Abstract:
The invention encompasses an inventive mattress having a motor to provide
a massaging sense, a magnetic material to provide magnetic energy, a
ceramic tablet material and/or polystyrene tablet material to provide FAR
infrared energy, a vibrator to provide vibration energy, to a user. The
inventive mattress apparatus has artificial FAR infrared tablets that
emit energy of 4-16 microns. The mattress has at least one layer of a
progressive density material SET, and at least one layer of egg crate
shaped mattress pad. The egg crate shaped mattress pad has at least one
hardened tip to mimic the fingertips of a massage therapist in order to
provide an auto acupressure massage while a person is resting above the
surface of the inventive mattress apparatus. The invention also provides
a method of making the inventive mattress apparatus with FAR infrared
and/or acupressure massager and/or magnets.Claims:
1. An inventive mattress apparatus, comprising: (a) at least one base
having a top surface, and a bottom surface; (b) at least one first layer
of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and wherein
said first surface of said at least one first layer is secured to said
bottom surface of said at least one base; (c) at least one second layer
of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and wherein
said second surface of said at least one second layer of material is
secured to said top surface of said at least one base; (d) at least one
third layer of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and
wherein said second surface of said at least one third layer of material
is secured to said first surface of said at least one second layer of
material; (e) at least one fourth layer of material having a first
surface, and a second surface, and wherein said second surface of said at
least one fourth layer of material is secured to said first surface of
said at least one third layer of material; (f) at least one fifth layer
of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and wherein
said second surface of said at least one fifth layer of material is
secured to said first surface of said at least one fourth layer of
material; and (g) said first surface of said at least one fifth layer of
material has an egg crate shaped surface having at least one peak and at
least one valley, and wherein said at least one peak is hardened to form
a hardened region so as to provide an acupressure tip massager, and
wherein said valley has a region having at least one of a ceramic tablet
emitting FAR Infrared energy, and a tablet emitting magnetic energy to
form said inventive mattress apparatus.
2. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one base has at least one spring imbedded therein.
3. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one base further comprises of at least one air chamber, and wherein said at least one air chamber can be inflated and deflated.
4. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one base is made from a polystyrene material.
5. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one first layer of material is made from a polyurethane foam material.
6. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one second layer of material, said at least one third layer of material, said at least one fourth layer of material, and said at least one fifth layer of material is made from a progressive density polyurethane foam material, and wherein each layer of material has a different density.
7. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one second layer of material, said at least one third layer of material, said at least one fourth layer of material, and said at least one fifth layer of material is made from a progressive density polyurethane foam material, and wherein density of said at least one second layer of material is between about 33.3 kg/m.sup.3 to about 40.7 kg/m.sup.3, and wherein density of said at least one third layer of material is between about 36 kg/m.sup.3 to about 44 kg/m.sup.3, and wherein density of said at least one fourth layer of material is between about 45 kg/m.sup.3 to about 55 kg/m.sup.3, and wherein density of said at least one fifth layer of material is between about 80 kg/m.sup.3 to about 90 kg/m.sup.3.
8. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one third layer of material has at least one channel for a passage of at least one electrical connection.
9. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one third layer of material has at least one hole, and wherein said at least one hole is selected from a group consisting of a blind hole, and through-hole.
10. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one third layer of material has at least one hole to accommodate at least a portion of at least one electrical vibro-massager motor, and wherein said electrical vibro-massager motor is used to provide an electrically induced massage to a user.
11. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one third layer of material has at least one hole to accommodate at least a portion of at least one electrical vibro-massager motor, and wherein said electrical vibro-massager motor is used to provide an electrically induced massage to a user, and wherein said at least one fourth layer of material completely covers said at least one third layer of material.

The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one third layer of material has at least one hole to accommodate at least a portion of at least one electrical vibro-massager motor, and wherein said at least one electrical vibro-massager motor is energized, using at least one means, and wherein said at least one means is selected from a group consisting of AC power source, and DC power source.
13. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one third layer of material has at least one hole to accommodate at least a portion of at least one electrical vibro-massager motor, and wherein said at least one hole is selected from a group consisting of opening, depression, pocket, lower level, a blind hole, a through-hole, and combinations thereof.
14. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one fourth layer of material separates said at least one FAR Infrared ceramic tablet from at least one electrical vibro-massager motor.

16. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said region of said valley is used to accommodate at least a portion of at least one FAR Infrared polystyrene mixed material tablet capable of emitting artificial FAR Infra-Red energy.

The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least one peripheral edging material secures said at least one first layer of material, said at least one base, said at least one second layer of material, said at least one third layer of material, said at least one fourth layer of material, and said at least one fifth layer of material.

The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least one peripheral edging material secures said at least one first layer of material, said at least one base, said at least one second layer of material, said at least one third layer of material, said at least one fourth layer of material, said at least one fifth layer of material, and wherein at least one covering layer of material completely envelopes said at least one peripheral edging material, and said at least one first layer of material, said at least one base, said at least one second layer of material, said at least one third layer of material, said at least one fourth layer of material, and said at least one fifth layer of material.

The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least one peripheral edging material secures said at least one first layer of material, said at least one base, said at least one second layer of material, said at least one third layer of material, said at least one fourth layer of material, said at least one fifth layer of material, and wherein at least one covering layer of material completely envelopes said at least one peripheral edging material, and said at least one first layer of material, said at least one base, said at least one second layer of material, said at least one third layer of material, said at least one fourth layer of material, and said at least one fifth layer of material, and wherein material for said at least one covering layer of material is selected from a group consisting of a fabric material, a cotton material, a polyester material, a canvas material, a leather material, a composite material, a padding material, a flame retardant fibrous material, and combinations thereof.

The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein at least one electrical component is secured to said inventive mattress apparatus, and wherein said at least one electrical component is selected from a group consisting of an electrical heater, an electrical motor, an electrical vibrator, an electronic controller, and combinations thereof.

The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one second layer of material having a second density, said at least one third layer of material having a third density, said at least one fourth layer of material having a fourth density, and said at least one fifth layer of material having a fifth density comprises of at least one progressive density set layer.
22. The inventive mattress apparatus of claim 1, wherein said at least one second layer of material having a second density, said at least one third layer of material having a third density, said at least one fourth layer of material having a fourth density, and said at least one fifth layer of material having a fifth density comprises of at least one progressive density set layer, and wherein said second density is between about 33.3 kg/m.sup.3 to about 40.7 kg/m.sup.3, said third density is between about 36 kg/m.sup.3 to about 44 kg/m.sup.3, said fourth density is between about 45 kg/m.sup.3 to about 55 kg/m.sup.3, and said fifth density is between about 80 kg/m.sup.3 to about 90 kg/m.sup.3.
23. An inventive mattress apparatus, comprising: (a) at least one base having a top surface and a bottom surface; (b) at least one first layer of material having a first density secured to said bottom surface of said at least one base; (c) at least one second layer of material having a second density secured to said top surface of said at least one base; (d) at least one third layer of material having a third density secured to said at least one second layer of material; (e) at least one fourth layer of material having a fourth density secured to said at least one third layer of material; (f) at least one fifth layer of material having a fifth density secured to said at least one fourth layer of material; and (g) an upper surface of said at least one fifth layer of material has an egg crate shaped surface having at least one peak and at least one valley, and wherein said at least one peak is hardened to form a hardened region so as to provide an acupressure tip massager, and wherein said valley has a region having at least one of a ceramic tablet emitting FAR Infrared energy, and a tablet emitting magnetic energy to form said inventive mattress apparatus.

An inventive mattress apparatus, comprising: (a) at least one mattress base having a top surface and a bottom surface; (b) at least one layer of padding material having a first surface and a second surface, and wherein said second surface of said at least one padding material is secured to said top surface of said at least one mattress base; and (c) said first surface of said at least one layer of padding material has an egg crate shaped surface having at least one peak and at least one valley, and wherein said at least one peak is hardened to form a hardened region so as to provide an acupressure tip massager, and wherein said valley has a region having at least one of a ceramic tablet emitting FAR Infrared energy, and a tablet emitting magnetic energy, and at least one electrical vibro-massager motor is embedded within said at least one layer of padding material, to form said inventive mattress apparatus.
