20090019628 | FLUSH VALVE LEAKAGE PREVENTION DEVICE - A flush valve leakage prevention device for a toilet tank is disclosed. The device comprises a closer portion adapted to be in resilient contact with the flapper portion of the flush valve and an attachment portion adapted to be attached to the toilet tank. The attachment portion is adapted to be attached in a position which allows the closer portion to remain in at least partial resilient contact with the valve flapper portion, and, in the absence or an external force from a flush actuating system of the toilet tank, to hold down said flapper portion to improve the seal between the valve seat and the flapper portion of the valve. | 01-22-2009 |
20090307833 | TOILET TANK VALVE STRUCTURE - A toilet tank valve structure comprises a knob unit, a rotatable shaft unit, a pole unit, a whole discharge pull wire, a partial discharge pull wire, a whole discharge assembly, a partial discharge assembly, and a water seal; the knob unit comprising a partial discharge knob and a whole discharge knob; the rotatable shaft unit comprising a shaft core and a shaft sleeve; the pole unit comprising a partial discharge pole and a whole discharge pole; the whole discharge knob being secured to an outer end of the shaft sleeve, an inner end of the shaft sleeve being secured to a first end of the whole discharge pole, a second end of the whole discharge pole being connected to the whole discharge pull wire to link the whole discharge assembly and the water seal; the partial discharge knob being secured to an outer end of the shaft core, the shaft core being inserted into the shaft sleeve, an inner end of the shaft core being secured to a first end of the partial discharge pole, a second end of the partial discharge pole being connected to the partial discharge pull wire to link the partial discharge assembly and the water seal. This structure is convenient for installation and operation. | 12-17-2009 |
20130152294 | WATER TANK INSTALLATION SYSTEM - An installation system comprises a guide bolt, which is fastened to the toilet bowl and which comprises a slot which extends throughout the bolt, and a fastening element that secures the said bolt. The installation system comprises an installation element comprising a large diameter socket and a small diameter socket. The installation element is screwed to guide bolt through its large diameter socket. Passing through a hole on the water tank and a slot, a bolt is screwed into the small diameter socket of the element. The installation system ensures that the water tank is uninstalled from and installed to the toilet bowl without removing the toilet bowl from where it is installed. | 06-20-2013 |

20140182056 | Bolt Housing for Toilet Water Tank - Toilet water tanks are mounted to the bowls with two bolts through two open holes. While rubber washers are used to seal the open bolt holes at the bottom of water tanks, water leaking is a century-old issue for many do-it-yourselfers. This invention designed a water-tight bolt housing to seal off the bolt hole. This invention eliminates the water leaking problem around water tank mounting bolts. | 07-03-2014 |
20160097190 | FILL VALVE LEAK PREVENTION SYSTEM - A leak prevention device is provided for use in operation with a fill valve with a fill valve arm in a toilet tank. The device may comprise a pivotable locking lever having a first portion positioned to pivot into and out of contact with the fill valve arm or an extension thereof. The fill valve arm affects actuation of the fill valve to modulate fluids from entering the toilet tank, wherein the pivotable locking lever is operable to contact or is capable of contacting the fill valve arm thereby prohibiting the operation of the fill valve. | 04-07-2016 |
20160102450 | Kits, Assemblies and Methods for No-Tools Toilet Installation - Kits and methods for installing a toilet bowl or toilet assembly without tools, and an installed toilet assembly, are described. The methods and assembly work with an existing flange or can include a standard closet flange configured to receive a flange bolt. The kits and assemblies include a flange bolt having a bolt head and a bolt stem extending from the bolt head and having an end portion opposite the bolt head, wherein the stem has an outer surface and the bolt head is configured so as to fit through an opening in a flange so that the bolt head contacts the lower surface of the flange and the end portion of the stem extends upwardly from the upper surface of the flange; and a bolt locking knob having an interior surface defining an opening extending therethrough, wherein the interior surface is configured so that when the end of the bolt stem is placed within the opening the interior surface of the knob contacts the exterior surface of the bolt stem in locking engagement and the knob is able to be hand tightened on the bolt stem when a toilet bowl base is positioned in place over the flange and the bolts have a size that is coordinated with the size of the locking knobs to eliminate the use of tools on installation of the bowl. Handle fasteners for manual tightening may also be included for installation of a tank on the bowl also without the use of tools. Mounting blocks are also described which enable installation while minimizing potential for injury due to suspending a toilet bowl or assembly while aligning the bowl so as to sit on a flange bolt(s). | 04-14-2016 |
