[0010] Implementations of a hair extension storage device are provided. In some implementations, the hair extension storage device comprises a cabinet-styled furniture configured to store hair extensions and a drawer configured to store hair extensions insertable and retractable from a drawer opening.
[0011] FIG. 1 illustrates example hair extensions 100 (sometimes referred to as hair wefts). The weft of hair is a plurality of strings of hair sewn together on one end to form an elongated strip of hair wherein the strip extends in a first direction and the hair hangs in a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction.
[0012] The present disclosure relates to a hair extension storage device that is an extension of furniture, for example, in a bedroom. That is, the hair extension storage device may resemble a piece of furniture. In some implementations, the hair extension storage device may resemble an armoire or medicine chest. In some implementations, the hair extension storage device may be made from wood. In some implementations, the hair extension storage device may be made from any suitable material.
[0013] FIGS. 2-6 illustrate implementations of an example hair extension storage device 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 according to the present disclosure. In some implementations, the hair extension storage device comprises a cabinet-styled furniture having a rectangular prism shape. That is, in some implementations, the hair extension storage device may comprise a case, cupboard, or enclosure having doors and shelves for storage. In some implementations, the hair extension storage device can be any other suitable shape.
[0014] In some implementations, the hair extension storage device may have a closest area (e.g., 210, 310, 410, 510, 610) for hanging and concealing hair extensions 100 and may include one or more drawers (e.g., 215, 315, 415, 515, 615).
[0015] In some implementations, the closet area may include one or more closet doors (e.g., 212, 312, 412, 512, 612) for concealing an enclosure having one or more shelves (e.g., 445, 545, 645) configured to hang hair extensions 100. In some implementations, the shelves 445, 545, 645 may be configured to attach hangers 320, 420, 520, 620 to the shelves 445, 545, 645 for hanging hair extensions 100. In some implementations, the closet area 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 may include one or more rods or rails (e.g., 635) for supporting the hangers 320, 420, 520, 620. In some implementations, the hangers 320, 420, 520, 620 can be hung on, removed from, or moved along the rails 635.
[0016] In some implementations, the closet area 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 may be configured to attach one or more hangers (e.g., 320, 420, 520, 620) for hanging hair extensions 100. In some implementations, the hangers 320, 420, 520, 620 include clips or any other attachment device configured to hold the hair extensions 100. In some implementations, the clips or attachment device are used to hold the weft of the hair extensions.
[0017] In some implementations, the closet area 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 may include one or more hooks (e.g., 425), for example, for hanging hair extensions 100 or wigs.
[0018] In some implementations, the closet area 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 may include lighting (e.g., 330). In some implementations, the lighting may be LED lighting.
[0019] In some implementations, the closet area may include at least one mirror (e.g., 340, 440, 540, 640).
[0020] In some implementations, the one or more drawers 215, 315, 415, 515, 615 may be used to store hair extensions 100. In some implementations, the drawers 215, 315, 415, 515, 615 may be used to store beauty/hair products and tools such as flat irons, brushes, scarves, etc.
[0021] In some implementations, the closet area 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 is positioned above the drawers 215, 315, 415, 515, 615. In some implementations, the closet area 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 and the drawers 215, 315, 415, 515, 615 may be positioned in any other suitable configuration.
[0022] In some implementations, one or more surfaces of the closet area 210, 310, 410, 510, 610 may be lined with silk or any other suitable material configured to prevent damage to stored hair extensions 100.
[0023] In some implementations, one or more surfaces of the drawers 215, 315, 415, 515, 615 may be lined with silk, satin, or any other suitable material configured to prevent damage to stored hair extensions 100.
[0024] In some implementations, one or more surfaces of the shelves 445, 545, 645 may be lined with silk or any other suitable material configured to prevent damage to stored hair extensions 100 (e.g., to protect the distal ends of hair extensions which may rest on the shelves, see FIG. 4).
[0025] In some implementations, as shown for example in FIG. 5, the hair extension storage device 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 may comprise a cabinet-styled furniture 500 having a rectangular prism shape. In some implementations, the furniture 500 comprises a front side 500a extending from a top side 500b to a bottom side 500c and extending from a left side 500d to a right side 500e.
[0026] In some implementations, the furniture 500 comprises a rear side 500f opposite the front side 500a extending from the top side 500b to the bottom side 500c and extending from the left side 500d to the right side 500e.
[0027] In some implementations, the top side 500b extends from the left side 500d to the right side 500e and extends from the front side 500a to the rear side 500f.
[0028] In some implementations, the bottom side 500c is opposite the top side 500b, and extends from the left side 500d to the right side 500e and extends from the front side 500a to the rear side 500f.

In some implementations, the configuration of the front side 500a, the rear side 500f, the top side 500b, the bottom side 500c, the left side 500d, and the right side 500e define a furniture interior 500g of the furniture 500.
[0030] In some implementations, the front side 500a comprises a closet opening 500h to the closet area 510 within the furniture interior 500g. In some implementations, the front side 500a comprises the drawer 515 that is insertable and retractable from a drawer opening 500i to the furniture interior 500g.
[0031] In some implementations, the closet opening 500h is covered and accessible by the closet door 512.
[0032] In some implementations, the closet area 510 (which is configured to store one or more hair extensions 100) is defined by a top surface 510b, a bottom surface 510c, a left surface 510d, a right surface 510e, and a rear surface 510f. In some implementations, the top surface 510b is parallel to the top side 500b, the bottom surface 510c is parallel to the bottom side 500c, the left surface 510d is parallel to the left side 500d, the right surface 510e is parallel to the right side 500e, and the rear surface 510f is parallel to the rear side 500f.
[0033] In some implementations, the top surface 510b is configured to allow the hanger 520 (which is configured to hold one or more hair extensions 100 in the closet area 510) to be attached to the top surface 510b.
[0034] In some implementations, the bottom surface 510d comprises a silk lining (not shown), which is configured to prevent damage to the one or more hair extensions 100 stored in the closet area 510.
[0035] In some implementations, the drawer 515 (which is configured to store one or more hair extensions 100) comprises an inner-bottom surface 515c that is parallel to the bottom side 500c. In some implementations, the inner-bottom surface 515c comprises a silk lining (not shown), which is configured to prevent damage to the one or more hair extensions 100 stored in the drawer 515.