Description:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates generally to an inventive mattress apparatus made of vulcanized polyurethane foam with a plurality of hardened acupressure tips massagers. The inventive mattress apparatus further has at least one pocket or depression or hole between the hardened acupressure tips for the installation of at least one ceramic tablet emitting FAR infrared energy or radiation, and/or a magnetic tablet emitting magnetic energy, and a method of making and using the same. More particularly, the invention encompasses an inventive mattress having a built-in set of motors inside the mattress to provide a massaging sense with a vibrator to provide vibration massage to a user, a magnetic tablet material to provide emitting magnetic energy, and/or a ceramic tablet material to provide emitting FAR infrared energy to a user. The mattress has at least one layer of a progressive density material SET, using different layers of polyurethane foam of different densities and at least one of these layers, for example, the top layer has an egg crate shaped mattress pad made of vulcanized polyurethane foam. The mattress pad has plurality of hardened acupressure tips (the elevations of the egg crate) to mimic the fingertips of a massage therapist in order to provide an auto acupressure massage while a person is resting above the surface of the inventive mattress apparatus.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
[0002] Mattresses have been used in the sleep comfort industry for a variety of reasons, and they come in many shapes, sizes, and other physical features and attributes. Because sleep or rest is an important part or activity of a human being, therefore the mattress industry is always coming up with new and innovative ways to provide sleep or rest comfort to its end users, and consequently many strides have been made in this field.
[0003] This invention improves on the deficiencies of the prior art and provides an inventive mattress apparatus with a plurality of hardened acupressure tips massagers. In the depressions or pockets or hole in between the hardened acupressure tips ceramic tablets emitting FAR infrared energy and/or magnetic tablets emitting magnetic energy is also installed, and a method of making and using the same is also disclosed.
PURPOSES AND SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The invention is a novel mattress with plurality of hardened acupressure tips massagers. The invention also provides a mattress having at least one depression or pocket or hole in-between the hardened acupressure tips where at least one ceramic tablet emitting FAR infrared energy and/or at least one magnetic tablet emitting magnetic energy is also installed, and a method of making and using the same is also disclosed.
[0005] Therefore, one purpose of this invention is to provide a mattress having at least one depression or pocket or hole in between the hardened acupressure tips where at least one ceramic tablet emitting FAR infrared energy and/or at least one magnetic tablet emitting magnetic energy is also installed, and a method of making and using the same is also disclosed.
[0006] Another purpose of this invention is to provide a mattress having at least one set of ceramic tablets emitting FAR infrared energy and/or at least one set of magnetic tablets emitting magnetic energy.
[0007] Yet another purpose of this invention is to provide a mattress with at least one set of vulcanized polyurethane foam with a plurality of hardened acupressure tips massagers.
[0008] Still yet another purpose of this invention is to provide a mattress having at least one set of motors to provide a vibro-massager vibration movement that is built-in or integrated into the mattress.
[0009] Still yet another purpose of this invention is to provide a mattress pad with at least one hardened tip to mimic fingertips of a massage therapist in order to provide an auto acupressure massage while a person is resting above the surface of the inventive mattress apparatus.
[0010] Therefore, in one aspect this invention comprises an inventive mattress apparatus, comprising:
(a) at least one base having a first surface, and a second surface; (b) at least one first layer of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and wherein said first surface of said at least one first layer is secured to said second surface of said at least one base; (c) at least one second layer of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and wherein said second surface of said at least one second layer of material is secured to said first surface of said at least one first layer of material; (d) at least one third layer of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and wherein said second surface of said at least one third layer of material is secured to said first surface of said at least one second layer of material; (e) at least one fourth layer of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and wherein said second surface of said at least one fourth layer of material is secured to said first surface of said at least one third layer of material; (f) at least one fifth layer of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and wherein said second surface of said at least one fifth layer of material is secured to said first surface of said at least one fourth layer of material; and (g) at least one sixth layer of material having a first surface, and a second surface, and wherein said second surface of said at least one sixth layer of material is secured to said first surface of said at least one fifth layer of material to form said inventive mattress apparatus.
