath material for receiving cementitious material.02-05-2009
20090038248Construction Board - The invention relates to a construction panel, in particular for use in dry construction.02-12-2009
20150033654Steel Lattice Configuration - A prefabricated wall module is disclosed. The wall module includes a series or plurality of lattices. The series of lattices includes (a) defining at least one slot accommodating a panel, and (b) defining a grid along an outer surface of the wall module wherein at least one end-standing lattice of the wall module is structurally different from one or more of the other lattices in the wall module.02-05-2015

20090056258Forming Apparatus and System - A forming system is provided for retaining a conformable material. The conformable material is, in one embodiment, concrete. The forming system includes one or more forming members, some comprising at least two panels connected in spaced relation so as to define a substantially linear passageway adapted to retain a first supply of concrete. In other embodiments, the forming member may comprise one or more panels forming various configurations so as to define substantially non-linear passageways or an end forming member to retain a conformable or settable material such as concrete which hardens in place. Each of at least two panels of the forming member further preferably comprises at least one interconnectable end defining an interconnectable element. The at least one interconnectable end, in some embodiments, forms an interengageable slot with the interconnectable element adapted to be interconnectable with at least one other structure. The one other structure, in some embodiments, comprises one or more forming members being configured similarly. Additionally, the at least two panels, in one embodiment, are preferably adapted to be disconnectable after use to subsequently receive a second supply of conformable material.03-05-2009
20150059275Construction System Using Metal Stud Frame Element - A construction system includes a metallic stud definable in terms of an x, y, z coordinate system, in which the stud includes a z-axis elongate substantially rectangular integral web within a yz plane thereof; two xz plane surfaces, each projecting in a substantially x-axis direction, in which z-axis lines of dependence exist between a common web and said xz surface of the stud and of said first base in said yz plane of said web of the stud and tabs secured tabs integral with and elevated from at least one said xz plane surfaces. Further included is a concrete slab into which one set of the elevated tabs are wholly embedded prior to the hardening of the slab.03-05-2015

20150135621Exterior Wall Assembly Systems - An attachment strip for attaching lath to a wall and a system for attaching lath to a wall with increased water resistive characteristics. The attachment strip has protruding teeth on an attachment plate that holds the lath in place, and a mounting plate that secures the lath furring strip against the wall and framing. In addition, since attachment strip, instead of the lath directly, is secured to the sheathing, fewer mounting devices are needed compared to when a lath is directly secured to a sheathing, where substantially more mounting devices would be needed. Thus in this arrangement, fewer penetrations are created when installing the lath. Additional water resistive features, such insulation layers, and a drainage space surrounded by two water resistive barriers, create space that not only increases insulation, but protects the inner layers of a wall from damage.05-21-2015

20140083035JOINT COMPOUND, WALL ASSEMBLY, AND METHODS AND PRODUCTS RELATED THERETO - Disclosed are aspects of board finishing systems. For example, in various aspects, disclosed are joint compound compositions, wall assemblies, methods of treating walls, and products related to any of the foregoing, including reinforcement trim, e.g., for protecting corners where boards meet, fasteners, and tape. The joint compound preferably is a drying type composition with reduced shrinkage property, and includes binder and hollow spheres, resulting in an ultra lightweight formulation in some embodiments. The joint compound composition can be applied in a one-coat treatment in preferred embodiments. Other aspects of board finishing system accommodate such a one-coat treatment to thusly allow a user to manipulate the compound closer to the plane of board as compared with conventional formulations. Joint tape and reinforcement trim can include non-swelling synthetic paper facing material in some embodiments.03-27-2014

20100212244ASSEMBLAGE OF SEALING NAIL - The present invention pertains to an assemblage of sealing nail essentially containing a nail, a propeller, and a blocker that is partially extended beyond the propeller. Wherein, the nail would sequentially penetrate the propeller, the blocker, and then a plank. By means of the nail entering the plank, the propeller and the blocker would be simultaneously urged to densely cover up where the nail inserted. Therefore, a preferred sealing efficiency between the nail and the plank is achieved to guarantee a favorable grouting on the plank.08-26-2010
