Description:
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to a water bottle carrier which allows carrying various containers easily and securely.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] A conventional water bottle carrier is employed to shoulder or manually carry a water bottle. The conventional water bottle carrier contains two opposite clamping parts which are clamped together and retained on the water bottle, wherein each clamping part has an arcuate locking portion, an extension extending outwardly from two sides thereof, and two hooks extending outwardly from two sides of the extension, such that two locking portions of the two opposite clamping parts clamp a neck portion of the water bottle, and two extensions of the two clamping parts contact with each other, such that two hooks of one of the two clamping parts insert into two positioning orifices of the other of the two clamping parts, and two ends of a strap are inserted into two elongated apertures of the two extensions, thus manually carrying or shouldering the water bottle carrier.
[0003] However, two hands grasp the two clamping parts, and the two hooks are inserted into the two positioning orifices of the other of the two clamping parts so that the two elongated apertures of the two extensions contact with each other, thus assembling the conventional water bottle carrier troublesomely.
[0004] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] The primary objective of the present invention is to provide a water bottle carrier which allows carrying various containers easily and securely.

Preferably, the first flexible pad 112 is one piece formed with the first cover 111 or is glued with the first cover 111. The second part 12 has a second cover 121 and has a second flexible pad 122 formed on an inner wall of the second cover 121, wherein the second flexible pad 122 has two second flexible protrusions 1221 arranged adjacent to an upper end and a lower end of an inner wall thereof, and the second flexible pad 122 is made of flexible anti-slip material. Preferably, the second flexible pad 122 is one piece formed with the second cover 121 or is glued with the second cover 121.
[0017] The first cover 111 of the first part 11 of the body 1 has a first connecting shaft 1111 disposed on a first side thereof and has two first locking tabs 1112 mounted on a second side thereof. The second cover 121 of the second part 12 of the body 1 has two second connecting shafts 1211 fixed on an upper end and a lower end of a first side thereof and has a joining column P rotatably connected with the two second connecting shafts 1211 of the second cover 121 and the first connecting shaft 1111 of the first cover 111. In addition, the second cover 121 of the second part 12 has two second locking tabs 1212 fixed on a second side thereof to retain with the two first locking tabs 1112 of the first cover 111.
[0018] The inner wall of the first cover 111 is hollow, and the first cover 111 further has a first hollow area 1113 defined on an outer wall thereof and corresponding to the first flexible pad 112, the first flexible pad 112 has a receiving pocket 1122 defined on the first hollow area 1113. The second cover 121 has a hollow inner wall on which a second hollow area 1213 is defined to correspond to the second flexible pad 122.
[0019] The body 1 further includes a third part 13 connected with and removed from the first part 11 and the second part 12, and the third part 13 is located on an outer wall of the second part 12.
[0020] The third part 13 has a third cover 131 and a flexible first covering layer 132, wherein the third cover 131 is made of plastic material. The third cover 131 of the third part 13 has two third connecting shafts 1311 secured on a first side thereof and connecting with the two second connecting shafts 1211 of the second cover 121 of the second part 12, and the joining column P is rotatably coupled with the two third connecting shafts 1311 of the third cover 131, the two second connecting shafts 1211 of the second cover 121, and the first connecting shaft 1111 of the first cover 111. Moreover, the third cover 131 of the third part 13 further has a retainer 1312 disposed on a second side thereof, and the second cover 121 of the second part 12 has an engaging recess 1214 for engaging with the retainer 1312 of the third cover 131 (as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4). The flexible first covering layer 132 is one piece formed and covers an outer wall of the third cover 131 through an upper end and a lower end of an inner wall of the third cover 131, and the flexible first covering layer 132 is made of flexible anti-slip material, wherein the flexible first covering layer 132 is one piece formed with or is glued with the third part 131 (as illustrated in FIGS. 5 and 6).
[0021] The third cover 131 further has a third hollow area 1313 corresponding to the flexible first covering layer 132, and the flexible first covering layer 132 of the third cover 131 has a plurality of through orifices 1321 formed thereon.
[0022] The body 1 further includes two opposite connection apertures 14 defined adjacent to a top end of the first part 11 or the second part 12 to connect with two ends of a strap 2. In this embodiment, the two opposite connection apertures 14 are defined adjacent to the top end of the first part 11.
[0023] Referring to FIGS. 7 to 9, the water bottle carrier of the present invention comprises the body 1. The body 1 includes the first part 11 and the second part 12 which are connected together to define the accommodating chamber 10, wherein the first part 11 and the second part 12 are removed from each other. The body 1 further includes the third part 13 connected with and removed from the first part 11 and the second part 12. In addition, the body 1 further includes the two opposite connection apertures 14 defined adjacent to the top end of the first part 11 or the second part 12 to connect with the two ends of the strap 2. In this embodiment, the two opposite connection apertures 14 are defined adjacent to the top end of the first part 11.
[0024] Thereby, when the two second locking tabs 1212 of the second part 12 are removed from the two first locking tabs 1112 of the first cover 111, a container 3 (such as a water bottle or a PET bottle) is placed into the accommodating chamber 10, and the two second locking tabs 1212 of the second part 12 are retained with the two first locking tabs 1112 of the first part 11, the two first flexible protrusions 1121 of the first flexible pad 112 of the first part 11 and the two second flexible protrusions 1221 of the second flexible pad 122 of the second part 12 abut against the container 3. Preferably, the third part 13 is in connected with the first part 11 and the second part 12 and is located on the outer wall of the second part 12, such that when the third part 13 contacts with the second part 12, it forces the second part 12 so that the first part 11 and the second part 12 clamp the container 3 tightly, thus connecting the water bottle carrier easily and clamping the container 3 tightly by using the two first flexible protrusions 1121 of the first flexible pad 112 of the first part 11 and the two second flexible protrusions 1221 of the second flexible pad 122 of the second part 12.
