CROSS REFERENCE
[0001] This application claims foreign priority under Paris Convention to Korean Patent Application No. 20-2015-0002195, filed 7 Apr. 2015, with the Korean Intellectual Property Office, where the entire contents are incorporated herein by reference.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The present invention relates to a shoe of bilaterally same shape such that the right and left sides of the shoe cannot be distinguished and, more particularly, to a shoe of bilaterally same shape, in which, even when the shoe is worn on either one of the left foot or the right foot of a user, the shoe can be deformed to entirely surround the sole of a foot such that the user can wear the shoe with wearing comfort without the distinguishment between right and left.
[0003] Users wear shoes for protecting their feet and securing safe walking. The shoes are composed of one pair of right and left so as to fit the feet of the users. Herein, the left foot and right foot of the user are in different shapes and, thus, the right shoe and the left shoe of one pair of shoes should be separately manufactured according to the shapes of the left foot and the right foot.
[0004] Therefore, the user has to wear the shoes with the distinguishment between right and left. In the case where the user puts on the shoes in a dark place or in a hurry, the user is likely to put on the shoes oppositely in the right and left sides.
[0005] In particular, the shoes are composed of a right shoe and a left shoe, which are formed to be very similar to each other, such that the user often puts on the right shoe and the left shoe oppositely.
[0006] If the user puts on the right shoe and the left shoe oppositely as described above, the wearing state of the shoes does not look good and the user cannot walk normally.
[0007] In order to solve the problems as described above, there has been suggested a shoe of bilaterally same shape. However, such a bilaterally symmetrical shoe still has a problem that the shoe cannot surround the entire sole portion of a foot and thus the shoe may cause uncomfortable feeling on the foot.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems occurring in the prior arts, and it is an objective of the present invention to provide a shoe of bilaterally same shape, in which the right side and the left side of the shoe are formed in the same shape and deformed to entirely surround the sole portion of a foot even when a user wears the shoe on either one of his left or right foot, thereby providing excellent wearing comfort. In addition, the shoe is not easily damaged or broken, thereby exhibiting excellent durability.
[0009] To accomplish the above objective, according to the present invention, there is provided a shoe of bilaterally same shape, comprising:
[0010] an outsole formed in a bilaterally symmetrical shape;
[0011] an insole formed in a bilaterally symmetrical shape so as to be coupled in a laminate structure to the outsole, and made from a latex material so as to be deformed according to the shape of a foot secured on the top surface thereof; and
[0012] a cover, of which edge part is coupled to the insole so as to cover the upper side of the insole.
[0013] The outsole has a securing groove formed on the top surface thereof such that the insole is fitted into the securing groove.
[0014] The edge portion of the cover is coupled between the right and left side surfaces of the insole and the side wall of the securing groove.
[0015] The securing groove includes a bottom surface, and the bottom surface includes a first metatarsal insertion part formed on a portion, on which the big toe metatarsal of a left foot is secured, and a second metatarsal insertion part formed on a portion, on which the big toe metatarsal of a right foot is secured.
[0016] According to the shoes of the present application, each of a left shoe and a right shoe is formed in the bilaterally same shape such that a user can wear the shoes conveniently without the distinguishment between right and left, wherein, even when either one of the shoes is put on either one of the left foot or the right foot of the user, the shoe can be deformed to entirely surround the sole of the foot, thereby providing excellent wearing comfort, and the shoe is not likely to be damaged, thereby exhibiting excellent durability.

[0019] FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are respectively an exploded perspective view and a cross-sectional view of a shoe of bilaterally same shape according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and
[0020] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a shoe of bilaterally same shape according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0021] Hereinafter, a shoe of bilaterally same shape according to preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0022] FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a shoe of bilaterally same shape according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plane view for illustrating a state, in which an insole included in the shoe of bilaterally same shape, according to the present invention, is in use.
[0023] A shoe of bilaterally same shape, according to the present invention, is a shoe for providing wearing comfort even when a user puts on the same without the distinguishment between right and left, and includes an outsole 100, which is formed in a bilaterally symmetrical shape and comes into contact with the ground surface, an insole 200, which is formed in a bilaterally symmetrical shape so as to be coupled in a laminate structure to the outsole 100 and on which top surface the sole of a foot of a user is secured, and a cover 300, of which edge part is coupled to the insole 200 so as to cover the upper side of the insole 200.
