Patent application title: Fluid orthodic massaging shoe insoles

Inventors:  Joseph Welburn Evans, Jr. (Jacksonville, FL, US)
IPC8 Class: AA43B1338FI

Class name: Boots, shoes, and leggings insoles
Publication date: 2014-08-21
Patent application number: 20140230273

Abstract:

IonSole fluid orthotic massaging insoles are a unique insole appliance made 1/16th inch thick utilizing glycerin gel infused with negative ion minerals; sealed in a pocket which forms the base of the product. The product is formed in the shape of a foot and is provided in multiple sizes with cut/trim lines to accommodate the adjustment of size to an individual foot. The pocket contains other seal points which cause the glycerin, infused with negative ion powder, to pulse around these points and stimulate the muscles on the bottoms of the feet. Walking or running action stirs up the negative ions and this along with the massaging glycerin, will help stimulate blood circulation and help reduce the stresses and forces on the bones, joints, and muscles of the feet. The feet will feel younger, and the foot fatigue will subside.

Claims:

1. I claim the unique invention of the fluid orthotic massaging insole infused with negative ions as shown.

Description:

[0001] The fluid orthotic massaging shoe insole is composed of silicone pads in the form or outline of a foot. They are sealed together with heat to form a pocket in which a food-grade glycerin gel is inserted with a mixture of tourmaline, volcanic ash, and lava rock minerals which are ground into a powder. This mineral powder is known to emit a negative ionic charge. The pocket is heat sealed which forms a fluid base for the insert. The pocket contains other seal points which cause the glycerin, infused with negative ion powder, to pulse around these points and stimulate the muscles on the bottoms of the feet.

[0002] The lonsole Massaging Shoe Inserts are 1/16th-of an inch thick.

[0003] The lonSole massaging shoe inserts can be used in any and all types of shoes, sandals and Flip-flops. Because they are so thin, they can also be applied over other arch supports or orthotic appliances.

[0004] FIG. 1 is a clean engineering drawing depicting the front back and side views of the invention with no markups or dimensions.

[0005] FIG. 2 is a clean picture depicting the front and back of the insoles.

[0006] FIG. 3 is a marked-up engineering drawing depicting all views with specifications on the Ladies Large/Men's Small, size designation with an L at the top of the insert. The specifications provided herein are to specifically identify this size/example. Specifications (measurements) will change respectively depending on the size of the foot. Trim or cut lines are depicted on the bottom for trimming and size adjustment as needed in order to accommodate the sizing more specifically to an individual's foot.

[0007] The lonSole massaging insoles made with glycerin infused with negative ions, imitates the body's protective fatty pads to help maximize the shock absorption at the heels and balls of the feet. The walking or running action stirs up the negative ions and this along with the massaging glycerin, will help stimulate blood circulation and help reduce the stresses and forces on the bones, joints, and muscles of the feet. The feet will feel younger, and the foot fatigue will subside. The top of the insoles have a black velour fabric affixed to the insole and they are designed to be worn fabric side up.

[0008] IonSole Massaging Insoles help with the following ailments:

[0009] Balance

[0010] Bunions

[0011] Corns and Calluses

[0012] Diabetes foot care--massaging action helps circulation

[0013] Fibromyalgia

[0014] Gout and Arthritis

[0015] Heel Pain

[0016] Metatarsalgia (Stone Bruises)

[0017] Morton's Neuroma or Inflammation

[0018] Neuropathy

[0019] Plantar Fasciitis
