|LEVER TYPE CONNECTOR - A lever type connector includes a first connector housing, a second connector housing having a hood into which the first connector housing is fitted, and a fitting operation lever coupled to the first connector housing. The fitting operation lever is rotatable from a rotation start position to a rotation end position to completely fit the first and second connector housings to each other. The first connector housing includes a temporarily locking portion to temporarily lock the fitting operation lever at the rotation start position. The second connector housing includes a temporal-locking releasing portion to release the fitting operation lever from being temporarily locked by the temporarily locking portion. The fitting operation lever includes a posture holding tab configured to fill a space between the hood and the first connector housing to hold the first connector housing and the fitting operation lever in a posture parallel to the hood.

|COLLECTIVE CONNECTING STRUCTURE, GUIDE FRAME, CIRCUIT BODY HOLDING STATE GUIDE FRAME, AND COLLECTIVE CONNECTING METHOD - A guide frame is used to collectively connect circuit body side connectors to device side connectors. The guide frame includes circuit body holding parts for holding a circuit body and connector pressing parts that abut on the circuit body side connectors. Each of the circuit body holding parts includes a circuit body placement surface and a projection projecting from the circuit body placement surface. |FUSE UNIT - A fuse unit includes a fuse unit body and a holding member being a different member from the fuse unit body. The fuse unit body includes a conductive fuse element having a hinge and first and second resin bodies provided across the hinge, and the fuse unit body is bendable at the hinge. The holding member engages with the first and second resin bodies of the fuse unit body bent at the hinge and maintains the fuse unit body in a bent state.
|CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENT AND TERMINAL METAL FITTINGS - A connection structure of an electronic component and terminal metal fittings includes a relay including a relay body and a plurality of terminals, terminal metal fittings mating with the terminals, and a holding member. The terminals have end portions facing side surfaces of the relay body, and their leading ends are positioned closer to a top surface side than a bottom surface of the relay body. At a side surface, a first terminal and a second terminal that is more rigid than the first terminal are disposed. The holding member includes a component body accommodating portion, a first terminal accommodating portion, and a second terminal accommodating portion. |High-Frequency Electric Wire, Manufacturing Method Thereof, and Wire Harness - A high-frequency electric wire is provided with a conductor which formed by compressing multiple wire strands, each of which is obtained by coating an outside of a wire rod made of insulating resin with a metal layer, and a sheath provided on the conductor. Each of the wire strands of the conductor is compressed in such a way that a deformation ratio of the wire strand exceeds 0% and is 20% or less. The compression is performed, for example, during bundling and sheathing of the multiple wire strands.
|Wire Harness - A wire harness includes a conducting path. The conducting path includes a conductor and a sheath. |SHUNT RESISTANCE TYPE CURRENT SENSOR - A shunt resistance type current sensor includes a bus bar, a circuit board, voltage detection terminals and a voltage detector for detecting a magnitude of voltage applied to the bus bar. The bus bar is constituted of a through hole to be connected to a battery post, a through hole to be connected to a stud bolt for fixing a wire harness, and a shunt resistance part located between the through hole for the battery post and the through hole for the wire harness. The bus bar is configured so that an area including the through hole and an area including the through hole are formed in a stepped manner via a bent part.
|Wire Harness - A wire harness is provided with an electrically conductive path, a tubular sheath member which accommodates the electrically conductive path in an inner part, and a sheet member positioned between at least a part of a circumferential direction of the electrically conductive path and an inner peripheral surface of the sheath member. The sheet member may be wound on the electrically conductive path so as to cover an entire area in the circumferential direction. |CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF ELECTRONIC COMPONENT AND TERMINAL METAL FITTINGS - A connection structure of an electronic component and terminal metal fittings includes a relay in which a plurality of terminals are projected from a relay body having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, terminal metal fittings that are fitted in the respective terminals, and a holding member in which the relay and the terminal metal fittings are accommodated. The holding member has a component body accommodating portion that accommodates the relay body, terminal accommodating portions each accommodating the distal end portion of corresponding one of the terminals and corresponding one of the terminal metal fittings, a groove portion that positions an erroneous-insertion prevention projecting portion therein when the relay is inserted in a normal orientation, and a contact portion that is brought into contact with the erroneous-insertion prevention projecting portion when the relay is inserted in an erroneous orientation.
