Abstract:
The present invention discloses an elastic side bearing assembly system
for railway vehicles, including a side bearing body, a side bearing seat,
a first ball hinge assembly, a connecting rod and a second ball hinge
assembly, side bearing body connected to side bearing seat via first ball
hinge assembly, connecting rod and second ball hinge assembly, first ball
hinge assembly provided below one end of side bearing body, second ball
hinge assembly provided above side bearing seat at different end with
respect to first ball hinge assembly, first ball hinge assembly connected
to second ball hinge assembly via connecting rod; side bearing springs
provided between side bearing body and side bearing seat, stoppers
provided above side bearing seat, and side bearing springs connected to
side bearing body and side bearing seat respectively by extending through
stoppers; a side bearing wear plate provided above side bearing body.Claims:
1. An elastic side bearing assembly system for a railway vehicle,
comprising a side bearing body (3) and a side bearing seat (1),
characterized in that, the system further comprises: a first ball hinge
assembly (2), a connecting rod (7) and a second ball hinge assembly (8),
the side bearing body (3) is connected to the side bearing seat (1) via
the first ball hinge assembly (2), the connecting rod (7) and the second
ball hinge assembly (8), wherein the first ball hinge assembly (2) is
provided below one end of the side bearing body (3), the second ball
hinge assembly (8) is provided above the side bearing seat (1) at a
different end with respect to the first ball hinge assembly (2), the
first ball hinge assembly (2) is connected to the second ball hinge
assembly (8) via the connecting rod (7); side bearing springs (5) are
provided between the side bearing body (3) and the side bearing seat (1),
stoppers (6) are provided above the side bearing seat (1), and the side
bearing springs (5) are connected to the side bearing body (3) and the
side bearing seat (1) respectively by extending through the stoppers (6);
a side bearing wear plate (4) is provided above the side bearing body
(3).
2. The elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles according to claim 1, characterized in that, the side bearing springs (5) are steel springs or rubber springs.
3. The elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles according to claim 2, characterized in that, the number of the steel springs is two or four.
4. The elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles according to claim 2, characterized in that, the number of the rubber springs is two.
5. The elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles according to claim 1, characterized in that, the side bearing wear plate (4) is made of a wear-resistant steel plate or an organic polymeric material.

The elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles according to claim 1, characterized in that, the first ball hinge assembly (2) is connected to the side bearing body (3) by welding or bolting, and the second ball hinge assembly (8) is connected to the side bearing seat (1) by welding or bolting.
7. The elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles according to claim 1, characterized in that, the first ball hinge assembly (2) and the second ball hinge assembly (8) are connected to the connecting rod (7) by threaded fitting or bolt holes.
8. The elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles according to claim 1, characterized in that, the stoppers (6) are connected to the side bearing seat (1) by welding or bolting.

FIELD OF THE TECHNOLOGY
[0002] The present invention relates to an elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles, and belongs to the technical field of a locomotive vehicle.
BACKGROUND
[0003] The elastic side bearing assembly system is widely used in bogies for railway vehicles. There is a longitudinal gap between a side bearing body and a side bearing seat in a conventional elastic side bearing assembly system, during operation, the side bearing body and the side bearing seat rub against and collide with one another constantly, so that the side bearing body and the side bearing seat are easily damaged and need to replace the wear plate frequently, which is wasteful and increases maintenance work.
SUMMARY
[0004] In view of the deficiencies in the prior art, the present invention provides an elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles, capable of providing good longitudinal positioning between a side bearing body and a side bearing seat and achieving wear-free.
[0005] In order to solve the aforementioned technical problem, the present invention provides an elastic side bearing assembly system for railway vehicles, including a side bearing body and a side bearing seat, further including a first ball hinge assembly, a connecting rod and a second ball hinge assembly, the side bearing body is connected to the side bearing seat via the first ball hinge assembly, the connecting rod and the second ball hinge assembly, the first ball hinge assembly is provided below one end of the side bearing body, the second ball hinge assembly is provided above the side bearing seat at a different end with respect to the first ball hinge assembly, the first ball hinge assembly is connected to the second ball hinge assembly via the connecting rod; side bearing springs are provided between the side bearing body and the side bearing seat, stoppers are provided above the side bearing seat, and the side bearing springs are connected to the side bearing body and the side bearing seat respectively by extending through the stoppers; a side bearing wear plate is provided above the side bearing body.

[0012] Compared to the prior art, the present invention has the beneficial effects as follows: the side bearing body is connected to the side bearing seat via two ball hinge assembles and the connecting rod, which guarantees that there is no longitudinal gap between the side bearing body and the side bearing seat during operation of the vehicle, achieves stable performance, wear-free, high reliability, long travel stroke, increases pre-compression of the elastic side bearing, and thereby improves working stability of the elastic side bearing and has advantages of a simple and compact structure and convenient installation.

[0019] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0021] The system in the present invention includes a side bearing body 3, a side bearing seat 1, a first ball hinge assembly 2, a connecting rod 7 and a second ball hinge assembly 8. The side bearing body 3 is connected to the side bearing seat 1 via the first ball hinge assembly 2, the connecting rod 7 and the second ball hinge assembly 8, so that there is no longitudinal gap between the side bearing body 3 and the side bearing seat 1, thereby good longitudinal positioning can be achieved.
