Abstract:
The present application is directed to an electronic cigarette with a
simulation filter tip structure, including an atomizer element and a
battery element situated within the cigarette stem. The surface of the
cigarette stem is covered by a sticker piece. The anterior end of the
cigarette stem is extended axially with a simulation filter tip structure
in cylindrical shape made of soft material. The electronic cigarette is
soft in texture, light in weight, while its filter tip is not easily
dismantled during usage, which brings about good sensation and high
comfort without the feeling of fatigue easily.Claims:
1. An electronic cigarette, comprising: (a) a cigarette stem having an
anterior end and a posterior end; (b) an atomizer element situated within
the cigarette stem; (c) a battery element situated within the cigarette
stem; (d) a sticker piece on the surface of the cigarette stem; and (e) a
simulation filter tip structure axially extended from the anterior end of
the cigarette stem; the simulation filter tip structure is in cylindrical
shape and made of soft material.
2. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, wherein the simulation filter tip structure is made of polyester fiber or sponge material and is located at the anterior end of the cigarette stem and covered by the sticker piece.
3. The electronic cigarette according to claim 1, further comprising: an air passage tube in the interior of the simulation filter tip structure.
4. The electronic cigarette according to claim 3, wherein the air passage tube is made of plastic kind of material, plastics or fiber material.
5. The electronic cigarette according to claim 4, wherein the atomizer element comprises tobacco cotton, fluid blocker and heating wire.
6. The electronic cigarette according to claim 5, wherein the fluid blocker is made of silicon material.
7. The electronic cigarette according to claim 6, further comprising: a status light with a cap shaped structure on the posterior end of the cigarette stem; and an integrated circuit; the status light connects with the battery element via the integrated circuit.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] This present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 201320029276.3 filed on Jan. 17, 2013; the contents of which are hereby incorporated by reference.
FIELD OF THE TECHNOLOGY
[0002] The present application is directed to electronic cigarette, in particular, to an electronic cigarette with a simulation filter tip structure.
BACKGROUND
[0003] Electronic cigarettes are also known as virtual cigarettes, or electronic atomizer, which are mainly used for the purpose of smoking cessation or as cigarettes replacement. They possess the external appearance of real cigarettes and taste similar to the real cigarettes. Since the combustion of tobacco leaf or tobacco is applied by conventional real cigarettes, tar and suspended particles as such harmful substances would be produced due to the burning which would endanger the health of the smoker and second-hand smokers. As the core component of the electronic cigarette is an atomizer, nicotine is being atomized by the atomizer and the solvent containing nicotine and flavor is atomized as particles, and is absorbed into the body through the lungs. At the same time, simulated smoke is discharged. Such smoke does not contain tar or other harmful substances, and would not diffuse and surround the confined space affecting others. Therefore, more and more smokers would take electronic cigarettes in lieu of real cigarettes for undergoing smoking cessation, whose effect is outstanding.
[0004] As FIGS. 1 and 2 illustrate, the main components of an electronic cigarette in existing technology include an atomizer element 2 and a battery element 3 situated within the cigarette stem 1, and a cigarette holder 4 located at the two ends of the cigarette stem 1 and a status indicating light 5 with a cap structure. The status indicating light 5 connects with the battery element 3 via an integrated circuit 6. The exterior surface of the cigarette stem 1 can also be covered by a sticker piece 10, achieving the effect of an appearance of a real cigarette.
[0005] In existing technology, the cigarette stem of an electronic cigarette mainly applies stainless steel. During smoking, the cigarette stem is taken into the mouth of the smoker. As the stainless steel is heavy in weight, hard in texture, the sensation is cold. Furthermore, the cigarette holder can easily be dismantled and fall within the mouth in the smoking process and bring about wearisome, distastefulness and discomfort for the user.
SUMMARY
[0006] The present application is directed to an electronic cigarette. The electronic cigarette includes:
[0007] a cigarette stem having an anterior end and a posterior end;
[0008] an atomizer element situated within the cigarette stem;
[0009] a battery element situated within the cigarette stem;
[0010] a sticker piece on the surface of the cigarette stem; and
[0011] a simulation filter tip structure axially extended from the anterior end of the cigarette stem; the simulation filter tip structure is in cylindrical shape and made of soft material.
[0012] The simulation filter tip structure may be made of polyester fiber or sponge material and may be located at the anterior end of the cigarette stem and covered by the sticker piece.
[0013] The electronic cigarette may include an air passage tube in the interior of the simulation filter tip structure.
[0014] The air passage tube may be made of plastic kind of material, plastics or fiber material.
[0015] The atomizer element may include tobacco cotton, fluid blocker and heating wire.
[0016] The fluid blocker may be made of silicon material.
[0017] The electronic cigarette may include a status light with a cap shaped structure on the posterior end of the cigarette stem and an integrated circuit. The status light connects with the battery element via the integrated circuit.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0023] Below is an embodiment of an electronic cigarette with simulation filter tip structure as provided in the present application taking references from FIGS. 3 and 4. As FIG. 3 illustrates, the electronic cigarette mainly includes: an atomizer element 2 and a battery element 3 provided within the cigarette stem 1. The exterior surface of the cigarette stem 1 is covered with a sticker piece 10. The anterior end of the cigarette stem 1 is also extended axially with a simulation filter tip structure 7 with cylindrical shape and soft texture.
[0024] In use, the simulation filter tip structure 7 can be made from polyester fiber or sponge material, and is enclosed within the sticker piece 10. The sticker piece 10 can be made from design and material simulating real cigarette or be made from common stickers with PP materials.
[0025] Furthermore, the simulation filter tip structure 7 can be provided with air passage tube 8. During usage, the air passage tube 8 can be made from plastic-like material, plastics or fiber as such materials.
[0026] In use, the atomizer element 2 can specifically include tobacco cotton 21, fluid blocker 22, heating wire (not disclosed in the drawings) etc. In particular, the fluid blocker 22 can be made from silicon material.
[0027] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the posterior end of the cigarette stem 1 can also be provided with status indicating light 5 with cap shaped structure. The status indicating light 5 connects with the battery element 3 via the integrated circuit 6.
[0028] In comparing with existing technology, the present application possesses the following beneficial characteristics:
[0029] 1. Due to the light weight of the filter nozzle structure, the smoker would not be easily fatigued.
[0030] 2. Due to the soft texture of the filter nozzle structure, the comfort level is high.
[0031] 3. The problem of absorbing oil into the mouth is prevented.
[0032] 4. Due to the sticker piece simulating the real cigarette, the visual and sensual effect can be optimized and satisfy the psychological crave of the smoker.

It should be emphasized that for the skilled in the art and without departing from the original concept of the present application, one can perform many amendment and refurbishment which shall fall within the protective scope of the present application.
