Description:
CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application Nos. 202022562360.4 filed on Nov. 6, 2020 and 202122199089.7 filed on Sep. 23, 2021. All the above are hereby incorporated by reference. the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0002] The present invention relates to the technical field of structures of cooking devices, in particular to, a cavity structure for accommodating cooking food and a cooking device.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] For a conventional cooking appliance such as an oven, the oven is for roasting food by virtue of high temperature, and includes a housing and a cooking cavity arranged in the housing, the cooking cavity is structurally generally composed of four parts including a U-shaped plate, a top plate, a front plate and a rear plate. At present, the U-shaped plate for most of ovens on the market is formed to have two side walls and a bottom plate, which are integrally connected, by stamping a sheet metal part, wherein the two side walls and the bottom plate of the U-shaped plate are not detachable, and the U-shaped plate is large in size so as to be difficult to produce; and meanwhile, the U-shaped plate takes up a large space when in storage and is easy to deform when being extruded so as to be inconvenient to store. In addition, parts of ovens respectively have a multilayer cavity structure, it is necessary to develop dies with different heights when the heights of the side walls of the U-shaped plate are different, so that the dies are high in cost, more materials and stamping devices have to be scheduled in a production plan, and the production efficiency is affected.
[0004] In addition, in each of some high-grade ovens, enamel layers are arranged on side walls of a cavity. When the structure of the U-shaped plate is sampled, since the two side walls of the U-shaped plate are not necessarily vertical before being mounted, the two side walls need to be in a vertical state after being mounted, and the enamel layers are easily damaged when the side walls of the U-shaped plate are straightened to be in the vertical state.
[0005] The Chinese patent document CN104138217A disclosed a cavity assembly for an oven on May 8, 2013, specifically disclosed a cavity, including a cavity plate, a cavity upper plate and a cavity rear plate, of the oven, wherein the cavity is coated by a first heat insulation layer and a second heat insulation layer, however, the cavity structure is formed by stamping a sheet metal part so as to be integrally connected, and therefore, the technical problems described as above are present.
[0006] Therefore, further improvement is needed.