[0011] In another aspect this invention comprises an inventive mattress apparatus, comprising:
(a) at least one base having a first surface and a second surface; (b) at least one first layer of material having a first density secured to said first surface of said at least one base; (c) at least one second layer of material having a second density secured to said second surface of said at least one base; (d) at least one third layer of material having a third density secured to said at least one second layer of material; (e) at least one fourth layer of material having a fourth density secured to said at least one third layer of material; (f) at least one fifth layer of material having a fifth density secured to said at least one fourth layer of material; and (g) at least one sixth layer of material having a sixth density secured to said at least one fifth layer of material to form said inventive mattress apparatus.
[0012] In yet another aspect this invention comprises a method of forming an inventive mattress, comprising the steps of:
(a) taking at least one base having a first surface, and a second surface; (b) securing at least one first layer of material having a first surface and a second surface, to said at least one base, such that said second surface of said at least one base is in physical contact with said first surface of said at least of first layer of material; (c) securing at least one second layer of material having a first surface and a second surface, to said at least one first layer of material, such that said second surface of said at least one first layer of material is in physical contact with said first surface of said at least of second layer of material; (d) securing at least one third layer of material having a first surface and a second surface, to said at least one second layer of material, such that said second surface of said at least one second layer of material is in physical contact with said first surface of said at least of third layer of material; (e) securing at least one fourth layer of material having a first surface and a second surface, to said at least one third layer of material, such that said second surface of said at least one third layer of material is in physical contact with said first surface of said at least of fourth layer of material; (f) securing at least one fifth layer of material having a first surface and a second surface, to said at least one fourth layer of material, such that said second surface of said at least one fourth layer of material is in physical contact with said first surface of said at least of fifth layer of material; and (g) securing at least one sixth layer of material having a first surface and a second surface, to said at least one fifth layer of material, such that said second surface of said at least one fifth layer of material is in physical contact with said first surface of said at least of sixth layer of material, and thereby forming said inventive mattress.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0029] The inventive mattress apparatus made of vulcanized polyurethane foam with hardened acupressure tips massagers, along with ceramic tablets emitting far infrared energy, and/or magnetic tablets emitting magnetic energy, and a method of making and using the same will now be discussed with reference to FIGS. 1 through 15. Although the scope of the present invention is much broader than any particular embodiment, a detailed description of the preferred embodiment follows together with drawings. These drawings are for illustration purposes only and are not drawn to scale. Like numbers represent like features and components in the drawings.
[0030] FIG. 1, illustrates a perspective view of an inventive mattress apparatus 23, according to a first embodiment of this invention. In one embodiment the inventive mattress apparatus 23, comprises a base 10, having an upper or first surface 10A, and a lower or second surface 10B, and a first peripheral edge 15, having a width W, and a length L. On at least one of the upper or first surface 10A, and the lower or second surface 10B, an at least one second layer or material 12, is placed. The at least one second layer or material 12, has an upper or first surface 12A, and a lower or second surface 12B. Preferably, the peripheral edges of the at least one second layer 12, are substantially congruent with the peripheral edges 15, of the base 10. The at least one second layer or material 12, could just be placed on top of the base 10, and be held there by gravity. However, for some applications the at least one second layer or material 12, could be secured to the base 10, using at least one adhesive 11, or securing material 11, or securing layer 11. For some applications, optionally the base 10, could be made of mattress springs material 10, having at least one spring 13A, or an air inflatable/deflatable chamber 13B. For some applications it is preferred that the base 10, is made of a rigid or strong polystyrene material 10. It is preferred that the density of the polystyrene material 10, is between about 16 kg/m.sup.3 to about 25 kg/m.sup.3, and more preferably about 16 kg/m.sup.3. Preferably, the average thickness of the base 10, is between about 10.5 cm to about 11.5 cm, and more preferably about 11.0 cm. For some applications it is preferred that the second layer or material 12, is at least one layer of a polyurethane foam 12. Preferably the average thickness of the at least one second layer or material 12, is between about 1.7 cm to about 2.3 cm, and more preferably about 2.0 cm, and has a density of between about 18 kg/m.sup.3 to about 22 kg/m.sup.3. Optionally, for some applications the base 10, or material 10, could have a plurality of springs 13A, embedded therein to replace and/or supplement the polystyrene material 10, and/or supplement the at least one air inflatable/deflateable chamber 13B, and/or an air mattress 13B.
