COSMETIC CONTAINER HAVING MULTI-STAGED REFILLABLE CONTAINER

Abstract

A cosmetic container has a multi-staged refillable container, which can receive or replace a puff and cosmetics at the same time, and can achieve easier fixing, separation, and sealing of the refillable container. The cosmetic container includes a lower body and a cover coupled thereto. An upper body, coupled to the upper side of the lower body, has a refillable container removably attachable from the inside of the lower body. The refillable container includes a lower cap having a first storage space formed at the inside thereof and filled with cosmetics, and a hinge shaft formed at the outside thereof. An upper cap has a hinge portion formed at the outside thereof and a second storage space formed at the inside thereof. The hinge portion is pivotably coupled to the hinge shaft to seal or open the first storage space. The second storage space has a puff inserted therein.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetics container capable of replacing spent cosmetics and using the replaced one and, more specifically, to a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, in which a puff and cosmetics can be simultaneously stored or replaced, and the fixing, separation and sealing of a refillable container can be more readily carried out.

BACKGROUND ART

[0002] In general, a cosmetics container includes a cosmetics case including a cosmetics material in a liquid or gel phase therein, and a cover detachably coupled at the upper portion of the cosmetics case so as to open or close the same. As the cosmetics material stored in the cosmetics case is all spent through the repetitive use of the same, a consumer discards the whole cosmetics container and purchases a new one, which is filled with a cosmetics material to be used.

[0003] However, the prior art cosmetics containers as described above are simply produced and sold in a disposable form even though the cosmetics materials stored in the cosmetics containers are the same as each other. Therefore, the prior art cosmetics containers have problems that consumers have to bear the whole expenses of such disposable cosmetics containers themselves and the discarded cosmetics containers are not ready to be recycled and thus increase the amount of industrial waste.

[0004] In order to solve the problems, Korean registered patent publication No. 10-1211964 discloses a refillable cosmetics container, in which only a case for storing cosmetics therein is replaced with a new one. However, this refillable cosmetics container still has problems that the configuration thereof is complicated and the method of replacing the cosmetics case with a new one is difficult, thereby decreasing the consumer use thereof.

[0005] Accordingly, the present invention has been made in an effort to solve the above- mentioned problems occurring in the prior arts, and it is an objective of the present invention to provide a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, in which a puff and cosmetics can be simultaneously stored or replaced through a simple configuration.

[0006] In addition, it is another objective of the present invention to provide a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, in which the fixing, separation and sealing of a refillable container can be more readily carried out.

Technical Solution

[0007] To achieve the above objectives, in a cosmetics container, which includes a lower body, to which a cover is coupled so as to be opened or closed, and an upper body coupled to the upper side of the lower body and having a refillable container, which can be attached to or detached from the inside of the lower body, the present invention provides a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, and the multi-staged refillable container includes a lower cap having a first storage space, which is formed at the inside thereof so as to be filled with cosmetics, and a hinge shaft, which is formed on the outside thereof, and an upper cap having a hinge part, which is formed on the outside thereof and rotatably coupled with the hinge shaft so as to open or seal the first storage space, and a second storage space, which is formed at the inside thereof such that a puff is inserted therein.

Advantageous Effects

[0008] According to the cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container of the present invention, the refillable container is formed of a multi-staged structure having an upper cap and a lower cap such that a puff and cosmetics can be simultaneously stored or replaced, thereby improving convenience for use.

[0009] In addition, the fixing, separation and sealing of the refillable container can be carried out in an easier and closer way through a simple sealing structure, thereby further improving convenience for use.

MODE FOR INVENTION

[0015] Hereinafter, with reference to the attached drawings, a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail.

[0016] Referring to FIG. 1, a cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, according to the present invention, includes a lower body 10, an upper body coupled at the upper side of the lower body 10, and a cover 30 hinge-coupled with the upper side of the upper body 20 so as to open or close the upper body 20.

[0017] Referring to FIG. 2, the lower body 10 has a penetration part 11, which is formed at the inside thereof, and a cover coupling part 12, which is formed at one side so as to be hinge-coupled with the cover 30.

[0018] The upper body 20, which is coupled at the upper side of the lower body 10, has a container coupling part 21, formed at one side thereof and a plurality of first holding protrusions 22 formed at intervals on the inner circumferential surface thereof.

[0019] FIG. 3 shows a state, in which the upper body 20 is coupled with the lower body 10, wherein the upper body 20 communicates with the penetration part 11 of the lower body 10 each other, since the upper body is formed in the shape of a ring such that the upper portion and the lower portion thereof are penetrated.

[0020] Further, the upper body 20 has one pair of second holding protrusions 23, which are formed at both sides of the container coupling part 21 on the inner circumferential surface of the upper body 20, and a plurality of anti-releasing parts 24, which are radially formed on the outer circumferential surface of the upper body 20.

[0021] The cover 30 has a rotation part 31, which is hinge-coupled with the cover coupling part 12 of the lower body 10, and a mirror 32, which is provided on the inside thereof such that a user can conveniently use the mirror 32 during make-up.

[0022] The cover 30 is coupled and rotatable in the right and left directions at the upper side of the mirror 32, which is coupled with the rotation part 31, and has a plurality of blocking protrusions 33, which are formed radially on the inner circumferential surface of the cover at positions corresponding to those of the anti-releasing parts 24.

[0023] Therefore, the cover 30 rotates right or left by the hinge part 31 after sealing the upper side of the upper body 20 such that the blocking protrusions 33 are fixed at the lower portions of the anti-releasing parts 24 and thus the releasing of the cover 30 is prevented.

[0024] Meanwhile, a refillable container 100 which can be easily replaced, is detachably coupled at the upper side of the upper body 20, wherein the refillable container 100 has a lower cap 40 and an upper cap 60, forming a multi-staged structure.

