Abstract:

A heat pipe structure having a capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting includes a pipe body and a capillary tissue installed in the pipe body; the capillary tissue includes a strip-like primary capillary part and a positioning capillary part, the primary capillary part is abutted against a lateral wall formed in the pipe body, and the positioning capillary part is formed with a connecting segment, and an abutting segment and a distal segment in sequence extended from the connecting segment. The connecting segment allows the positioning capillary part to be connected to one end of the primary capillary part thereby enabling the positioning capillary part to be extended from a lateral wall to another lateral wall of the pipe body, and the abutting segment is extended along the length direction of the pipe body thereby allowing the distal segment to be formed.

Claims:

1. A heat pipe structure having a capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting, including: a pipe body, formed with a vapor flow channel which is hollow and extended along the length direction thereof; and a capillary tissue, installed in the pipe body, and including a strip-like primary capillary part and a positioning capillary part connected to one end of the primary capillary part, wherein the primary capillary part is allowed to pass the vapor flow channel and abutted against a lateral wall formed in the pipe body, and the positioning capillary part is formed with an arc-like connecting segment and an abutting segment and a distal segment in sequence extended from the connecting segment; wherein, the connecting segment allows the positioning capillary part to be connected to one end of the primary capillary part thereby enabling the positioning capillary part to be extended from a lateral wall to another lateral wall of the pipe body so the abutting segment is enabled to be abutted against the another lateral wall, and the abutting segment is extended along the length direction of the pipe body thereby allowing the distal segment to be formed.

2. The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 1, wherein a cross section of the pipe body is formed in a round or flat status.

3. The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 1, wherein the thickness of the pipe body is smaller than 0.6 mm.

4. The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 1, wherein the capillary tissue is formed as a strip-like member through sintering powders, weaving fibers or metal wires or reeling a metal net.

5. The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 1, wherein two sides of the distal segment are both formed with a space allowing the vapor flow channel to be kept.

6. The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 1, wherein the length of the distal segment is extended towards the vapor flow channel.

7. The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 1, wherein the pipe body is formed with a pipe member and two end parts respectively at two ends of the pipe body and sealing the vapor flow channel.

8. The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 7, wherein the positioning capillary part is disposed at one of the end parts of the pipe body.

9. The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 8, wherein the end part of the pipe body is formed with as an inner conical surface, and the connecting segment is abutted against the inner conical surface of the end part.

The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 7, wherein the capillary tissue is further formed with another positioning capillary part at another end of the primary capillary part so as to be disposed at the other end part of the pipe body.

11. The heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting according to claim 10, wherein the another positioning capillary part is formed with an arc-like connecting segment and an abutting segment and a distal segment in sequence extended from the connecting segment.

Description:

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] 1. Field of the Invention

[0002] The present invention relates to a capillary tissue, especially to a heat pipe structure having a capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting.

[0003] 2. Description of Related Art

[0004] A conventional capillary tissue installed in a heat pipe is mostly formed through weaving fibers or metal wires or reeling a metal net, and after the weaving or reeling process is finished, a bending status oriented towards no specified direction is formed because of the residual stress provided by the material itself; when the above-mentioned capillary tissue is disposed in a pipe body of a heat pipe, a problem of difficult in disposing may be caused, or other problems such as not being able to be precisely positioned and formed in a desired status may also be caused.

[0005] Take a strip-like capillary tissue (such as a capillary tissue having coaxially-arranged fibers) for example, the strip-like shape makes the capillary tissue hard to be kept in a linear status when being disposed in a heat pipe; the disposed capillary tissue can be sintered in the pipe body for being fastened with a sintering means, but if the capillary tissue is disposed in the pipe body before being sintered and there is no specified mold which can be used for shaping, or the residual stress provided by the material itself may cause deformation thereby losing the preset linear status, so the shape thereof formed through being sintered and positioned may not meet the anticipation; the capillary tissue can also be disposed through a means of being abutted against a lateral wall formed inside the pipe body, a problem of the pipe body recessing may be happened during a gas discharging operation, thus the original design of capillary tissue could not be kept, and the evaporation or condense surface could become smaller, the thermal resistance may be larger, and the heat transferring effect may not be as expected.

[0006] Accordingly, the applicant of the present invention has devoted himself for researching and inventing a novel structure for improving the above-mentioned shortages.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0007] The present invention is to provide a heat pipe structure having a capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting, in which a hook-like capillary tissue is disposed in a heat pipe for positioning and supporting, so the capillary tissue is enabled to be effectively positioned in the heat pipe and capable of being served as a supporting structure thereby preventing a pipe body of the heat pipe from recessing.

[0008] Accordingly, the present invention provides a heat pipe structure having a capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting, which includes a pipe body and a capillary tissue installed in the pipe body, the interior of the pipe body is formed with a vapor flow channel which is hollow and extended along the length direction thereof, the capillary tissue includes a strip-like primary capillary part and a positioning capillary part connected to one end of the primary capillary part, the primary capillary part is allowed to pass the vapor flow channel and abutted against a lateral wall formed in the pipe body, and the positioning capillary part is formed with an arc-like connecting segment and an abutting segment and a distal segment in sequence extended from the connecting segment; wherein, the connecting segment allows the positioning capillary part to be connected to one end of the primary capillary part thereby enabling the positioning capillary part to be extended from a lateral wall to another lateral wall of the pipe body so the abutting segment is enabled to be abutted against the another lateral wall, and the abutting segment is extended along the length direction of the pipe body thereby allowing the distal segment to be formed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0013] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0014] Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, wherein FIG. 1 is a perspective exploded view according to a first embodiment of the present invention; and FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the assembly according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The present invention provides a heat pipe structure having a capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting, which includes a pipe body 1 and a capillary tissue 2 installed in the pipe body 1.

