[0003] 2. Description of the Prior Art
[0004] A conventional foldable storage device is made of flexible cloth material and has a rectangular body. The rectangular body contains four first horizontal rods mounted on four peripheral sides of an upper end thereof and two second horizontal rods disposed on two opposite sides of a bottom end thereof, wherein the rectangular body also has four support posts erected on two vertical sides thereof, and between two end portions of two adjacent first horizontal rods, two end portions of the two second horizontal rods, and among each post, each first horizontal rod and each second horizontal post is defined a distance. Between two vertical walls of the rectangular body are formed two crossed folding lines, such that the rectangular body is supported by the four first horizontal rods, the two second horizontal rods, and the four support posts and is foldable to be stored.
[0005] However, such a conventional foldable storage device is complicated and is produced at high cost.
[0006] The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] The primary object of the present invention is to provide a foldable storage device which is stored quickly, has simplified structure, and is assembled easily.
[0008] Another object of the present invention is to provide a foldable storage device which are ultrasonic seamless connected so as to reduce production cost, to reinforce structure, and to obtain aesthetics appearance.
[0009] To obtain the above objectives, a foldable storage device contains: a body and two support racks.
[0010] The body is made of flexible cloth fibers, ultrasonic seamless connected, and includes a bottom end and plural side walls, and among the bottom end and the plural side walls of body is defined an accommodating space, wherein a peripheral side of an upper end of the body connects with a frame, and the body has a rigid plate disposed on the bottom end thereof, the rigid plate has a flange arranged around two opposite sides thereof.
[0011] The two support racks are mounted on two opposite walls of the accommodating space of the body and couple with at least one connecting sleeve and the frame. Each connecting sleeve is one piece made of plastic material and has an upper tube and a lower tube, the upper tube has a cutout defined on a top surface thereof so as to insert the frame, and two ends of each support rack are inserted into two lower tubes.
[0012] In addition, a length of each support rack is greater than or equal to a depth of the accommodating space of the body, and each support rack is rotated inwardly to face to one side wall of the body or is rotated outwardly to engage with the flange.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0023] The present invention will be clearer from the following description when viewed together with the accompanying drawings, which show, for purpose of illustrations only, the preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.
[0024] With reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, a foldable storage device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises:
[0025] a body 1 made of flexible cloth fibers, ultrasonic seamless connected, and including a bottom end and plural side walls, and among the bottom end and the plural side walls of body 1 is defined an accommodating space 11, wherein a peripheral side of an upper end of the body 1 connects with a frame 2, and the body 1 has a rigid plate 3 disposed on the bottom end thereof, the rigid plate 3 having a flange 31 arranged around two opposite sides thereof;
[0026] a frame 2 formed by a plurality of rods in the accommodating space 11 of the body 1;
[0027] two support racks 4, each being formed in a U shape, and the two support racks 4 being mounted on two opposite walls of the accommodating space 11 of the body 1 and coupling with at least one connecting sleeve 5 and the frame 2. Referring to FIGS. 3-6, each connecting sleeve 5 is one piece made of plastic material and has an upper tube 51 and a lower tube 52; wherein the upper tube 51 has a cutout 511 defined on a top surface thereof so as to insert the frame 2, and two ends of each support rack 4 are inserted into two lower tubes 52, a length of each support rack 4 is greater than or equal to a depth of the accommodating space 11 of the body 1, and each support rack 4 is rotated inwardly to face to one side wall of the body 1 or is rotated outwardly to engage with the flange 31.
[0028] As shown in FIGS. 7-9, in assembly, the frame 2 is retained in the upper tube 51 of each connecting sleeve 5 from the cutout 511, and the two ends of each support rack 4 are inserted the two lower tubes 52, each support rack 4 is rotated along the two lower tubes 52 so as to be perpendicular to the frame 2 and to engage with the flange 31 of the rigid plate 3, such that each support rack 4 is fixed between the flange 31 and two opposite side walls of the body 1 to support the body 1, thereby assembling the foldable storage device quickly. On the contrary, each support rack 4 is rotated inwardly to be parallel to the frame 2 and to disengage from the flange 3, thereafter the body 1 is pressed downwardly so as to fold the plural side walls of the body 1, thus storing the body 1 in a small size easily. As illustrated in FIG. 10, the at least one connecting sleeve 5 and the flange 31 are applicable for a large size of body 1.
[0029] Each connecting portions and folding portion are ultrasonic seamless connected so as to reduce production cost, to reinforce the foldable storage device, and to obtain aesthetics appearance.
[0030] While we have shown and described various embodiments in accordance with the present invention, it is clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