|CONNECTOR CONNECTION STRUCTURE - Provided is a structure in which: after a harness-side connector including a harness-side female terminal and a unit-side connector including a unit-side female terminal are caused to face each other at a position of a through hole in a floor panel, the harness-side connector and the unit-side connector are connected by a male terminal of a male connection member. In more detail, provided is a structure in which the male terminal of the male connection member is inserted through a connection-use penetrating part of the unit-side female terminal to electrically connect two female terminals, that is, the harness-side female terminal and the unit-side female terminal, to each other. Thus, a connector connection structure that does not cause the terminals to deform can be provided, and a connector connection structure that can also enhance ease of assembly and enhance ease of maintenance as a consequence can be provided.
|Wire Harness - A wire harness includes a conductive path. The conductive path includes a conductor and a sheath that covers the conductor. The sheath includes a first sheath part arranged correspondingly to a route restriction section where route restriction is required and a second sheath part arranged correspondingly to a different section other than the route restriction section. The first sheath part is formed thicker than the second sheath part, and the first sheath part has rigidity.

|Battery Terminal - A battery terminal body includes a cylindrical fastening portion and a first grip portion. The cylindrical fastening portion has a fastening aperture, a first extension fastening portion and a second extension fastening portion. The first grip portion is connected to the first extension fastening portion and includes a first through hole. A second grip portion includes a second through hole overlapping with a part of the first through hole. An outer diameter of a tapered portion increases gradually from an outer diameter narrower than a region where the first through hole and the second through hole overlap with each other before insertion to an outer diameter wider than the overlapping region. When inserted into the first through hole and the second insertion hole, the tapered portion expands the overlapping region to thereby narrow the fastening aperture.
|SHUNT RESISTANCE TYPE CURRENT SENSOR - A shunt resistance type current sensor includes a bus bar, a circuit board disposed to oppose the bus bar, a shunt resistance part in the bus bar, connection terminals which electrically connect the bus bar and the circuit board, and a voltage detector which is mounted on the circuit board and detects a voltage applied to the bus bar to detect a magnitude of current to be measured flowing through the bus bar. The connection terminal is formed integrally with the bus bar as an extending piece extended from an edge part of the bus bar, an area of the connection terminal reduced in its plate thickness than that of the bus bar is set in a range from a tip side thereof, and the tip side of the connection terminal penetrates the circuit board and connects with the circuit board.

|SHIELDING UNIT - A shielding unit is formed by attaching a shell internal cylinder and shell external cylinder of a shielding shell onto each other such that a cylindrical portion of a shielding member is sandwiched by an external cylindrical portion and an internal cylindrical portion press-fit therein while a flange portion of the shielding member is sandwiched by an internal cylinder flange portion and an external cylinder flange portion. By turning the shell internal cylinder in a counterclockwise direction with respect to the shell external cylinder, a positioning pin of the shell internal cylinder is moved to a counterclockwise direction end portion of a positioning guide hole of the shell external cylinder. This slides the cylindrical portion against at least one among the internal cylindrical portion and the external cylindrical portion, and slides the flange portion against at least one among the internal cylinder flange portion and the external cylinder flange portion.
|SHIELDED CONNECTOR - The present invention provides a shielded connector that can reduce the entire size thereof while preventing an increase in the number of components. A shielding shell includes a shell body provided to an outer side of a housing, and a thermally conductive holding member that supports an insulating container portion of a fuse, so the heat generated by the fuse is dissipated to outside, thereby reducing the space between the housing and the fuse and reducing the entire size of the shielded connector. Also, the shielding shell functions as both a heat dissipation member and a magnetic shield, thus, an increase in the number of components can be prevented.