[0031] FIG. 2, illustrates a perspective view of an inventive mattress apparatus 33, according to a second embodiment of this invention. The inventive mattress apparatus 33, comprises of taking the inventive apparatus 23, and turning or rotating it such that the at least one second layer 12, is at the bottom while one of the first surface 10A, or second surface 10B, of the base 10, is now on the top or creating an upper surface for the base 10. On the top surface 10A, or 10B, which does not have the second layer 12, secured thereto, at least one third layer or material 14, having an upper or first surface 14A, and a lower or second surface 14B, is secured to the exposed upper surface of the base 10, such that the lower surface 14B, is in physical contact with the surface 10A, 10B, of the base 10. Preferably, the peripheral edges of the at least one third layer 14, are substantially congruent with the peripheral edges 15, of the base 10. The at least one third layer or material 14, could just be placed on top of the base 10, and be held there by gravity. However, for some applications the at least one third layer or material 14, could be secured to the surface of the base 10, using at least one adhesive 11, or securing material 11, or securing layer 11. For some applications it is preferred that the at least one third layer or material 14, is at least one layer of a material having a progressive density, such as, a progressive density polyurethane foam 14, such as, provided by Nipponflex Industria E Comercio De Colchoes LTDA, Maringa, Brazil. Preferably the average thickness of the at least one third layer or material 14, is between about 2.7 cm, to about 3.3 cm, and more preferably about 3.0 cm, and has a density of between about 33.3 kg/m.sup.3 to about 40.7 kg/m.sup.3.
[0032] FIG. 3, illustrates a perspective view of an inventive mattress apparatus 43, according to a third embodiment of this invention. The inventive mattress apparatus 43, comprises of taking the inventive mattress apparatus 33, and securing thereto, at least one fourth layer or material 16. The at least one fourth layer or material 16, has an upper or first surface 16A, and a lower or second surface 16B, and wherein the lower surface 16B, is secured to and is in physical contact with the upper surface 14A, of the at least one third layer 14. Preferably, the peripheral edges of the at least one fourth layer 16, are substantially congruent with the peripheral edges 15, of the base 10, or the peripheral edges of the at least one third layer 14. The at least one fourth layer or material 16, could just be placed on top of the at least one third layer 14, and be held there by gravity. However, for some applications the at least one fourth layer or material 16, could be secured to the top surface 14A, of the at least one third layer 14, using at least one adhesive 11, or securing material 11, or securing layer 11. For some applications it is preferred that the at least one fourth layer or material 16, is at least one layer of a material having a progressive density, such as, a progressive density polyurethane foam 16, such as, provided by Nipponflex Industria E Comercio De Colchoes LTDA, Maringa, Brazil. Preferably the average thickness of the fourth layer or material 16, is between about 3.3 cm, to about 2.7 cm, and more preferably about 3.0 cm, and has a density of between about 36 kg/m.sup.3 to about 44 kg/m.sup.3. The at least one fourth layer or material 16, has at least one hole or opening 17. The at least one hole or opening 17, in the at least one fourth layer or material 16, could be a blind hole 17, or a through-hole 17. For some applications the at least one fourth layer or material 16, could also have at least one channel or passage or slot 29, for the passage of at least one electrical connection 21, shown in FIG. 4.
