BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0003] 1. Field of the Invention
[0004] The present disclosure relates to wearable materials and items, in particular trousers, intended to shape female body's silhouette.
[0005] 2. Background of the Invention
[0006] Many overweight people have difficulty finding form fitting trousers, such as jeans, that flatter their body shape and help define user's silhouette. Some of the problems with jeans are that they do not support or hold in wearer's body and smooth out certain areas that need added support. Several overweight females indicate the problematic areas are the stomach, hips, butt, and thighs. As a result, some jeans can actually emphasize flawed areas of the body rather than flattering the natural curves and shape of the wearer.
[0007] Therefore there is a need for a trouser intended to shape female body's silhouette and simultaneously support several middle body areas, such as, stomach, hips, butt, and thighs in a smooth way.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] An object of the present invention is to provide trousers, such as jeans, effective and actively shaping the body's silhouette by suppressing the fat from the waist-side to the back, and also suppressing the bulging of the belly and enabling the improvement of the wearing comfortability, fitness, fashionability and compressed fabric to highlight the shapes of some female body.
[0009] A further object is to provide a jean with integrated molding which comprise a limited number of components that are easy and quick to produce and can be manufactured industrially with fabrics of conventional type.
[0010] A further object is to provide a trouser with integrated molding adaptable to the different forms of the abdomen, back, buttocks and thigh of the wearer of the trouser.
[0011] The disclosure itself, both as to its configuration and its mode of operation will be best understood, and additional objects and advantages thereof will become apparent, by the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawing.
[0012] The Applicant hereby asserts, that the disclosure of the present application may include more than one invention, and, in the event that there is more than one invention, that these inventions may be patentable and non-obvious one with respect to the other.
[0013] Further, the purpose of the accompanying abstract is to enable the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and the public generally, and especially the scientists, engineers, and practitioners in the art who are not familiar with patent or legal terms or phraseology, to determine quickly from a cursory inspection the nature and essence of the technical disclosure of the application. The abstract is neither intended to define the invention of the application, which is measured by the claims, nor is it intended to be limiting as to the scope of the invention in any way.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0014] The accompanying drawings which are incorporated herein constitute part of the specifications and illustrate the preferred embodiment of the invention.
[0015] FIG. 1 is a side view of the first exemplary jean with integrated molding in accordance with the principles of the present disclosure.
[0016] FIG. 2 is a front view of the first exemplary jean with integrated molding in accordance with the principles of the present disclosure.
[0017] FIG. 3 is a back view of the first exemplary jean with integrated molding in accordance with the principles of the present disclosure.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
[0018] The present disclosure provides an exemplary embodiment in accordance with the principles of the present disclosure comprising a trouser, such as jean, intended to shape female body's silhouette and simultaneously support several middle body areas, such as, stomach, hips, butt, and thighs in a smooth way. The trouser comprises at least two main fabric or textile layers, wherein the first layer is an inner fabric layer 20 and an outer fabric layer 2.
[0019] FIG. 1 is directed to the first exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. The present disclosure in accordance with the principles of the invention comprises a form-fitting jean 1 that flatter female body shape and assists to define user's silhouette, wherein said form-fitting jean 1 comprises an inner fabric layer 20, an outer fabric layer 2, wherein said outer fabric layer 2 comprises a front part 2, a back part 12, expandable section 11, a fastener 5, slider 6, sewing gluteus definer 3 and a sewing waist definer 30.
[0020] The inner fabric layer 20 is made of elastic wrinkle-free material configured to cover the upper body of the user 10. The inner fabric layer 20 extends from approximately the pectoral area toward the hips covering the butt area until reaching/covering the crotch area, as shown in FIG. 2. The inner fabric layer 20 is surrounded by the outer fabric layer 2 and attached to the outer fabric layer 2. The back part 12 of the inner fabric layer 20 comprises an open space wherein the expandable section 11 is located. Further at least a fastener 5 is provided on one of the sides or at the intersection of the back part 12 and front part 2 in such way that assists to attach a portion of the front part 2 with the back part 12 which is meant to be separated for easy access to the user 10. The front part 21 is made of a material wrinkle-free and elastic. The front part 21 compresses the abdomen area containing the excess of body fat while providing a firm look. The present exemplary disclosure provides an inner fabric layer 20 and the external fabric layer 2 join at the stitching of the fastener 5, such as a zipper. Attaching or joining the inner fabric layer 20 and the external fabric layer 2 at the fastener 5 end assists to avoid the outer fabric to interact with the inner fabric while the elastic material smooth the surface of female's silhouette. Having the two layer assists to provide a more natural look because the compressing action is manifested by the inner layer while the outer layer 2 cover and creates a visual distraction from the technicalities of the inner layer 20.
[0021] The back view of the first exemplary jean 1 is disclosed in FIG. 3. The back part 12, extends from the upper back of the user toward the waist reaching a sewing waist definer 30 located at the user waist. The sewing waist definer 30 is configured to adjust the jean to a particular waist by providing a non-easy deformation (i.e sewing waist definer do not stretch). The sewing waist definer 30 works in combination with the sewing gluteus definer 3, wherein said sewing gluteus definer 3 creates gluteal definition in the customer's appearance. Similar to the sewing waist definer 30, the sewing gluteus definer 3 is not intended to stretch; in fact the main purpose is to define the gluteal area. Ones the fastener 5 attaches the front part 2 with the back part 12 pressure is exert at the waist of the user and a symmetrical shape is acquired.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 3, the back part 12 of the inner fabric layer 20 comprises an open space wherein the expandable section 11 is located. The expandable material is intended to stretch while providing support to the fat located at the back of the user. The expandable section 11 is made of a wrinkle-free material configured to cover the open space. The dimension and stretching properties may vary depending on the material, however as show in FIG. 3 the expansion 111 is intended to be preferably horizontal. The fabric at the expandable section 11 creates a release area from all the sculpted areas in such way that the jean molds itself to different body types without completely disintegrating the visual design of the form-fitting jean 1.
[0023] Further the inner fabric layer 20 comprises a gluteal area 4 with notches 41 at particular body areas in order to compress the female body, more particularly the gluteus, while providing some freedom for particular areas wherein more fat is accumulated. In the exemplary embodiment the notches 41 are locates at the waist and under the waist sewing definer 30 a lateral part of the gluteus allowing the form-fitting jean 1 to adjust to different body types, gluteus forms, positioning and to make a better fit for the user.
[0024] While the disclosure has been described as having a preferred design, modifications, variations and other uses and applications of the subject invention will, however, become apparent to those skilled in the art without materially departing from the novel teachings and advantages of this invention after considering this specification together with the accompanying drawings. Accordingly, all such changes, modifications, variations and other uses and applications which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention are deemed to be covered by this invention as defined in the following claims and their legal equivalents. In the claims, means-plus-function clauses, if any, are intended to cover the structures described herein as performing the recited function and not only structural equivalents but also equivalent structures.
[0025] All of the patents, patent applications, and publications recited herein, and in the Declaration attached hereto, if any, are hereby incorporated by reference as if set forth in their entirety herein.