[0025] The upper cap 60 has a hinge part 64 formed at one side thereof and is coupled with the lower cap 40 so as to open or close the lower cap 40, wherein a tap 63 is formed at the other side of the upper cap 60 for facilitating the opening and closing.

[0026] Explaining the structure of the refillable container 100 in more detail, as shown in FIG. 4, a first storage space 41 is formed in the lower cap 40 and provided with cosmetics, and a plurality of holding grooves 42 are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the lower cap 40 at positions corresponding to those of the first holding protrusions 22 and second holding protrusions 23.

[0027] Further, a hinge shaft 43 is formed at one side of the lower cap 40 and coupled with the upper cap 60, and a first sealing part 44 is formed on the upper rim portion of the lower cap 40, wherein the hinge shaft 43 may be integrally formed with the lower cap 40 or separately formed from the lower cap 40 so as to be coupled with the lower cap 40.

[0028] A packing groove 46 is formed on the outside of the first sealing part 44 such that a ring-shaped packing member 48 is inserted into the packing groove 46, and a fixing member groove 47 is formed between the first storage space 41 and the first sealing part 44 such that a fixing member 50 is inserted into the fixing member groove 47.

[0034] As for the cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container structured as above according to the present invention, the refillable container 100 is detachably coupled with the inside of the upper body 20 such that the refillable container 100 can be detached and then replaced with a new one if the cosmetics in the refillable container 100 are all spent, as shown in FIG. 5.

[0035] The refillable container 100 is fixed inside by pressing the upper body 20 in the downward direction, the hinge part 64 is inserted into the container coupling part 21, and the bottom surface of the lower cap 40 is exposed to the outside through the penetration part 11.

[0036] Therefore, in order to replace the refillable container 100 with a new one, the refillable container 100 is simply detached by opening the cover 30 and pressing the lower cap 40 upwards through the penetration part 11.

[0037] The first holding protrusions 22 and the second holding protrusions 23 of the upper body 20 are inserted and fixed into the holding grooves 42 of the lower cap 40 such that the refillable container 100 is fixed in the upper body 20.

[0038] In addition, a coupling groove 66 is formed on the rim portion of the bottom surface of the upper cap 60, as shown in FIG. 5, such that a coupling protrusion 45 formed on the first sealing part 44 of the lower cap 40 is inserted and fixed into the coupling groove 66, thereby primarily sealing the first storage space 41.

[0039] Furthermore, a second sealing part 67 is formed at the lower side of the upper cap 60 and comes into close contact with the upper side of the packing member, which secondarily seals the first storage space 41, thereby achieving more tight sealing of the first storage space 41.

[0040] As for the refillable container 100 as described above, the upper cap 60 is opened using the tap 63 in a state, in which the lower cap 40 is fixed on the upper body 20 such that the cosmetics in the first storage space 41 can be used with the puff 68.

[0041] Even though the upper cap 60 and the lower cap 40 are not tightly sealed due to the carelessness of a user, the mirror 32 having a spring (not shown) provided to the rear surface side thereof presses the projection part 62, which is formed on the upper cap 60, by the elastic force of the spring when the cover 30 is closed, thereby lowering the upper cap 60 and achieving the tight sealing.

[0042] The cosmetics container according to the present invention as described above has the advantage of more convenient use in that the puff 68 as well as the cosmetics can be stored and replaced since the refillable container is formed in a multi-staged structure with the upper cap 60 and the lower cap 40.

[0043] Furthermore, the fixing, separation and sealing of the refillable container 100 can be carried out in an easier and close manner through the simple structure thereof, thereby improving the convenience for use.

A cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container, comprising: a lower body and a cover coupled thereto to open and close the lower body; an upper body coupled to an upper side of the lower body and comprising a refillable container, which can be attached to or detached from inside of the lower body; a lower cap comprising a first storage space, which is formed inside thereof and fillable with cosmetics, and a hinge shaft, which is formed on outside of the lower cap; and an upper cap comprising a hinge part which is formed on outside thereof and rotatably coupled with the hinge shaft to open and seal the first storage space, and a second storage space which is formed at inside of the upper cap to insert a puff.

The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to claim 8, further comprising a sponge to absorb liquid cosmetics, the sponge being insertable into the first storage space, and a fixing member coupled at an upper side of the sponge and comprising a contact part to prevent separation of the sponge.

The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to claim 8, wherein the lower cap comprises a plurality of holding grooves formed on an outer circumferential surface thereof; and further comprising first and second holding protrusions formed on an inner circumferential surface of the upper body fixed on the holding grooves such that the refillable container is coupled to the upper body.

The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to claim 8, wherein the lower cap comprises a first sealing part, the first sealing part comprises a coupling protrusion, the coupling protrusion is fixed on a coupling groove formed on the upper cap to seal the first storage space, and the upper cap comprises a second sealing part which comes into a contact with an upper side of a packing member, which is inserted into a packing groove formed on outside of the first sealing part, to seal the first storage space.

The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to claim 8, further comprising a projection part formed on an upper side of the upper cap, the projection part configured to compresses the upper cap in a downward direction by coming into a contact with a mirror, which is coupled at inside of the cover, to seal the first storage space.

13. The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to claim 8, wherein the lower body comprises a penetration part formed to expose a bottom surface of the lower cap to outside.

The cosmetics container having a multi-staged refillable container according to claim 8, further comprising a plurality of anti-releasing parts radially formed on an outer circumferential surface of the upper body; and blocking protrusions formed on an inner circumferential surface of the cover, which is formed to be rotatable, fixed to or separated from the anti-releasing parts, such that the cover is fixed or released.