[0024] The present invention has an advantage that since one pair of the shoes of bilaterally same shape as described above include a left shoe and a right shoe, which are formed in the same shape, a user can wear the shoes on his feet without the distinguishment between right and left when he wears the same such that the wearing of the shoes becomes very convenient. In addition, the present invention has another advantage that since the shoes of bilaterally same shape include the left shoe and the right shoe, which are formed in the same shape, if either one of the one pair of shoes is lost, the remaining one can be paired with either one of another pair of such shoes, thereby exhibiting excellent availability.
[0025] Meanwhile, typical prior art shoes include surfaces, on which the soles of the feet of a user are secured, wherein the surfaces, on which the soles of the feet of a user are secured, are three-dimensionally formed according to the shapes of the feet of a user such that the entire sole portions of the feet can be entirely secured thereon. That is, a left shoe is formed with an arch part according to the shape of the sole of the left foot of a user and a right shoe is formed with an arch part according to the shape of the sole of the right foot of a user.
[0026] However, the shoe of bilaterally same shape according to the present invention should be put on without the distinguishment between right and left. Therefore, if the left foot arch part or the right foot arch part is formed on the insole 200, on which the sole of the foot of a user is secured, then there is a problem that the shoe cannot be worn without the distinguishment between right and left. Herein, if the top surface of the insole 200 is formed as a plane surface, the shoe can be put on without the distinguishment between right and left. However, there is another problem that only a part of the sole of the foot can come into contact with the top surface of the insole and thus the wearing comfort is remarkably decreased.
[0027] Therefore, the insole 200 of the shoe of bilaterally same shape according to the present invention is not formed of a general compression sponge material or a synthetic rubber material but a latex material such that the shoe can be put on without the distinguishment between right and left while encompassing the entire sole portion of a foot so as to provide wearing comfort.
[0028] If the insole 200 is made of a latex material as described above, even though the top surface of the insole 200 is formed in a plane shape as shown in FIG. 2(a), a left foot arch part 210 is formed on the top surface of the insole 200 according to the shape of the sole of the left foot of a user when the user puts his left foot on the top surface of the insole 200 while a right foot arch part 220 is formed on the top surface of the insole 200 according to the shape of the sole of the right foot of the user when the user puts his right foot on the top surface of the insole 200, as shown in FIG. 2(b). Therefore, regardless of which foot is put on the insole 200, the top surface of the insole 200 comes into close contact with the foot, advantageously providing high wearing comfort.
[0029] In addition, the prior art shoe is provided with the left foot arch part or the right foot arch part in the corresponding shape of a left or right foot according to the size thereof. Therefore, there is a disadvantage that if the size of the user's foot and the size of the shoe are not matched with each other, the wearing comfort becomes decreased. However, according to the shoe of bilaterally same shape of the present invention, the left foot arch part 210 or the right foot arch part 220 is formed according to both of the shape and size of the foot of a user such that the user who wears the shoes of bilaterally same shape can advantageously have the high wearing comfort all the time as if he wears a pair of customized shoes. For example, even though the shoes of bilaterally same shape according to the present invention are made large for men, the insoles 200 of the shoes are curved and deformed according to the size and shape of a woman when the woman wears the shoes so as to advantageously provide high wearing comfort to the woman.
[0030] Meanwhile, a general shoe includes a cover for covering the top of a foot, wherein the cover is formed to be slightly different in shape according to whether the cover is to cover a left foot or a right foot. Compared with the general shoe, the shoe of bilaterally same shape according to the present invention differs from the general shoe in that the former includes the cover 300, which is formed in a bilaterally same shape. Even though one pair of such the covers 300 are formed in the same shape as above, the portions of the insoles 200, which are coupled to the both right and left sides of the covers 300, can be easily deformed in a predetermined range when a user wears the shoes of bilaterally same shape. Therefore, the covers 300 can come into close contact with the tops of the feet of the user. That is, the covers 300 can come into close contact with the tops of the feet of the user, and the wearing comfort becomes excellent.
[0031] FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 are respectively an exploded perspective view and a cross-sectional view of a shoe of bilaterally same shape according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and
[0032] A shoe of bilaterally same shape according to the present invention includes the outsole 100 and the insole 200, which are coupled to each other in a laminate structure. Herein, if the outsole 100 and the insole 200 are formed with a same plane shape, a side surface of the insole 200 is exposed to the outside when the outsole 100 and the insole 200 are coupled to each other. Herein, the insole 200 is made from a latex material, which is soft compared with the material of the outsole 100. Therefore, there is a problem that the side surface of the insole 200 is likely to be easily damaged in the case where the side surface of the insole 200 collides with any other structure or object.
