CUP WITH IDENTIFIERS

Abstract

The present invention provides a cup with identifiers comprising a cup body, and the cup is characterized in that it further includes a character board and a cup sleeve, first holes into which detachable character blocks can be inserted are distributed in the character board, the cup sleeve encases a lower portion of the cup body, and second holes into which the character blocks can be inserted are distributed in the cup sleeve. The present invention achieves a function of identifying the same cups by covering the cup sleeve outside the cup body and inserting the detachable character blocks into the cup sleeve, so that a user is inclined to distinguish his or her own cup from other persons' cups to avoid wrongly using another person's cup and increase safety of drinking water. Further, the cup sleeve also serves to prevent scald for improving security of use.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0004] Cups are indispensable for people's daily life. For many cups of the same style and the same color which are prepared at home or distributed in office, due to lacking of an identifier to distinguish one from another, the case where one person wrongly uses another person's cup often occurs, which will affect hygiene of drinking water.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTIONS

[0005] In order to overcome the above disadvantage, the present invention provides a cup with identifiers which enables character identification among multiple cups of the same style and the same color, so that a user is inclined to make discrimination to avoid wrongly using another person's cup and increase safety of drinking water.

[0006] To realize the above object, the present invention employs a technical solution in which a cup with identifiers comprising a cup body further includes a character board and a cup sleeve, first holes into which detachable character blocks can be inserted are distributed in the character board, the cup sleeve encases a lower portion of the cup body, and second holes into which the character blocks can be inserted are distributed in the cup sleeve.

[0007] As a further improvement of the present invention, after the cup body is encased by the cup sleeve, an outer side of the cup sleeve is level with that of the cup body so that neatness of the cup is enhanced.

[0008] As a further improvement of the present invention, a thickness of the cup sleeve is equal to that of the character board so that the character blocks can be completely inserted into the cup sleeve or the character board.

[0009] As a further improvement of the present invention, characters on the character blocks include Arabic numerals, English alphabets and symbols so that the characters are diversified to accommodate different situations for application and different audiences.

[0010] The present invention has the following advantageous effects: the present invention achieves a function of identifying the same cups by covering the cup sleeve outside a cup body and inserting the detachable character blocks into the cup sleeve, so that a user is inclined to distinguish his or her own cup from other persons' cups to avoid wrongly using another person's cup and increase safety of drinking water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0012] With reference to FIG. 1, a cup with identifiers according to the present invention includes a cup body 1, and further includes a character board 3 and a cup sleeve 2. First holes 5 into which detachable character blocks 4 can be inserted are distributed in the character board 3. The cup sleeve 2 encases a lower portion of the cup body 1. Second holes 6 into which the character blocks 4 can be inserted are distributed in the cup sleeve 2. After the cup body 1 is encased by the cup sleeve 2, an outer side of the cup sleeve 2 is level with that of the cup body 1. A thickness of the cup sleeve 2 is equal to that of the character board 3. Characters on the character blocks 4 include Arabic numerals, English alphabets and symbols.

[0013] In use, the character blocks 4 in the character board 3 can be arbitrarily taken out and inserted into the second holes 6, and then the lower portion of the cup body 1 is encased by the cup sleeve 2. Thus, the function of identifying the same cups is achieved through a simple and rapid operation. The form of the characters on the character blocks 4 can be arbitrarily selected according to the preference of the user or the requirement of the situation for application. The character blocks 4 inserted into the cup sleeve 2 can be arbitrarily replaced and the replaced character blocks 4 are reinserted into the character board 3 for storage.

Claims

1. A cup with identifiers comprising a cup body (1), wherein the cup further includes a character board (3) and a cup sleeve (2), first holes (5) into which detachable character blocks (4) are able to be inserted are distributed in the character board (3), the cup sleeve (2) encases a lower portion of the cup body (1), and second holes (6) into which the character blocks (4) are able to be inserted are distributed in the cup sleeve (2).

2. The cup with identifiers according to claim 1, characterized in that after the cup body (1) is encased by the cup sleeve (2), an outer side of the cup sleeve (2) is level with that of the cup body (1).

3. The cup with identifiers according to claim 1, characterized in that a thickness of the cup sleeve (2) is equal to that of the character board (3).

4. The cup with identifiers according to claim 1, characterized in that characters on the character blocks (4) include Arabic numerals English alphabets and symbols.