|Terminal Connection Structure - A terminal connection structure connects a male terminal to a female terminal. The male terminal is provided with a male terminal body which is formed in a flat plate shape and a tab terminal portion which extends from a tip end of the male terminal body toward a direction of connection to the female terminal on the same plane as the male terminal body. The female terminal is provided with a female terminal body which is formed in a flat plate shape and a pair of contact terminal portions which extends from a tip end of the female terminal body toward a direction of connection to the male terminal on the same plane as the female terminal body.
|CONNECTOR - A connector housing, terminals which have press-connecting blades that are exposed from the back end surface of the connector housing, a bus bar plate which is mounted to the back end surface of the connector housing, and a cover which is mounted by a pressing force which makes the press-connecting blades that penetrate insulators to be press-connected to signal lines of a shield attached flat cable, and makes a shield member contact the bus bar, and which holds and fixes an electric wire sheath attached part between the cover and the connector housing are included.
|SHIELD UNIT - A shield unit is formed such that each divided piece of a shield member, which is inserted through each slit of a shield shell and pulled out therefrom, is crimped together with a corresponding extension piece of the shield shell and crimped onto the shield shell. At that time, the outer surface of the divided piece slides on the corner at the outer edge of the slit to scrape the oxide layer off the surface of the divided piece. Each divided piece of the shield member is crimped together with each folded portion from the extension piece of the shield shell and crimped on a base of the shield shell, thereby electrically connecting the outer surface of each divided piece with the aluminum surface exposed to the base with excellent electrical conductivity.
|HIGHLY-FLEXIBLE ELECTRIC WIRE - A highly-flexible electric wire includes: a conductor; and an insulator layer covering the conductor and further includes a liquid lubricant interposed between the conductor and insulator layer. The lubricant contains at least one selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, and fluorine lubricants. Such a configuration enables the conductor and insulator layer to slide smoothly on each other, therefore increasing the flexibility.
|Wire Harness - A wire harness includes a conductive path and an exterior member with a tubular shape which covers the conductive path. The exterior member includes a straight tubular portion in which a pair of one wall and the other wall are formed, and the straight tubular portion includes a concave portion in at least the one wall, with the concave portion being positioned close to the conductive path.
|Wire Harness - A wire harness includes a conductive path and an exterior member with a tubular shape which covers the conductive path. The exterior member includes a bent route portion and a straight route portion with a straight shape. The straight route portion includes a first straight tubular portion; a second straight tubular portion; a third straight tubular portion that is disposed between the first straight tubular portion and the second straight tubular portion; and a shift correction portion that allows the third straight tubular portion to be displaced relative to the first straight tubular portion and the second straight tubular portion in a perpendicular axial direction of the straight route portion.
|SHIELDING UNIT - A shielding unit is formed by press-fitting a small diameter portion of a shielding shell into a shielding ring around which an end portion of a shielding member is wrapped, such that the end portion of the shielding member is sandwiched by the shielding ring and the small diameter portion. By having the end portion of the shielding member be folded over to the inside of the shielding ring when press-fitting the small diameter portion of the shielding shell into the shielding ring, even if the position of an opening is unknown, it is possible to reliably position the opening inside the shielding member, unexposed to the outside, after the press-fitting. This easily allows the end portion of the shielding member to be mounted and secured to the shielding shell so as not to be exposed to the outside.
|CONNECTOR - A connector includes a housing that holds a terminal having a first portion and a second portion. The second portion of the terminal includes a grounding terminal assembling part to which a grounding terminal provided at a distal end of a grounding line is assembled, and an assembling angle at which the grounding terminal is assembled to the grounding terminal assembling part is set so that the grounding line extends to be gradually away from a side surface of the housing.
|FLAT-CABLE CONNECTION STRUCTURE - A holder has a flat cable insertion chamber for a flat cable to be inserted and a cutting blade penetration hole penetrating the flat cable insertion chamber. A jig has a cutting blade penetrating the cutting blade penetration hole of the holder with the flat cable inserted into the flat cable insertion chamber and forming a slit in a cover between a plurality of conductors of the flat cable.
|FILTER CIRCUIT - By configuring low-pass filters each with a resistor and a capacitor, noise is removed. Based on a reference value of DC voltage that appears at output terminals of a battery pack circuit, a lowering portion of capacitance that arises in the respective capacitors is estimated in advance, and a compensation value is included in the resistance value of the respective resistors such that the cutoff frequencies of the low-pass filters are within an intended range. Even when a high voltage is handled, the variance in cutoff frequencies can be prevented from arising and the noise in an unnecessary frequency domain can be adequately reduced.
