Abstract

The invention relates to a cosmetic container having a comb member, comprising: a cosmetic refillable container; a main cover arranged at the upper portion of the cosmetic refillable container; and a comb member arranged on the lower surface of the main cover and disposed in the cosmetic refillable container. The comb member covered with cosmetic can be taking out for hair caring, therefore, the cosmetic container has effects of use convenience, simplicity and good storage performance.

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The invention relates to a cosmetic container having a comb member.

BACKGROUND

[0002] The Republic of Korea registered patent No. 1731081 (registration date: 2017.04.01, title of invention: cosmetic container assembly having coating member) discloses a cosmetic container assembly having a coating member. The cosmetic container assembly comprises a container provided therein with a space for storing cosmetic solution and provided with a discharging port for discharging cosmetic solution; a coating member provided with an internal space for storing the cosmetic solution and comprising a plurality of coating holes and brushes, wherein the coating holes are opening for discharging the cosmetic solution stored in the internal space to outside, and the brushes are respectively adjacent to the plurality of coating holes; and a connecting member provided with a through hole, wherein one end of the through hole is connected with the discharging port, and the other end thereof is connected with the internal space of the coating member for mutual communication. At least one of the connecting member and the coating member is movable, thus the switch between a first configuration in which the through hole of the connecting member is communicated with the internal space and a second configuration in which the through hole of the connecting member is not communicated with the internal space can be performed. The connecting member is provided with a first groove and a second groove. The first groove is recessed from the outer surface to interior to form the first configuration with the coating member. The second groove is recessed from the outer surface to interior to form the second configuration with the coating member. The first groove and the second groove are separated by a distance along the length direction of the connecting member. The coating member is provided with a coating member body. One end of the coating member body is provided with the brushes, the other end thereof is formed with an opening portion for insertion of the connecting member, and the internal space for injection of cosmetic solution is formed inside. The coating member body comprises a first coupling protrusion protruded from the opening portion forming end to hook the first groove or the second groove of the connecting member, so that the coating member and the connecting member form the first configuration or the second configuration; and a second coupling protrusion protruded from the brush-arranged surface to the internal space and coupled with the first groove to hook the first groove of the connecting member, so that the coating member and the connecting member form the second configuration. The plurality of coating holes are penetrated from the internal space to the brush-arranged surface, so that the cosmetic solution injected into the internal space is ejected from the interior of the coating member body to the brush-arranged surface. The coating member also comprises an auxiliary member filled into the internal space. The auxiliary member is arranged at the upper end of the coating member body corresponding to the internal space. At least one of the coating holes has curve structure inside the coating member body, so that the cosmetic solution can ejected from the brush-arranged surface of the coating member body corresponding to the auxiliary member.

[0003] Since the cosmetic solution ejected from the coating holes is covered on the brushes and the brushes contact the coating object body, the prior art has the advantage of uniform and easy coating of the cosmetic solution on the coating object body. While on the other hand, the coating member and the connecting member are arranged at outside of the cosmetic container, the structure has the disadvantages of poor portability and storage performance.

[0004] Furthermore, The Republic of Korea registered patent No. 1707232 (registration date: 2017.2.9, title of invention: cosmetic container assembly having two brushes) discloses a cosmetic container assembly having two brushes. The cosmetic container comprises a body 1 having a long strip shape with a transverse length of 3-5 times of the longitudinal length, wherein the upper two ends form a pair of opening container receiving portions 12 to separately receive container 11 filled with eye shadow solid powders, wherein a brush receiving portion 13 is formed between the two container receiving portions 12 on both sides, wherein the brush receiving portion 13 has an upwardly protruding tunnel shape and extends along left-right direction, wherein guide grooves 14 long-extending along left-right direction are formed on the opposite surfaces arranged at the front and rear ends of the container receiving portions 12 and respectively protruded upward, and wherein a protruded flange 15 is formed at the inner side of the guide groove 14; and a pair of brush handles 2 formed with the brushes 21 at one end, wherein guide protrusions 22 corresponding to the guide groove 14 are arranged at two sides, and hook concave portions 23 for recessing of the guide protrusions 22 are arranged to place the protruded flange 15 when the bristles 21 are completely inserted into the brush receiving portion 13. The brush handle 2 comprises a shell member 2a and receiving member 2b. The shell member 2a is provided with guide protrusions 22 corresponding to the guide grooves 14 at two sides, a guide hole 24 penetrating along length direction, and a cutting slot 26. The bottom surface of the elastic cutting slot 26 is cut, so that right edge-cut spare shape with opening forward or backward is formed and a hook protrusion 25 is formed on the inner side upper surface and protruded to the interior of the guide hole 24. One end of the receiving member 2b is formed with the brushes 21, and the other end thereof is inserted into the guide hole 24. A pair of hook grooves 27 are arranged to respectively insert the hook protrusion 25 at the state of completely inserting in the guide hole 24 and the state of pulling-out and extending. A downward protruding handle protrusion 28 is arranged to handle during insertion or pulling-out.

