FIG. 2 illustrates an exploded perspective view of a mineral water bottle having a tea bag receipt part according to an exemplary embodiment. FIG. 3 illustrates a sectional view of a mineral water bottle having a tea bag receipt part according to an exemplary embodiment.

[0015] According to a preferred embodiment, the present invention characterized by a mineral water bottle of which an inner cap is screw-coupled to an upper part opening, wherein, in an upper part of the inner cap, an elevation cap which opens a side of the opening to flow out inside water according to elevation of water is provided, wherein the mineral water bottle includes a tea bag receipt part and an upper part of the tea bag receipt part is fixed to an inner circumference of the inner cap so that the tea bag receipt part is able to be located inside the bottle through the opening, and a plurality of filter members through which mineral water can flow are provided outside, and a tea leaves member is provided inside, the tea leaves member being infused by mineral water flowed through the filter member.

[0016] Hereinbelow, the components of a mineral water bottle (1) having a tea bag receipt part and a method of using thereof will be described in further details with reference to FIGS. 1-3, according to a preferred embodiment.

[0017] The mineral water bottle described in a preferred embodiment, the mineral water bottle is a one-touch type bottle in which an inner cap (20) is screw-coupled to an upper part opening, and an elevation cap (60) which opens a side of the opening to flow outside water according to elevation of water is provided.

[0018] The aforementioned mineral water bottle has the tea bag receipt part (10), and the tea bag receipt part (10) includes the tea leaves member (40) inside the bottle so that contents of tea leaves can be infused, and thus, a user may easily make and beverages such as green tea and coffee.

[0019] In case of the aforementioned tea bag receipt part (10), an upper part of the tea bag receipt part is fixed to an inner circumference of the inner cap (20) so that the tea bag receipt part is able to be located inside the bottle through the opening, and a plurality of filter members (30) through which mineral water can flow are provided outside, and a tea leaves member (40) is provided inside which may be infused by mineral water flowed through the filter member (30).

[0020] At an edge of an upper part of the tea bag receipt part (10), a coupling projection (11) is coupled to a coupling groove (11) formed in an inner circumference of the inner cap (20), and in the coupling projection (11), a penetration hole (12) is formed so that mineral water is able to flow through the hole. Therefore, mineral water where contents of the tea leaves member (40) are infused can be taken out through the penetration hole (12), the inner cap (20), and the elevation cap (60).

[0021] Further, the aforementioned filter member (30) plays a role as a filter so that mineral water in the bottle may flow inside or outside the tea bag receipt part (10), and the tea leaves member (40) may not be out from the tea bag receipt part (10) toward the bottle. When the tea leaves member (40) is used, the filter member is not needed to have a dense structure, but when powder is used, the filter member needs to have a more dense structure so as to prevent powder from leaking toward outside.

[0022] The aforementioned tea leaves member (40) plays a function that the contents of the member are infused by mineral water inside the water bottle, and thus, a user may drink other beverages other than water as well. The tea leaves member (40) includes one of the various tea leaves according to the related art, for example, green tea, black tea, lemon tea, chrysanthemum tea, corn silk tea, and the like.

[0023] In this case, in the preferred exemplary embodiment, it is described that tea leaves are used, but tea bags containing various tea leaves, tea powder, coffee powder, cold medicine in a foaming tablet, or vitamin may be used as well.

[0024] In addition, the lower part of the tea bag receipt part (10) is closed by the stopper (50) or a synthetic resin film. Here, the stopper (50) is detachably screw-coupled to a lower part of the tea bag receipt part (10), and the synthetic resin is ultrasonically attached to a lower part of the tea bag receipt part (10). In this case, it is desirable that the aforementioned stopper (50) is used for a replaceable and recyclable tea bag type tea leaves (40), and it is desirable that a synthetic resin film is used for powder type tea leaves member (40) which is not reusable.

[0025] As for the mineral water bottle (1) having the tea bag receipt part which is provided inside the one-touch type water bottle which is openable by a one-touch, contents of the tea leaves member are infused in water in the bottle, and a user can easily make and drink beverages such as green tea or coffee. In addition, the receipt part is usable for only once, or a tea bag thereof can be replaced for several times, and thus, the present invention is economically beneficial.

[0026] The foregoing embodiments and advantages are merely exemplary and are not to be construed as limiting. The present teaching may be readily applied to other types of apparatuses. Also, the description of the exemplary embodiments of the present inventive concept is intended to be illustrative, and not to limit the range of the claims, and many alternatives, modifications, and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