[0033] FIG. 4, illustrates a perspective view of an inventive mattress apparatus 53, according to a fourth embodiment of this invention. The inventive mattress apparatus 53, comprises of the inventive mattress apparatus 43, and where at least one electrical component 27, such as, an electrical motor 27, is placed and secured to at least a portion of the upper or first surface 16A, of the at least one fourth layer or material 16. For some applications at least a portion of the at least one electrical component 27, could be placed or secured inside the hole or opening 17, of the at least one fourth layer or material 16. The at least one electrical component 27, is electrically connected with at least one electrical connector 25, via at least one electrical wire 21. For most applications the at least one electrical component 27, is either on the surface 16A, or fully or partially inside the hole 17, in the at least one fourth layer or material 16, and the at least one electrical connector 25, is preferably outside of the peripheral edges 15, of at least one fourth layer or material 16. The at least one wire 21, or a portion thereof, could just lay on top of the upper surface 16A, as shown in FIG. 4, or it could be positioned inside the at least one channel or slot or passage 29, as shown in FIG. 5. It should be appreciated that the at least one electrical component 27, could be electrically connected with at least one electrical connector 25, via at least one electrical wire 21, or it could be individually connected, such as, via an electrical connector 25A, 25B, having an electrical wire or connection 21A, 21B, etc., as clearly shown in FIG. 13. Thus, the at least one electrical component 27, could also comprise of additional electrical components 28A, 28B, etc., as clearly shown in FIG. 13. The inventive mattress apparatus 73, comprises of the inventive mattress apparatus 63, and where at least one sixth layer or material 30, having an upper or first surface 30A, and a lower or second surface 30B, is secured to and is in physical contact with the upper surface 18A, of the at least one fifth layer 18. Preferably, the peripheral edges of the at least one sixth layer 30, are substantially congruent with the peripheral edges 15, of the base 10, or the peripheral edges of the at least one fifth layer 18. For some applications the at least one sixth layer or material 30, has at least one hole 31, or opening 31, or blind hole 31, or depression 31, or lower level 31, or area 31, or region 31. However, for some applications one could not have a hole 31, in the sense that perforates the polyurethane (Vulcanplex) or the at least one sixth layer 30, but it could be a cup shaped depression 31, or egg crate shaped depression 31. For some applications the material 30, has peaks 32, and valleys 34, and one could use the valleys 34, to place at least one tablet 35, 39, as more clearly shown in FIG. 8. The at least one area 31, could be selected from a group comprising a hole 31, or opening 31, or depression 31, or pocket 31, or lower level 31, or a blind hole 31, or a through-hole 31, and combinations thereof, to name a few. The at least one hole 31, could be used to accommodate at least one FAR Infrared ceramic tablet 35, or at least one FAR Infrared polystyrene mixed material tablet 35, that has a capability of emitting artificial FAR Infra-Red energy. It should be appreciated that the at least one FAR Infrared ceramic tablet 35, or at least one FAR Infrared polystyrene mixed material tablet 35, emits the FAR infrared energy constantly without the need to be excited. For some applications FAR Infra-Red energy that is emitted by the at least one FAR Infrared ceramic tablet 35, or at least one FAR Infrared polystyrene mixed material tablet 35, is between about 4 micron wavelength to about 16 micron wavelength. The at least one hole 31, could be used to accommodate at least one magnetic tablet 39, or at least one ferrite barium mixed material tablet 39, that has a capability of emitting magnetic energy. It should be appreciated that the at least one ferrite barium mixed material tablet 39, emits magnetic energy without the need to be excited. For some applications magnetic energy that is emitted by the at least one magnetic tablet 39, or the at least one ferrite barium mixed material tablet 39, is between about 400 Gauss to about 1,200 Gauss, and more preferably about 800 Gauss. The at least one artificial FAR infrared tablet 35, preferably, emit energy between about 4 microns, to about 16 microns. For some applications, it should be appreciated that the inventive mattress apparatus 73, could comprise of at least one layer of a progressive density material SET 75, such as, for example, using different layers of polyurethane foam of different densities 75, such as, for example, at least one third layer 14, at least one fourth layer 16, at least one fifth layer 18, and at least one sixth layer 30, to form the at least one progressive density material SET 75. It should be appreciated that the at least one ceramic tablet 35, 39, and the at least one magnetic tablet 35, 39, could be installed or placed in different pockets or depressions or region 31, but, for some applications they could also be placed in the same pocket or depression or region 31. It should be further appreciated that the at least one progressive density material set 75, is secured to the first or top surface 10A, of the base or first layer 10, which faces the user or consumer 100, as more clearly shown in FIG. 11.