|VOLTAGE DETECTION UNIT - A first pattern and a second pattern are stacked with each other. In a pattern of a first circuit for high voltage, a GND is formed as a solid pattern. In a pattern of a second circuit for low voltage, a GND is formed as a solid pattern. The solid pattern of the GND of the pattern of the first circuit for high voltage and the solid pattern of the GND of the pattern of the second circuit for low voltage partially face each other, thereby improving noise-resistant performance of the circuit for high voltage.
|DISPLAY DEVICE - A display device includes a display section that displays a pointer rotating around a rotation center provided in an end side and pointing to a part on a speed scale with the other end and a shadow portion displayed next to the pointer and having display density smaller than that of the pointer. A rotation center of the shadow portion is separated from the rotation center of the pointer by a certain distance. This configuration provides a display device that can implement a novel display feature.
|DISPLAY DEVICE - A display device displays a plurality of display elements having respective densities that continuously change in a first direction (an X direction), in such an arrangement that the display elements constitute a pointer needle and the densities continuously change in a second direction (a Y direction) intersecting the first direction, thereby displaying the pointer needle on a display section. This provides a display device with improved stereoscopic vision of the pointer needle.

|Optical Connector - An optical connector is provided with a first housing, a first optical fiber accommodated in the first housing, a second housing to which the first housing fits, and a second optical fiber accommodated in the second housing. An end face of the first optical fiber abut on an end face of the second optical fiber due to fitting the first housing to the second housing so that the first optical fiber and the second optical fiber are optically connected.
|INSTRUMENT DEVICE - An instrument device includes multiple projected scales projected toward a viewing position side in an axial line direction of a rotation center axis of an indicating needle and arranged at intervals in a circumferential direction, a display board including an insertion portion by which each of the projected scales is projected, an annular portion which covers an outer radial direction portion from the viewing position side in each projected end surface arranged on the viewing position side in each of the projected scales, and a lighting device for emitting light to the projected scales. The projected scale includes a scale visible surface in an inner radial direction than the annular portion in the projected end surface. The annular portion includes grooves provided to each of the projected scales.
|VEHICLE INSTRUMENT - A vehicle instrument includes: a three-dimensional object which is formed of a light transmitting material and is formed so as to protrude from a surface displaying a measurement value involved with a vehicle; and a light source which emits light to the three-dimensional object, wherein the three-dimensional object includes a portion having a different protrusion amount from a light incident surface to which light emitted from the light source is incident, and the light incident surface of the portion having a relatively small protrusion amount from the light incident surface is provided with a high-diffusion portion having a relatively large diffusion degree for the incident light compared with the light incident surface of the portion having a relatively large protrusion amount from the light incident surface.
|TERMINAL BOX FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE MOUNTED WITH IN-WHEEL MOTOR - In a terminal box for an electric vehicle mounted with an in-wheel motor, at least a part of a terminal block is housed inside a casing. The terminal body includes a box body and a removable cover. The box body includes openings provided in its bottom portion and top portion. The cover covers the top portion-side opening of the box body. The terminal box is attached to an outer surface of the casing such that the bottom portion opening side of the box body covers the terminal block from above.
|DISPLAY DEVICE - A display section displays a shift indicator in a smaller size than that in a normal state at the start of display (upon switching the display) of the shift indicator. After that, the display section gradually enlarges a size of the shift indicator until it has a larger size than that in the normal state, and then gradually reduces the size of the shift indicator until it has the size in the normal state, thereby starting the display of the shift indicator in the size in the normal state. This operation provides a display device through which a driver can readily recognize the current shift position.
|TERMINAL FITTING CONNECTION STRUCTURE AND ROTARY FITTING-TYPE CONNECTOR - A second terminal fitting which abuts and is connected to a first terminal fitting includes a second annular portion formed at the tip end of a second terminal body which extends on a center axis thereof, a plurality of contact surfaces which protrude from the outer periphery of the second annular portion at the same intervals as those of a plurality of contact protrusions in the first terminal fitting, and a plurality of contact release portions which are positioned between the adjacent contact surfaces.
|Connection Structure for Terminal Metal Fittings - There are provided a first ground terminal metal fitting to which a plurality of first ground electric wires are connected; and a second ground terminal metal fitting to which a plurality of second ground electric wires are connected. One of the first ground terminal metal fitting and the second ground terminal metal fitting is connected and fixed to a mating terminal connection portion or a ground portion exclusively in accordance with the number of the first electric wires and the number of the second electric wires, or the first ground terminal metal fitting and the second ground terminal metal fitting are combined with each other and then connected and fixed to the mating terminal connection portion or the ground portion.

