[0028] With reference to FIG. 1 for a flow chart of a method of manufacturing a wear-resistant weaving fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, in step S1, the wear resistance of a plurality of first warps, a plurality of second warps and a plurality of wefts is enhanced by a reinforcing procedure. The reinforcing procedure comprises a twist yarn procedure or a sizing procedure. In step S2, a plurality of first warps and a plurality of second warps are supplied by the two warp beams, and different materials or diversified sizes or lengths may be comprised by the plurality of first warps and the plurality of second warps. Two beams embedded in a jacquard may be comprised by the two warp beams. In step S3, a plurality of wefts are supplied by a plurality of weft supplied mechanisms. The plurality of weft supplied mechanisms may be installed in a jacquard. In step S4, a plurality of first warps, a plurality of second warps, and a plurality of wefts are interlaced to produce a wear-resistant weaving fabric with thickness diversity and characterized figure according to a composition organization. Preferably, the user can interweave the plurality of first warps, the plurality of second of warps, and the plurality of wefts to demonstrate the difference in the outline, so as to highlight the characterized figure.
[0029] With reference to FIG. 2 for a schematic view of a method of manufacturing a wear-resistant weaving fabric according to another embodiment of the present invention. As FIG. 2 shows, the jacquard mainly comprises a first warp beam 11, a second warp beam 12, a fabric roll-up spindle 10, a plurality of weft supplied mechanisms 20, a jacquard mechanism 30 and a control module 40. The first warp beam 11 and the second warp beam 12 are responsible for supplying and delivering numerous warps. The material, color and the thread diameter of the warps delivered by the first warp beam 11 can be different from that delivered by the second warp beam 12, and the plurality of weft supplied mechanisms 20 may individually supply and delivery the weft of different materials, colors and thread diameter to a shuttle. Because the plurality of wefts are composed of different materials, colors and thread diameter, the manufacturing method may further comprise individually dyeing the warp and waft as a desirable color by a dyeing procedure, so that the characterized figure with different colors can be produced.
[0030] In addition, the jacquard mechanism 30 in the jacquard is used to individually control the heaving movement of the first warp beam 11 and the second warp beam 12 while weaving, so as to randomly change the kind of yarn for freely weaving various figures on the design. For example, in case the user wants a figure that needs to interweave a weft through two warps delivered by the first warp beam 11 and a warp delivered by the second warp beam 12, so that the jacquard mechanism 30 can raise the first warp beam 11 to enable the weft to run through the first warp beam 11 and the second warp beam 12, so as to accomplish user's desirable purpose. The fabric made by interlacing the roving and yarn can demonstrate the difference in the outline, and further to highlight the characterized figure.
[0031] Further preferably, the user can utilize a computer host to transmit the desirable figure data to a control module 40, and the control module 40 transmits a command to the jacquard mechanism 30 according to the figure data, in the meanwhile, the jacquard mechanism 30 can control the warps of the first warp beam 11 and the second warp beam 12 and the wefts of the plurality of weft supplied mechanisms 20 to conduct interlacing, then the fabric roll-up spindle 10 gradually rolls the weaving fabric up, and it can modify the first warp beam and the second warp beam of the two beams to operate with the weaving machine based on the demand. The warp with different lengths can be delivered by utilizing the computer host, so as to produce the fabric with fancy knitting and space impression of thickness diversity.
[0032] According to the operation of the above-mentioned mechanism, figure and material of yarn, the weaving fabric is characteristic of three-dimensional touch on the outline upon the interlacing structure thereof.
[0033] It is noteworthy to mention that both of the warp and weft used in the present invention are processed in a twist yarn procedure to increase the tensile strength as well as wear-resistant, so that the fabric produced by this way is also characteristic of wear-resistant.
[0034] With reference to FIG. 3 for a block diagram of a wear-resistant weaving fabric according to the second embodiment of the present invention. As FIG. 3 shows, a weaving wear-resistant fabric 5 is composed of a warp group 51 having a plurality of first warps 511 and a plurality of second warps 512, and a weft group 52 having a plurality of wefts 521. The plurality of first warps 511, the plurality of second warps 512 and the plurality of wefts 521 are implemented with a reinforcing procedure before weaving, and the reinforcing procedure comprises a twist yarn procedure or a sizing procedure and dyeing to reinforce the wear-resistant along with the tensile strength of the plurality of first warps 511, the plurality of second warps 512 and the plurality of wefts 521.
[0035] After the reinforcing procedure is completed, the plurality of first warps 511, the plurality of second warps 512, and the plurality of wefts 521 are interlaced according to a composition organization, and when the wear-resistant along with the tensile strength of the warps and wefts have been reinforced, the weaving fabric produced by the plurality of first warps 511, the plurality of second warps 512 and the plurality of wefts 521 can be used to produce the similar vamp of shoes, surface of bag or kneecap and so on.
[0036] With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 for first and second schematic views of a wear-resistant weaving fabric according to the third embodiment of the present invention. As FIG. 4 shows, it is a partial schematic view of a wear-resistant weaving fabric of the present invention, the plurality of first warps 511 and the plurality of second warps 512 are paralleled, and the thread diameter of the plurality of first warps 511 is bigger than that of the plurality of second warps 512, and the weaving fabric can be made by interweaving the plurality of wefts 521 with the plurality of first warps 511 and the plurality of second warps 512.
[0037] As FIG. 5 shows, the method referred in the present invention aligns the thicker plurality of first warps 511 closely to form a protrusion portion 61 in the weaving fabric, and can also align the thicker plurality of first warps 511 loosely to form a recess portion 62 in the weaving fabric, as a result, in case appending to the warp and weft of different colors, the fabric can therefore become a weaving fabric of three-dimensional figure as well as demonstrate the difference in the outline.
[0038] As the above said, a conclusion can be reached that the fabric produced by interweaving a plurality of first warps, a plurality of second warps and a plurality of wefts provided in the present invention is not only characteristic of wear-resistant but also beauty, furthermore, the user is able to apply the jacquard machine to an intensive level, such as the production of bag or vamp of shoes, and the user can integrally make the vamp of shoes and fabric surface which are the necessity for producing shoes by the jacquard machine, and the vamp, which is designed by interweaving different sizes of warps and wefts, produced by the specific manufacturing method provided in the present invention can accomplish the three-dimensional fabric figure by utilizing various thread diameters and the designs as well as promote the wear-resistant of the fabric. For example, the footwear manufactures only need to tailor the wear-resistant fabric in accordance with the shape of vamp and a simple processing procedure, such as add buttonholes to shoestring and so on, and then directly laminate and mold the sole, the shoes can therefore be made, so that the human resource cost, processing indirect material can be reduced and the production process can be simplified as well; and thus, the cost down can thereby be made.
[0039] While the means of specific embodiments in present invention has been described by reference drawings, numerous modifications and variations could be made thereto by those skilled in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention set forth in the claims. The modifications and variations should in a range limited by the specification of the present invention.
