Description:
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
Field of the Disclosure
[0001] The disclosure relates to game devices and more particularly pertains to a new game device for competitive game play between a plurality of players.
SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0002] An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a box that has a top side. The top side is open to access an interior of the box. A plurality of blocks is provided and the plurality of blocks comprises a plurality of sets of blocks. Each of the sets of blocks and the master block may be randomly distributed on a support surface. A plurality of balls is provided and each of the balls is urged toward the associated set of blocks. A plurality of clubs is provided and each of the clubs has a handle portion and a head portion. Each of the clubs is manipulated to strike a selected one of the balls.
[0003] There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
[0004] The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0005] The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
[0006] FIG. 1 is a kit view of a game assembly according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0007] FIG. 2 is a perspective view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0008] FIG. 3 is a front view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0009] FIG. 4 is a schematic view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0010] FIG. 5 is a perspective in-use view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0011] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new game device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.
[0012] As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 5, the game assembly 10 generally comprises a box 12 that has a top side 14. The top side 14 is open to access an interior of the box 12. A lid 16 is provided and the lid 16 is removably positioned on the top side 14 to selectively close the box 12.
[0013] A plurality of blocks 18 is provided and the plurality of blocks 18 comprises a plurality of sets of blocks 20. Each of the plurality of sets of blocks 20 has a unique color with respect to each other. The color of each of the sets of blocks 20 may be red, green, blue, yellow or other colors. The plurality of blocks 18 includes a master block 22 and the master block 22 has a unique color with respect to the sets of blocks 20. The master block 22 may have a white color. Each of the sets of blocks 20 and the master block 22 may be randomly distributed on a support surface 24 and the support surface may 24 be ground.
[0014] A plurality of balls 26 is provided and each of the balls 26 has a unique color with respect to each other. Additionally, each of the balls 26 has a color corresponding to an associated one of the sets of blocks 20. Each of the balls 26 is urged toward the associated set of blocks 20. Each of the balls 26 may have a colored stripe extending around the balls 26 or each of the balls 26 may have a solid color. A plurality of clubs 28 is provided and each of the clubs 28 has a handle portion 30 and a head portion 32. The handle portion 30 of each of the clubs 28 may be gripped. Thus, the head portion 32 of each of the clubs 28 is manipulated to strike a selected one of the balls 26.
[0015] In use, the support surface 24 is marked to indicate a shooting line 34 and each of the sets of blocks 20 is tossed onto the support surface 24 in a random pattern. The master block 22 is tossed onto the support surface 24. Each of the balls 26 is selected by a player and each player selects a club 28. Each player stands on the shooting line 34 and strikes the ball 26 into the blocks 18. The player who places their ball 26 closest to the master block 22 goes first. The player attempts to strike each of the set of blocks 20 that has a color corresponding to the color of the player's ball 26. Each time the player strikes one of the corresponding blocks 18, the stricken block 18 is removed from the support surface 24 and placed into the box 12. The player continues striking the player's ball 26 toward the blocks 18 until the player fails to strike one of the corresponding blocks 18. The next player takes a turn when the previous player fails to strike the corresponding blocks 18 or if the previous player strikes the master block 22 or a non-corresponding block 18. The first player to strike all of the corresponding blocks 18 and the master block 22 wins the game. Each of the clubs 28, each of the balls 26 and each of the blocks 18 are stored within the box 12 after game play has finished.
[0016] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0017] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word "comprising" is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded.
[0018] A reference to an element by the indefinite article "a" does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the element is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the elements.