The method includes an outer-layer twisting step of twisting, over the inner-layer conductor, the outer-layer alloy wires provided on the inner-layer conductor, and an outer-layer rotational compression step of compressing the outer-layer alloy wires twisted in the outer-layer twisting step while being rotated in the same direction as the direction of the twisting in the outer-layer twisting step.
|PROJECTION DISPLAY DEVICE - A projection display device which outputs light that carries information including an arbitrary planar display image displayed in a prescribed display region and guides the light to a windshield of a vehicle so that the display image carried by the light reflected from a surface of the windshield or its vicinity is projected and visually recognized as a virtual image from a prescribed eye point. |METHOD FOR CONNECTING INSULATED WIRES - A method for connecting a plurality of insulated wires to each other is provided. Each of the insulated wires has a conductor portion and an insulating coating covering the conductor portion. The insulating coating is made of an insulating material. The method includes stripping the insulating coating of each of the insulated wires to expose the conductor portion such that the insulating coating is removed from a section of the insulated wire along a direction in which the insulated wire extends and at a location away from an end portion of the insulated wire, and connecting the conductor portions of the insulated wires. The connecting includes crimping a crimp joint terminal onto the exposed conductor portions to join the exposed conductor portions, and after the crimping, welding the conductor portions by applying pressure and electric current or ultrasonic vibration to the crimp joint terminal.
|CONNECTOR - A connector includes a housing that holds a plurality of terminals and a mating housing that holds a plurality of mating terminals to be connected to the terminals. The mating housing is fitted into the housing to connect the mating terminals to the terminals. The housing comprises a partition wall portion which projects ahead of the terminals and separates adjacent ones of the terminals from each other.

A bus bar module includes a plurality of bus bars that each connects electrodes of adjacent ones of a plurality of batteries arranged such that the electrodes thereof are arranged on a straight line to electrically connect the plurality of batteries in series and a casing that houses the plurality of bus bars. The casing includes a plurality of bus bar housing portions that each house each of the bus bars and the cover portions that each cover an opening of each of the bus bar housing portions, and the cover portions are each retained by the bus bar.

The power distribution unit receives the electric power and distributes the electric power to a plurality of systems. The customized information storing unit stores customized information in which operation specifications of the plurality of loads or electronic control units are determined. The housing of the connector includes a receiving chamber group having four terminal receiving chambers in which a terminal is inserted, and a lance body surrounded by the four terminal receiving chambers. Each of the four terminal receiving chambers is arranged so that each axis thereof is positioned in four vertexes of a square. The lance body integrally has four flexible lances arranged corresponding to each four terminal receiving chambers. Each of the four flexible lances has a locking portion. Further, each the four flexible lances is arranged in a diagonal line so that the free end is bent in a diagonal direction of the square when inserting/extracting the terminal into the terminal receiving chamber and the locking portion is locked or unlocked on the step of the terminal.
|CONNECTOR - When a front end part of an upper surface of a first upper press-fit portion is brought into contact with a boundary part between a first terminal press-fit guiding groove and a second terminal press-fit guiding groove, the position of a rectangular wire terminal is thereafter accurately corrected along the first terminal press-fit guiding groove. That is, a distance from a lower surface of a terminal main body to the upper surface of the first upper press-fit portion coincides with a height from a lower surface of a cavity main part to the upper end of the first terminal press-fit guiding groove. As a result, the first press-fit portion reaches the first terminal press-fit guiding groove and thereafter, the rectangular wire terminal is further press-fitted, and forcibly pressed against the lower surface of the cavity main part.
|BOOSTER CABLE HOLDING STRUCTURE - A booster cable holding structure includes a clamping connection portion configured to be clamped by a clip portion of a booster cable. The clamping connection portion includes a relief terminal portion protruding in a tabular manner from a base structure made of insulating resin, and a terminal supporting resin portion extending in a tabular manner from the base structure over a surface of the relief terminal portion. The terminal supporting resin portion has a groove into which at least one tooth of the clip portion enters when the clip portion clamps the clamping connection portion, and a movement restricting wall configured to block a movement of the clip portion. The movement restricting wall is provided on a side toward which the clip portion having the tooth entered the groove is moved along the groove by an external force that pulls a cable of the booster cable.