[0015] The pipe body 1 is formed as an elongated hollow tubular body, a cross section thereof is formed in a round or flat status, according to this embodiment provided by the present invention, the flat status formed through being processed with a flattening treatment is adopted for illustration thereby being able to be installed in a ultra-thin heat pipe (having a thickness smaller than 0.6 mm). As shown in FIG. 1, before the pipe body 1 is sealed, the pipe body 1 is formed with a pipe member 10 and an end part 11 sealing one end of the pipe member 10, and the interior of the pipe member 10 is formed with a vapor flow channel 100 (as shown in FIG. 3) which is hollow and extended along the length direction of the pipe body 1 and communicated with the other end of the pipe member 10 which is formed in an opened status, thereby allowing the capillary tissue 2 to be disposed in the vapor flow channel 100; when the capillary tissue 2 is disposed in the pipe body 1 and the air inside the pipe body 1 is discharged, the other end of the pipe member 10 is sealed thereby forming another end part 11', and a sealing structure 12 is formed at the end part 11'.

[0016] The capillary tissue 2 is formed as a strip-like member through sintering powders, weaving fibers or metal wires or reeling a metal net, and the capillary tissue 2 is disposed in the above-mentioned pipe body 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the capillary tissue 2 includes a primary capillary part 20 formed in a strip-like status and a positioning capillary part 21 connected to one end of the primary capillary part 20; the primary capillary part 20 is allowed to pass the vapor flow channel 100 and abutted against a lateral wall 101 formed in the pipe body 1, and the positioning capillary part 21 is disposed at the end part 11 of the pipe body 1 and formed with an arc-like connecting segment 210, and an abutting segment 211 and a distal segment 212 in sequence extended from the connecting segment 210, the connecting segment 210 allows the positioning capillary part 21 to be connected to one end of the primary capillary part 20 so as to be extended, thereby enabling the positioning capillary part 21 to be extended from the lateral wall 101 to another lateral wall 101' of the pipe body 1, the abutting segment 211 is abutted against the another lateral wall 101', and the abutting segment 211 is bent along the length direction of the pipe body 1 thereby allowing the distal segment 212 to be extended, so the distal segment 212 is able to be extended to a proper length towards the vapor flow channel 100, and two sides of the distal segment 212 are both formed with a space allowing the vapor flow channel 100 to be kept; according to this embodiment, the end part 11 of the pipe body 1 is formed with as an inner conical surface 110, so the arc-like connecting segment 210 of the positioning capillary part 21 is able to be abutted against the inner conical surface 110 of the end part 11 for providing an enhanced positioning effect.

[0017] Accordingly, with the above-mentioned structure, the heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting is assembled.

[0018] Please refer to FIG. 3, because the capillary tissue 2 includes the above-mentioned positioning capillary part 21 capable of being abutted against the two lateral walls 101, 101' of the pipe body 1, the capillary tissue 2 is enabled to be positioned and also to provide a supporting effect in the pipe body 1, meanwhile the extended distal segment 212 is able to prolong the transferring path of the capillary tissue 2 and also able to enlarge the area for supporting the end part 11 of the pipe body 1 or even able to be extended along the length direction of the pipe body 1, thereby providing a supporting effect to the full length of the pipe body 1.

[0019] Please refer to FIG. 4, which discloses a second embodiment of the present invention; the other end of the primary capillary part 20 of the capillary tissue 2 can also be formed with another positioning capillary part 21', the another positioning capillary part 21' is also formed with an arc-like connecting segment 210', and an abutting segment 211' and a distal segment 212' in sequence extended from the connecting segment 210', thereby being able to provide a supporting effect to the another end part 11' of the pipe body 1.

[0020] According to the heat pipe structure having the capillary tissue formed with end part for supporting provided by the present invention, after the capillary tissue 2 is disposed in the pipe body 1, the positioning capillary part 21 is enabled to apply a force to the two lateral walls 101, 101' formed in the pipe body 1 for being abutted against the two lateral walls 101, 101', thereby being able to provide a positioning and supporting effect, and the capillary tissue 2 formed with a desired shape can be sintered or fastened in the pipe body 1, thereby preventing problems such as being bent or the desired shape being deformed after being disposed in the pipe body 1. When being applied in an ultra-thin heat pipe, because the internal space of the heat pipe has already been thinned, other positioning member or positioning mold is hard to be disposed therein for assist the capillary tissue 2 to be positioned, so the capillary tissue 2 is required to be provided with a self positioning and supporting function after being disposed in the pipe body 1 thereby being able to be applied in the ultra-thin heat pipe. In addition, the above-mentioned distal segments 212, 212' are not abutted against the lateral walls 101, 101' of the pipe body 1, so the distal segments 212, 212' can be served as a supporting structure in the pipe body 1, and the vapor flow channel 100 passes two sides of the distal segments 212, 212' thereby effectively enlarging the evaporation or condense surface, allowing the thermal resistance to be smaller and having a better heat transferring effect.

[0021] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the foregoing preferred embodiment, it will be understood that the invention is not limited to the details thereof. Various equivalent variations and modifications can still occur to those skilled in this art in view of the teachings of the present invention. Thus, all such variations and equivalent modifications are also embraced within the scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
