Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a fitness auxiliary device, and more particularly to a fitness auxiliary device for doing limb and waist exercises.

[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art

[0004] As shown in FIG. 1, a conventional fitness auxiliary device is provided with wheels A at four corners of the bottom of the fitness auxiliary device. A holding rod B1 is transversely provided above the wheels A. A top rod B2 is provided above the holding rod B1.

[0005] When the user holds the holding rod B1, his/her elbow leans against the top rod. Through the wheels A, the user can move the fitness auxiliary device back and forth for doing push-pull stretch exercises. If two fitness auxiliary devices are used, the user can hold the holding rods to move left and right as well as back and forth for doing stretch exercises.

[0006] The conventional fitness auxiliary device uses the wheels to do push-pull motions. It is not easy for the user to pull the fitness auxiliary device back when the wheels are pushed outward. Sometimes, the user may fall and lie on the ground. If two fitness auxiliary devices are used for doing left and right stretch exercises, the user may fall and lie on the ground much easier.

[0007] The conventional fitness auxiliary device can be used for doing stretch exercises or doing push-ups when the conventional fitness auxiliary device is turned over and the wheels are away from the ground. The conventional fitness auxiliary device is not safe for use. Accordingly, the inventor of the present invention has devoted himself based on his many years of practical experiences to solve these problems.