[0033] Therefore, in order to reduce the damage to the insole 200, that is, to prevent the side surface of the insole 200 from colliding with any other structure or object, the shoe of bilaterally same shape according to the present invention may include a securing groove 110 which is formed on the top surface of the outsole 100 such that the insole 200 can be inserted into the securing groove 110 in a fitting manner.
[0034] If the securing groove 110 is formed on the top surface of the outsole 100 as above, the insole 200 is completely inserted into the securing groove 110 when the insole 200 is laminated on the outsole 100. Therefore, the side surface of the insole 200 is not exposed to the outside and thus the damage to the insole 200 can be advantageously prevented.
[0035] Meanwhile, since the insole 200 made from a latex material has the high soft characteristics, if the cover 300 is directly coupled to the insole 200 as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 1, there is concern that the connection portions of the cover 300 and the insole 200 are likely to be torn easily. However, if the insole 200 is completely inserted to the inside of the securing groove 110 of the outsole 100 and thus coupled to the outsole 100, as shown in the embodiment of FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the right and left sides of the cover 300 may be inserted between the right and left sides of the insole 200 and the side wall of the securing groove 110 so as to be coupled to the side wall of the securing groove 110, as shown in FIG. 4. Therefore, there is an advantage that the cover 300 can be more firmly coupled to the insole 200.
[0036] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a shoe of bilaterally same shape according to a third embodiment of the present invention.
[0037] The sole of a human foot includes metatarsals respectively positioned at the root portions of five toes, wherein a big toe metatarsal corresponding to a big toe is generally thicker and bigger than the others. Therefore, when the foot of a user is placed on the top surface of the insole 200, the insole 200 is compressed the most at a portion, on which the big toe metatarsal is placed, and is relatively less compressed at any other portions, on which the other toe metatarsals are placed. That is, the insole 200 can be additionally compressed more at the portions, on which the other toe metatarsals except the big toe metatarsal are placed.
[0038] Herein, when the user walks, loads are mainly concentrated on the big toe metatarsal, the second toe metatarsal and the third toe metatarsal. As described above, the insole 200 is difficult to be compressed more at the portion, on which the big toe metatarsal is placed, but is likely to be additionally compressed more at the portions, on which the second metatarsal and the third metatarsal are placed. Therefore, the sole of the foot cannot be uniformly supported but is shaken right and left during walking.
[0039] In order to solve the problem, according to the shoe of bilaterally same shape of the present invention, the bottom surface of the securing groove 110 may be formed with a first metatarsal insertion part 112 at a portion, on which the big toe metatarsal of a left foot is placed, and a second metatarsal insertion part 114 at a portion, on which the big toe metatarsal of a right foot is placed.
[0040] The thickness of the insole 200 is increased at the positions where the first metatarsal insertion part 112 and the second metatarsal insertion part 114 are formed as above. Therefore, when the foot of a user is placed on the insole 200, the thickness of the position of the insole 200, on which the big toe metatarsal is positioned, becomes similar to the thickness of the positions of the insole 200, on which the second and third metatarsals are positioned, such that the sole of the foot of the user can be stably supported during walking.
[0041] Herein, since the thickness of the insole 200 at the positions, on which the fourth metatarsal and the fifth metatarsal are placed, becomes rather thick, compared with the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, there may be a problem that the fourth metatarsal and the fifth metatarsal cannot be stably supported. However, the fourth metatarsal and the fifth metatarsal are not applied with the weight of a user when he walks. Therefore, even though the thickness of the insole 200 is not thick at the positions, on which the fourth metatarsal and the fifth metatarsal are placed, it does not have big influence on the stable walking.
[0042] Meanwhile, the areas and the depth of the first metatarsal insertion part 112 and the second metatarsal insertion part 114 may be variously set according to various conditions of the size of the shoe, the compression strength of the insole 200 and the like, and thus the detailed explanation thereof is omitted.
[0043] As described above, while the present invention has been particularly shown and described in detail with reference to the example embodiments thereof, it would be understood that the present invention is not limited to the forms described in the example embodiments and the technical and protective scope of the present invention shall be defined by the following claims. In addition, it should be also understood that all modifications, changes and equivalences within the technical scope of the present invention defined by the following claims belong to the technical scope of the present invention.