[0005] By arranging two contents and two brush handles for eye makeup-required colors, the prior art has small and simple design and carrying and use convenience. Furthermore, the inner receiving member mounted with brushes can be pulled out from the shell member as required to extend the brush handles, thereby achieving the effect of conveniently using the brush handles. However since the received brushes do not have any organic combination with the cosmetics, the prior art only provides receiving and pulling-out convenience.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

Technical Problems

[0006] To solve the problems, the invention provides a cosmetic container having a comb member. The comb member is arranged in the container filled with cosmetics and can be taken out in use, thereby achieving make-up convenience.

Solution

[0007] The object of the invention can be realized by a cosmetic container having a comb member. The cosmetic container comprises a cosmetic refillable container; a main cover arranged at the upper portion of the cosmetic refillable container; a comb member arranged on the lower surface of the main cover and disposed in the cosmetic refillable container.

[0008] Preferably, the comb member is a plurality of round bar protrusions respectively arranged and spaced by a distance on the lower surface of the main cover.

[0009] Preferably, the cosmetic refillable container further comprises a main fixing groove formed on the upper end inner circumferential surface. The main cover comprises an upper main cover, a lower main cover arranged at the upper end of the cosmetic refillable container, and a connecting member arranged between the upper main cover and the lower main cover. The upper main cover has a lower-opening hollow structure with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, and comprises a first coupling protrusion arranged on the inner circumferential surface and a coupling thread groove formed on the inner circumferential surface of interior upper end. The lower main cover has an upper-opening hollow structure, and comprises a protrusion slit formed for inserting the first coupling protrusion; a second coupling protrusion formed on the outer circumferential surface; coupling threads arranged below the second coupling protrusion and formed on the outer circumferential surface to couple with the coupling thread groove; and a main coupling protrusion formed on the lower portion outer circumferential surface of the coupling threads to couple with the main fixing groove. The connecting member is ring-shaped, and comprises a fixing groove formed on the lower portion inner circumferential surface to couple with the second coupling protrusion.

[0018] Referring to FIGS. 1-3, the cosmetic container 100 having a comb member according to the invention comprises a cosmetic refillable container 10, a main cover 30, a comb member 50, an auxiliary comb member 70 and an auxiliary cover 90.

[0019] The cosmetic refillable container 10 is cylinder-shaped and has upper-opening structure. The cosmetic refillable container 10 of the embodiment is shown and illustrated as cylinder-shaped upper-opening structure, but is not limited to this type of structure, it can be formed into all structures with upper-opening hollow structure.

Claims

1. A cosmetic container having a comb member, comprising: a cosmetic refillable container; a main cover arranged at the upper portion of the cosmetic refillable container; and a comb member arranged on the lower surface of the main cover and disposed in the cosmetic refillable container, the cosmetic container also comprising an auxiliary comb member arranged on the upper surface of the main cover, wherein the auxiliary comb member is a plurality of round bar protrusions or brushes respectively arranged and spaced by a distance on the upper surface of the main cover, the cosmetic container also comprising an auxiliary cover arranged on the upper surface of the main cover, wherein the auxiliary cover comprises an auxiliary cover body and a holding end, the auxiliary cover body receives the auxiliary comb member in the interior of the auxiliary cover, and the holding end is arranged on the upper surface of the auxiliary cover body.

2. The cosmetic container having a comb member of claim 1, wherein the comb member is a plurality of round bar protrusions respectively arranged and spaced by a distance on the lower surface of the main cover.

The cosmetic container having a comb member of claim 1, wherein the cosmetic refillable container further comprising a main fixing groove formed on the upper end inner circumferential surface, wherein the main cover comprises an upper main cover, a lower main cover arranged at the upper end of the cosmetic refillable container, and a connecting member arranged between the upper main cover and the lower main cover, wherein the upper main cover has a lower-opening hollow structure with a narrow upper part and a wide lower part, and comprises a first coupling protrusion arranged on the inner circumferential surface and a coupling thread groove formed on the inner circumferential surface of interior upper end, wherein the lower main cover has an upper-opening hollow structure, and comprises a protrusion slit formed for inserting the first coupling protrusion; a second coupling protrusion formed on the outer circumferential surface; coupling threads arranged below the second coupling protrusion and formed on the outer circumferential surface to couple with the coupling thread groove; and a main coupling protrusion formed on the lower portion outer circumferential surface of the coupling threads to couple with the main fixing groove; wherein the connecting member is ring-shaped, and comprises a fixing groove formed on the lower portion inner circumferential surface to couple with the second coupling protrusion.

4. The cosmetic container having a comb member of claim 1, wherein the main cover is coupled with or detached from the cosmetic refillable container; and wherein the cosmetic refillable container is filled with liquid, gel or semisolid hairdressing cosmetic.