|ELECTRONIC COMPONENT ASSEMBLY STRUCTURE AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENT - An electronic component including a component main body and a plurality of lead terminals is inserted and accommodated in a housing member, the lead terminals are brought into contact with a plurality of terminal fittings held in the housing member. The lead terminals are formed such that at least one of the number of lead terminals on each side surface before and after the reversing, a distance between the contact portion and the side surface of the component main body facing the contact portion, and a width dimension in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the contact portion differs, when the component main body is rotated at 180 degrees to reverse the positions of the pair of opposite side surfaces of the component main body. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent improper assembly of an electronic component.

A projecting piece mounted anterior to the serration part to position a tip end of the core is mounted to the barrel piece. The tip end of the core is positioned by the projecting piece, whereby the positional deviation of the wire can be prevented.
|WATERPROOF CONNECTOR - A waterproof connector has a fitting portion fitted with a mating connector, a connector housing including a filling chamber in which a connection portion is accommodated and a filler is filled and a cable drawing portion from which a cable is drawn out from an inside of the filling chamber, a rear holder assembled to the cable drawing portion and holding the cable together with the cable drawing portion, and a seal cap assembled to the cable between the cable drawing portion and the filling chamber and preventing outflow of the filler from the inside of the filling chamber. Holding recess portions for deforming the seal cap and for bringing the seal cap into close contact with an outer periphery of the cable in a state in which the rear holder is assembled to the cable drawing portion are provided on the cable drawing portion and the rear holder.

|CRIMP TERMINAL AND CRIMPING STRUCTURE WITH RESPECT TO ELECTRICAL WIRE THEREOF - A crimp terminal includes a conductor crimping portion having a U-shaped cross section and including a bottom plate and a pair of conductor caulking pieces extending upward from both side edges of the bottom plate. The other conductor caulking piece includes a bending portion being folded and is formed so that a tip positioned at a tip side from the bending portion faces downward. A pair of the conductor caulking pieces is bent inward so that the one conductor caulking piece overlaps on an upper side of the other conductor caulking piece and a conductor of an electrical wire to be connected is wrapped, and thereby a pair of the conductor caulking pieces caulks the conductor so as to closely contact on an upper surface of the bottom plate. Therefore, it is prevented that the conductor caulking piece opens after being caulked.
|ELECTRONIC COMPONENT PROTECTING COVER - An electronic component protecting cover includes a fixed cover portion, a hinge portion, and a rotatable cover portion. One of the fixed cover portion and the rotatable cover portion has engaging portions at two locations, and the other of the fixed cover portion and the rotatable cover portion has catching portions at two locations, the engaging portions and the catching portions being configured to be engaged with each other. Each of the engaging portions has a pair of locking tabs, and each of the catching portions has a pair of locking frames. |FUSIBLE LINK - In a fusible link, a fuse element integrally formed with a metallic plate includes a battery coupling plate and two external coupling plates. The battery coupling plate is couple to a battery terminal. The external coupling plates are coupled through fusible parts to connecting plates extending to both sides of the battery coupling plate. Three resin housings support the fuse element so as to expose the connecting plates among the housings adjacent to each other. The installation configuration of the fuse element can be selected depending on the space on the battery side, thereby achieving increased flexibility of and reduction in the space for the fusible link mounted on the battery.

In each retaining groove, the electric wire holder includes: protrusions which bring the electric wire into pressure contact with the pressure-contact blade by pressing the electric wire; and a recess which forms a bent section in the electric wire when the electric wire is pressed by the protrusions. A length between apexes of the protrusions and a bottom of the recess is set to be longer than a gap between the locked part and the locking part in each lock section. The gap is formed when the locked parts are loosely fitted in the locking parts.
|ELECTRICAL JUNCTION BOX - An electrical junction box includes a bolt fixation portion made of resin, the bolt fixation portion having a bolt insertion hole through which a bolt is inserted to fix the electrical junction box to a vehicle. The bolt fixation portion includes a protrusion extending in an axial direction of the bolt in a state in which the bolt is inserted through the bolt insertion hole. The protrusion is configured to limit a rotationally movable range of an operating portion of a tool that is used in a state in which the operating portion extends in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the bolt.
