PORTABLE CUP ATTACHED TO PRODUCT CONTAINER

Abstract

A portable cup attached to a product container in eludes a cup lid attached to the portable cup or the bottom of the portable cup, and the cup lid has a sealing device sealed and combined to the mouth of the portable cup. With the cup lid appropriately sealed and combined to the mouth of the portable cup, a product contained in the container has the easy packing, easy-to-carry and easy-to-use effects and the portable cup has the moistureproof, leakproof and quality assurance functions to the packed product. Such portable cup achieves the expected effects of environmental protection, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a portable cup attached to a product container, and more particularly to the portable cup with the features of simple installation and assembly and easy and convenient use, and the product contained in the container is easy-to-pack, easy-to-carry and easy-to-use, and the packed product has the moistureproof, leakproof and quality assurance functions, so as to achieve the expected effects of environmental protection, cost-effectiveness and waste reduction.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] In today's fast-paced and busy commercial and industry society, various different instant beverages and nutritional supplements have been gradually accepted and widely used extensively, and thus the consumption of instant beverages and nutritional supplements becomes increasingly greater. Since various instant beverages or nutritional supplements, regardless of its form in tablet, liquid or powder, are brewed with liquid before consumption, therefore most manufacturers attach a portable cup with measurement to a container for containing the beverage for the convenience of use. In FIG. 1, the container 1 for containing an instant beverage or nutritional supplement further includes a portable cup 2 provided for drinking, and the portable cup 2 may be installed or removed freely, so that a user can put beverage or nutritional supplements in a container 1 directly and brewed in the portable cup 2 to provide a convenient way of drinking.

Since container 1 for containing an instant beverage or a nutritional supplement generally has a relatively large volume which is not convenient to carry, and the portable cup 2 does not come with a cup lid, therefore, the mouth of the portable cup 2 may open anytime, and the portable cup 2 is inconvenient to pack or carry, so that when users wants to have the instant beverage or nutritional supplement at office or picnic, the portable cup 2 cannot be used conveniently. It is wasteful and non-economical to purchase a large number of packing cups or packing cans with a lid in order to have an easy-to-pack and easy-to-carry cup.

The large container 1 is inconvenient to carry, so that such container 1 is generally put at home or a fixed place, and users usually use a handy tea cup instead of the portable cup 2 for brewing beverages or dissolving nutritional supplements, and the portable cup 2 is set aside, thus not just causing a waste of resources only, but also causing an environmental protection issue and a secondary pollution.

[0006] Therefore, it is a primary objective of the present invention to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks of the prior art by providing a portable cup attached to a product container, so that the product in the container has the easy packing, easy-to-carry, and easy-to-use effects, and the packed product has the moistureproof, leakproof and quality assurance functions, so as to achieve the expected effects of environmental protection, cost-effectiveness and waste reduction.

With the cup lid appropriately sealed and combined to the mouth of the portable cup, a product contained in the container has the easy packing, easy-to-carry and easy-to-use effects and the portable cup has the moistureproof, leakproof and quality assurance functions to the packed product. Such portable cup achieves the expected effects of environmental protection, cost-effectiveness and waste reduction.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

At office or in picnic, the cup lid 2 combined to the bottom of portable cup 2 may be removed appropriately, and then sealed and combined to the mouth 21 of the portable cup 2, so that the instant beverage or nutritional supplement contained in the container 1 can be poured directly into the portable cup 2 for packing, and thus the portable cup 2 has the simple and easy packing, and easy-to-carry, and easy-to-use effects. In addition, the sealing device 31 of the cup lid 3 is sealed and combined with the mouth 21 of the portable cup 2 to provide the expected moistureproof, leakproof and quality assurance functions to the packed beverage or nutritional supplement. Since the cup lid 3 has the features of simple manufacture, small volume, and little consumption of raw material, therefore the cup lid 3 does not occupying much space to lower the manufacturing cost and comply with the environmental protection requirement. Particularly, the portable cup 2 of the present invention comes with the cup lid 3, the multifunctional instant beverage and packing cup achieves the expected effects of environmental protection, cost-effectiveness, and waste reduction.

1. A portable cup attached to a product container, comprising a cup lid attached to the portable cup of the product container, and the cup lid having a sealing device sealed and combined to a mouth of the portable cup.

2. The portable cup attached to a product container according to claim 1, wherein the sealing device of the cup lid is sealed and combined to an outer edge or an inner edge of the mouth of the portable cup.

3. The portable cup attached to a product container according to claim 1, wherein the cup lid comes with a correspondingly sealed sealing device designed according to the shape, material or structure of the mouth of the portable cup.

The portable cup attached to a product container according to claim 1, wherein the sealing device has an adhesion portion disposed at the periphery of the cup lid and sealed with the mouth of the portable cup, and the adhesion portion is a flange, a plane, a tapered surface, a thread, or a slot.

A portable cup attached to a product container, comprising a cup lid attached to the bottom of the portable cup of the product container, and the cup lid includes a sealing device and a fastening device, and the sealing device is sealed and combined to the mouth of the portable cup, and the fastening device is freely installed to or removed from the bottom of the portable cup.

6. The portable cup attached to a product container according to claim 5, wherein the sealing device of the cup lid is sealed and combined to an outer edge or an inner edge of the mouth of the portable cup.

7. The portable cup attached to a product container according to claim 5, wherein the cup lid comes with a correspondingly sealed sealing device designed according to the shape, material or structure of the mouth of the portable cup.

The portable cup attached to a product container according to claim 5, wherein the sealing device has an adhesion portion disposed at the periphery of the cup lid and sealed with the mouth of the portable cup, and the adhesion portion is a flange, a plane, a tapered surface, a thread, or a slot.

9. The portable cup attached to a product container according to claim 5, wherein the cup lid includes a correspondingly fastened and combined fastening device designed according to the shape, material, or structure of the bottom of the portable cup.

10. The portable cup attached to a product container according to claim 5, wherein the fastening device has a fastening portion disposed at the bottom of the portable cup latched with the cup lid, and the fastening portion is a flange, a plane, a tapered surface, a thread, or a slot.
