20110186622 | Self-locking security mechanism with universal mounting funnel for coin operated machine - A self-locking security mechanism for coin-operated machines. This mechanism consists of two units. The first unit mounts inside a coin-operated machine in alignment with the coin chute for receiving coins passing through the first unit. A second unit has a flexible bag secured thereon into which the coins are stored after passing through the second unit. This second unit also includes a door, which slides to an open condition by two teeth from the first unit when the second unit is connected by sliding into the first unit. The door is pushing the pivoting arm, which passes the snap stops and stays in preset condition. A pivoting arm is attached to the pivoting stopper with a spring between them. When the second unit is removed from the first unit, the door slides to a closed condition and releases the stopper. The spring lifts the stopper and blocks the door from sliding to an open condition. Only an authorized person can unlock the locked coin receptacle. | 08-04-2011 |
20130299568 | FARE BOX - Provided is a fare box which enables passengers to smoothly pay fares using bills without hesitation even when a bill transportation passage is disabled due to jamming of a bill or a breakdown. Two entrances, which are a bill normal receiving opening and a bill backup receiving opening, are provided as bill receiving openings of the fare box. Either of the bill normal receiving opening and the bill backup receiving opening is allowed to be selectively opened by a shutter member. At normal times, the bill normal receiving opening is put into operation with the shutter member positioned at a normal position. When a bill normal transportation passage has become jammed with a bill, the shutter member is shifted from the normal position to a bypass position on the basis of an operation performed on a bill receiving opening switch lever, whereby the bill backup receiving opening is opened instead of the bill normal receiving opening. | 11-14-2013 |

20150021386 | DELIVERY RECEPTACLE - A delivery receptacle for receiving objects, such as parcels, has a housing having an input opening, a delivery door rotatably coupled to the housing for opening and closing the input opening, and a drum rotatably coupled to the housing and having a drum access opening accessible through the input opening. The delivery door is mechanically coupled to the drum such that rotation of the delivery door in a first rotational direction causes rotation of the drum in the opposite rotational direction. The delivery door is rotatable between an open position in which the drum is oriented with the drum access opening aligned with the input opening such that a parcel can be inserted into the drum, and a closed position in which the drum is oriented with the drum access opening aligned with a drop area such that a parcel will exit the drum and enter the drop area. | 01-22-2015 |
20090194579 | RECYCLING CENTER - A recycling center receivable on a supporting surface is provided. The recycling center includes first and second sidewalls. Each sidewall has a forward edge, a rearward edge, an upper edge and an inner surface such that the inner surfaces of the sidewalls define a recycle receiving chamber. A lid extends between the upper edges of the first and second sidewalls. The lid has an aperture therethrough. A door is pivotably connected to the forward edge of the first sidewall. The door is movable between a first closed position and a second open position allowing access to the recycle receiving chamber. The door includes a transparent portion to allow an individual to view the recycle receiving chamber therethrough. | 08-06-2009 |
20110248082 | A CONTAINER FOR FLUID - A container for fluid which includes: an inlet; and a catchment surface for draining the fluid from an exterior of the container into the container through the inlet when the container is in a prone condition, wherein the container is moveable from the prone condition to a carrying condition, and wherein the inlet is positioned so as to be elevated above a contained fluid when the container is in either the prone condition or the carrying condition. The container can include a collecting wall, wherein the collecting wall includes a flow obstacle for slowing a flow of the fluid on the exterior of the container. The flow obstacle can be provided by ribs on the catchment surface. The container can include an outlet adapted to substantially resist fluid flow when in the prone condition, and adapted to allow fluid flow when in a pouring condition for draining the fluid from the container. | 10-13-2011 |

20090206150 | Locking ballot receptacle - A ballot receptacle is provided with frame having an opening through which ballots are deposited into a receptacle and a sliding closure cooperating with the frame to seal the opening. A tamper evident seal is used to lock the closure in a sealed arrangement and thereby secure the ballots in the receptacle. | 08-20-2009 |
20140110467 | BALLOT BOX FOR COLLECTING BALLOT ENVELOPES AND COMPRISING A MEANS FOR CHECKING THE PHYSICAL ACCEPTABILITY OF EACH BALLOT ENVELOPE - A ballot box for collecting ballot envelopes, includes a horizontal bottom wall, vertical wall attached to the bottom wall, and a horizontal top wall forming a lid that is provided with an opening for inserting a ballot envelope into the inner space. The insertion opening forms a vertical guiding passage having a rectangular cross-section delimited by two large parallel surfaces and two side surfaces, the opening including a hatch actuated by a motor, wherein the hatch can assume a position for blocking the opening or a released position. The box includes an element for checking one of the physical parameters of the ballot envelope, which is capable of controlling the motor of the hatch in order to clear the opening if the envelope is acceptable, or to otherwise block the opening, the checking element including a monitoring and control unit ( | 04-24-2014 |
