Description:
BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE
Field of the Disclosure
[0001] The disclosure relates to carrying devices and more particularly pertains to a new carrying device for carrying and displaying an electronic device.
SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0002] An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a first panel that may have an electronic device placed thereon. A second panel is movably coupled to the first panel. The second panel is positionable so the electronic device is retained between the first and second panels. A stand is movably coupled to the first panel. The first and second panels are positionable on a support surface. The stand retains the first panel in a position so the electronic device is displayed for a user. A belt is coupled to the second panel. The belt may be positioned around the user. the electronic device is carried by the user.
[0003] There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
[0004] The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0005] The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
[0006] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a electronic device carrying assembly according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0007] FIG. 2 is a top view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0008] FIG. 3 is a bottom view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0009] FIG. 4 is a right side view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0010] FIG. 5 is an in-use view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0011] With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new carrying device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.
[0012] As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 5, the electronic device carrying assembly 10 generally comprises a first panel 12. The first panel 12 has an exterior edge 14 extending between each of a top side 16 and a bottom side 18 of the first panel 12. An electronic device 19 is positionable on the top side of the first panel. A plurality of straps 20 is coupled to the exterior edge 14 of the panel 12. The plurality of straps 20 each extends between opposite sides of an associated one of four corners 22 of the first panel 12. The plurality of straps 20 each abuts the top side 16 of the first panel 12.
[0013] The plurality of straps 20 may each be comprised of a resiliently stretchable material. Each of the plurality of straps 20 is placed over the electronic device 19. The plurality of straps 20 may retain the electronic device 19 on the top side 16 of the first panel 12. The electronic device 19 may be an electronic tablet, computer tablet, electronic notebook, or other similar electronic device 19.
[0014] A second panel 24 is provided. The second panel 24 has an extraneous edge 26 extending between an upper side 28 and a lower side 30 of the second panel 24. A back side 32 of the extraneous edge 26 of the second panel 24 is hingedly coupled to a front side 34 of the exterior edge 14 of the first panel 12. The second panel 24 is positionable in a closed position so the upper side 28 of the second panel 24 abuts the top side 16 of the first panel 12. The second panel 24 is positionable in an open position so the upper side 28 of the second panel 24 and the top side 16 of the first panel 12 are exposed.
[0015] A stand 36 is hingedly coupled to the bottom side 18 of the first panel 12. Additionally, the stand 36 is positioned proximate the front side 34 of the exterior edge 14 of the first panel. The assembly 10 is positionable in a displaying position. The lower side 30 of the second panel 24 abuts a support surface 38 and the first panel 12 extends upwardly from the support surface 38. Moreover, the stand 36 is extendable away from the first panel 12 to abut the support surface 38. The first panel 12 is retained in an upright position so the electronic device 19 is displayed for a user 40.
[0016] A belt 42 is coupled to the upper side 28 of the second panel 24. The belt 42 extends laterally away from each of a first lateral side 44 and a second lateral side 46 of the extraneous edge 26 of the second panel 24. The belt 42 may be positioned around the user 40. Moreover, the electronic device 19 is carried by the user 40. A clasp 48 is coupled to a first end 50 of the belt 42. The clasp 48 engages a second end 52 of the belt 42 so the belt 42 is retained around the user 40.
[0017] In use, the belt 42 is worn around the user 40 when the user 40 wishes to transport the electronic device 19. The assembly 10 is positioned in the displaying position when the user 40 wishes to utilize the electronic device 19. The electronic device 19 is removable from the assembly 10 at any time.
[0018] With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
[0019] Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure.