|VEHICLE HARNESS STRUCTURE AND ADDITIONAL CONNECTION MEMBER - A vehicle harness structure and an additional connection member are provided, according to which part numbers of wire harnesses are reduced and superfluous attachment in the wire harness is avoided. |CONNECTOR - An upper face plate constituting a box part of a female terminal is flared outward in a free state before the female terminal is inserted in the cavity, and is formed as a spring plate that is bent and deflected inward by being pressed inward from the outside while accumulating a spring force. A stabilizer is disposed on the free end of the upper face plate. A cavity of a connector housing includes a stabilizer guide that presses back the upper face plate to the regular position by sliding on the stabilizer while the female terminal is being inserted. Accordingly, rattling of the terminal is prevented after the terminal is inserted in the cavity of the connector housing while suppressing enlargement of the outside dimensions of the terminal.
|Connector Device - A connector device includes an electric wire side connector to which a shielded electric wire is connected, and a board side connector that is connected to a circuit board. The electric wire side connector is engaged with the board side connector. The electric wire side connector includes an electric wire side housing and an electric wire clamping member. The board side connector includes a board side housing and a fixing metal fitting. A bus bar plate electrically contacts the fixing metal fittings when the board side connector is engaged with the electric wire side connector.
|Peg Press-Fitting Structure for Connector - A peg press-fitting structure for a connector includes a peg which is made from a metal plate to fix a housing of the connector to a circuit board, and which is attached to the housing by being press-fitted from the distal end of the peg into a peg attaching slot of the housing of the connector. The housing is provided with an end wall where an entrance of the peg attaching slot opens. |VEHICLE POWER SUPPLY CONTROL DEVICE - A power supply control device detects current that actually flowed through each load and a duty ratio of the current using a current detection unit and a duty ratio detection unit, and calculates an actual supply power value of each load using a power data calculation unit. A PWM control duty ratio is calculated by a duty ratio correction value calculation unit such that the calculated actual supply power value corresponds to a target power value of each load and it is set as the duty ratio of the PWM control by a PWM duty ratio control unit. Thus, even if resistance characteristics of each load or a wire harness connected to each load are varied by changes over time or environment, the PWM control duty ratio can be corrected according to the varied resistance characteristics, and power of the target power value is supplied to the load.
|ELECTRONIC DEVICE CONNECTOR - An electronic device connector includes a connector housing that is combined with a case of an electronic device and a terminal fitting that is held by the connector housing. When the connector housing is combined with the case, the terminal fitting is electrically connected to a contact portion of the electronic device. The terminal fitting includes an internal conductor, an external conductor disposed around the internal conductor, and a dielectric disposed between the internal conductor and the external conductor which are concentrically disposed. |VEHICULAR POWER SOURCE CONTROLLER - A vehicular power source controller is designed so that when there is abnormal action in a microprocessor and an abnormal fuse state cannot be determined from the current of a load detected by a current sensor circuit, power supply to the load cannot be turned on and off by the operation of a combination switch corresponding to the load, but can be turned on and off by the operation of an ignition switch. It is thereby possible to prevent continuing power supply to the load when the combination switch is turned on during the abnormal action of the microprocessor, and battery exhaustion can be suppressed. Power supply to the load cannot be turned on and off by the operation of the combination switch during the abnormal action of the microprocessor, and an operator is easily made aware of the abnormal action of the microprocessor.

|THERMALLY RESISTANT CROSSLINKED WIRE - A thermally resistant crosslinked wire wherein a bromine-based flame retardant and a resin composition containing magnesium hydroxide are used. The thermally resistant crosslinked wire comprises a high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, an ethylenic copolymer, a resin made of an ethylenic copolymer denatured by an unsaturated carboxylic an-hydroxide, a bromine-based flame retardant, and magnesium hydroxide. The wire is obtained by crosslinking the coating layer, with which the periphery of a conductor is coated. In the resin composition, the total blending amount of the bromine-based flame retardant and magnesium hydroxide with respect to 100 parts by mass of the resin is in a range of 30 to 55 parts by mass. The type-D durometer harness of the resin composition according to JIS K7215 is in a range of 56 to 64. The specific gravity obtained using the water displacement method according to JIS K7112 is in a range of 1.14 to 1.25.
